Not the best and definitely not the worst. Almost always out of the soup I like so we stock up when its on the shelf. Vegetables have to be picked thru to find the few good ones. And Im guessing due to covid bread runs out way before the next delivery. Or maybe I just have really bad timing.

As always, Walmart is clean & smells fresh as you walk through it. The staff are friendly & professional. You can find what you want in a few mins. I love it there. Thanks Walmart!

Employees rather stand around while customers try an find things on their own or if you do manage to get help they never know where anything is. I use to see management on the floor but they have went amiss as well. Very hard to get help, even before Covid so no excuse. I dread going in walmart.

Havent gotten out very much every since the pandemic. I will say this much that the Walmart in Nat. Is doing there part. Soon we walked threw the doors we was offered a mask and hand sanitizer. Then made it a point to welcome us to Walmart along with asking if they can help us find anything. The workers our super nice and helpful witch for me is great. Found everything we needed there and more. The store is really clean and everything is nice and neat and easy to find what you are looking for. Thinks Walmart keep up the good work.

It was well stocked, clean and had a good selection of meats, spices and liqueur.

Every day is different depends on what day it is. I DO NOT LIKE SELF CHECK OUT!! I dont get paid to check out my stuff or get help with it. It takes away from being social if we have to check out ourselves and bag then the prices should be cheaper than they are. Giving a senior citizen a discount on there groceries! Walmart isnt hurting for money it just takes and never gives Walmart has gone way crazy on prices of stuff in the store. Pay it forward would be nice. Employees are always friendly they act like they hate their job most of the time. Customer service on the sales floor is no more pretty much they make the money why you self service.

Had exactly what we wanted and for a great price. It just was not as convenient as we were hoping for. Other places that we looked had already closed for the night or did not carry what we needed.

The store is great and has everything that you could want or need but thats it nothing more nothing less

Clean and well maintained Wal-Mart Supercenter location with a wide variety of items.

OVERALL what I would expect from a Walmart supercenter, although they were out of several items I was looking for, but aside from that a great in and out quick shopping day.

I love shopping at the most inexpensive place for all items in Natchitoches.

They always have what I need and want and I love taking my wife there so she can get her something either in the clothes section on clearance or art supplies or the tool section. Thats what she loves shopping for. Her eyes light up.

Can’t seem to get any help in any of the areas that have locked up products or goods. The alcohol aisle is completely locked up and I have waited 20 minutes with no service and when I asked for help from associate she told me she wasn’t on the clock and couldn’t help me. Also, the razors are locked up, and took forever to get assistance over there too. If you are going to lock up products, have employees that can actually come assist customers...

Not to crowded, pretty clean, associate clean self service checkout as soon as I got through

I think its great that they finally decided to get port-a- potties because of the water issues around the city, but there in the front of the building facing the parking lot. Personally I think they should face the opposite direction for privacy. Other than that I would like to thank each and every employee for there hard work and commitment.

Could be cleaner and friendlier employees but it seems like theyre working on that. Calamine lotion is not lotion though and its definitely not by the hairdryers so for that you get 3 stars, sorry.

Went looking for me a IPhone. I came across this one that cost about $150. Its the iPhone 7, Black phone the newer model that come out in 2020. That was the only color that they had so I got that one. I got home with it opened it up and was looking for a place to plug in my earphones and there was no hole on the phone. You have to have Bluetooth earplugs on these newer model iPhone 7. And what was so funny about this was they gave me some earbuds to use with the phone with the cord on them. Does that make sense?!?😂But overall I really do enjoy the phone even though its a later model.

Not much to devolve in.. it didnt go well when im being charged for the UPS DROP OFF LOCATION MADE A MISTAKENOW THEY WANT ME TO PROVE I LEFT IT WITH THEM TO BE MAILED OUT UPWHAT CAN I SAY BUT I WANT BE USING THIS DROP OFF AGAIN!!!!!!! AS WELL I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!!!

Hate, absolutely hate they have went MOSTLY to self check out registers. Most of the staff are rude and not trained in customer service at all. I do my best not to shop any Wal Mart.

I love this feature. I make a list of what I need during the week. I enter it on the Walmart app from my couch and I pick it up on Friday afternoon. This is great. I never have to go in for groceries. Saves me having to wear that mask for an extended period of time.

