I recently completed a total remodel On my home. They were very helpful with all the measurements for the new appliances. Everything fit perfectly. Easy to do business with. Our son had an issue with an appliance and service. They were very helpful in getting it exchanged and a replacement Great service!

Each time I visit this store I am always greeted and acknowledged by someone no matter how busy they are. I recently visited to purchase a washer and both staff members went over and beyond to find one that they could get out to me as soon as possible. After researching their inventory, they found exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. This is the second appliance I have purchased from them and they are by far the best around, especially for a small town like Natchitoches. If you need an appliance, try them first before going to the surrounding cities because I can guarantee they will work as hard as they can to get you what you want unlike large retail companies in the big cities.

Staff very knowledgeable. When my refrigerator went out the owners helped me get a new one. They delivered and installed it quickly. Anyone wanting to purchase a new appliance should be sure to check them out.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner filter from this store at the end of January 2017. The man told me if it didnt fit I could return it just to keep my receipt. I informed him I was going out of town for work the next day and would be gone for 13 weeks. He said no problem just keep your receipt. I ended up being gone for 23 weeks. I went yesterday to return it and he refused to take it back. He said I would have had to return it in 30 days. I told him what he had said to me and he denied it!! How can you do that to customers? NEVER will my family ever purchase anything in this SEARS STORE IN NATCHITOCHES, LA.