I used Walmarts delivery service. They finally got it straightened out. They were punctual, and my purchases were bagged and easy to handle. I is a blessing to be able to order online and then receive texts about the progressOf my order. I was informed of my shoppers name, vehicle make, color, and license plate number. I am 100% satisfied with Walmarts delivery service.

This is the largest Super Walmart I have seen ! To be so big it is packed with great name brand items and the store is immaculate! All shelves stocked and in order. Nothing falling out on the floor, or out of place! Everything price marked!The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, they ask you if they can help you! Never had that happen at any other Walmart! This store is a good reflection of the quality of the Management supervising and training the employees!

Need more staff just like any other restaurant in Louisiana and the USA!

Clean,hadicapped buggies easily accessible.store was clean and shelves stocked.No stocking carts in the isle blocking customers way.The only issue,was they needed more checkers.only 3 on grocery and only selfcheck open on the opposite side.

I really dont like to go to Wal-Mart but we dont have much choice, they seem to always be out of alot their shelf are bare alot of the time.

I am quarantined for two weeks. Decided to order groceries using the delivery service. After placing my order it was supposed to be delivered by 1PM. At 5:30 PM my order had not been delivered. I contacted customer service and was told the driver could not deliver my order due to traffic conditions. This is not a big city like New Orleans or Dallas. I do not live in a rural area. I live less than 2 miles from the store. It was not raining. No hazardous weather conditions. And they had all day to fill my order. And there are at least 6 different ways to get to my house. To make things worst they did not refund my money until 48 hours later. What it boils down to is poorly trained and unsupervised workers. Poor management. And lame excuses. Never using Walmart services ever again.

This store needs to train their associates better in customer service and they need to staff the store better most of the associates are very rude and when u call they rarely answer the phone and when they do they hang up instead of transferring you to the correct department

Look its Walmart. Come in get what you want and leave. The service will be mediocre and youll find just about anything youll ever need in your entire life. The store is kept clean and organized so overall just take it for what it is.

The pharmacy is extremely slow at times but the staff is very professional/friendly. Not my normal pharmacy but my regular pharmacy isnt open on weekends.I will say its much better than dealing with Walgreens pharmacy.

I went the other day to buy some things and some drinks but since they are locked up I needed help. I pushed the button about 5 times during my wait, I pushed the first time and waited about 5 mins then pushed it again. It took 10 mins till someone came and they didnt even have the key so they left and never came back. I waited longer but no one came. That was a joke.

Customer services did not page a member of our party when requested and I was hung up on when I called the 2nd time. We had a tired toddler in the car. The selection of items in the store were awesome however.

Really nice. Main problem is there is never anyone working at the outdoor checkout. Also they need a better selection of fishing and hunting items.

They lock up shaving cream. Took 10+ minutes to get manager with key to the cosmetics area.Probably dont want to shop here if shaving cream theft is a concern.

Despise Natchitoches Walmart! I avoid it! Ill drive to Many or Winnfield before shopping here!

Walmart is a great establishment except for the fact that when my mother is in the store with me she is constantly being followed and harassed by the loss prevention or asset protection people. I have to shop alone because apparently they mistake her for someone else every time we go there.

Its y Walmart. They are consistently the same no matter where you go. All have the same issues and unique attributes.

Walmart is Walmart, the one in Natchitoches, LA is ok. Everytime I go in Walmart, I usually buy more than what I came in there for. They have the store section up like that. So this is why I give 2 stars... hear me out. Everytime I go in Walmart someone is watching me. Like for instance, if I walk down an isle (lets say the toy isle), a person will walk down the other isle right next to mine and peek through the shelves to see what Im doing. Or like when Im in an open area they are on theyre walkie talkies. No, Im not paranoid or nothing like that. Its just something notice when I go there. Im just that type of person that mostly see small details like that. Im not wanted by anybody, or have any warrants. And I come with more money then I tend to spend. I even had a guy followed me to the register, point me to his supervisor and said I was good. Even then I spent around $300. I like Walmart, because it usually have what I need. Man, its the people that make it a bad experience.

Store is dirty. Some items like rock salt should be in isle where the salt is. Not there its in an isle by hardware. Dont make sence.
