Quality product should come with quality service. I would have purchased more, however this sales rep (G. Altman) made me feel less than appreciated. She judged us by the way we looked and was less than friendly. Wish I had a better experience.

We just had an incredible experience with this location. My fiancé and I had been looking at a specific men’s signet ring for our engagement for months. We wanted matching rings and we wear the same size. The ring we chose we couldn’t get right away and there was a limited supply. When we were finally able to order the rings the website said it was no longer available. Kim at this location was incredibly nice; located both rings which had not sold and then had them overnighted to us. She stayed in communication the entire time and almost seemed excited as well to help us get them. Many many thanks to Nashville Tiffany & Co. and of course a special thanks to Kim.

I had a bad experience. What a waste of a star.I bought a necklace for my wife on our wedding anniversary, and I bought a necklace and a set for her birthday. But my wife wanted another product, so I had to exchange it. But what I wanted was not in the store. So salespeople said they could pick up the goods two days later on Tuesday. But the problem is from now on. On Tuesday, I called to confirm that I could pick up the goods. FedEx said it would be delivered after 2 p.m., but I didnt get any calls and I called back the next day, and the store manager unfriendly hung up the phone and had to go to the store in person. Even if Im not that good at English, Im too unfriendly, too busy shirking responsibility, and I left the store the next day without knowing when Id get the goods if I made an excuse for FedEx, but I dont know what to do.

I love this store. The staff goes above and beyond my expectations every time! I had my wedding ring resized. It came back too small. I was so sad because I was leaving town to go to New Orleans to a football game, and I wanted my ring. I dont know if Ying is still at Tiffanys in Nashville, but she immediately sent it back, had it resized, and made sure it was delivered to Tiffanys in New Orleans by the time we arrived. I was so grateful for the quick turnaround and the awesome customer service!

Although this Tiffany & Co is basically the same as any other location, the things that stands out to me about the Green Hills ship is the happy helpful staff and the great customer service here.. They’ve solved several problems for me without any hassle or complaints.. They always have a full stock of their traditional and elegant jewelry as well as many special items. I’ve also found several things on sale here over the years so it’s worth checking if there are any deals that are right for you!

Service is always good at Tiffanys its one of the reasons we shop there. On this occasion we went in to have a repair sent in. After that was done we looked around found a couple of items we wanted to purchase one was in stock one was not. Two days later received an email saying the item that was not in stock had shipped but unfortunately it was to an old address. Somehow even though we had verified the address for the repair when the order was placed they pulled an address from 6 years ago. Called customer service they couldnt explain how it happened said that the profile showed the correct address luckily they were able to contact the shipper and get this corrected.

Beware, no warranty on jewelry. I had an earring break. I took it in with receipt and they wanted to charge me $50 to fix it. This was disappointing considering the Tiffany standard. I will not be going back or asking my husband for any of their jewelry again.

Potential customers,This establishment chose to refuse service to me based solely on a disability. When I clarified the issue I was given no alternative and was told not to shop with them. This is in poor taste, grossly inappropriate and extremely disappointing. I will of course spend my money at one of the many other jewelry offerings at the mall. I hope that all of you will choose to do the same.Tiffany & Co.,Maybe brush up on your American’s with Disability Act law...

The wait time to get into the store was Astronomical. We were told they only had to sales reps to assist in purchases yet a they had 5 personals circling the store with only 1 customer actually in the store. People with customer service issues were pulled out of line to go in the store while others were in line for over 30 mins. I understand the pandemic limits access however the store is larger enough to service three to four guest and they not be near each other.

I had the WORST customer service experience yesterday! My mom had purchased a bracelet for my birthday and had it shipped to my home. Unfortunately, it was too small and simply needed to be exchanged. I arrived at the Green Hills store, and I was shuffled from one salesman to the next. They told me twice the bracelet was sold out nation wide and could not be exchanged and they had no idea when or if it would ever be in stock. The salesman did not listen and assist with finding a suitable replacement in the same price point. Instead he showed me things two to three times the value of the original bracelet. He was rude and extremely short with me. I finally gave up and asked for store credit, because he was so bad. I went home, went to the Tiffany website and found the bracelet in the size I needed. So I felt lied to by the staff at the Green hills store. Because I could get it, it was in stock. I will never go to the store again! Worst customer service ever!

The staff in there are very rude, I ask to speak to the Manger after the women on the floor were giving me attitude. When she proceed to come she ask me WHAT I wanted and I bought 5 items out of there . It’s okay I want never be back there . I can’t tell not to shop but there very rude to black people there were other black people in there getting talk to wrong so they left 6,000 gone bc of how they treat people . It’s the principal here know !

Horrible customer service, my daughter was so excited to make her first in store purchase. The African American woman who helped us was so rude, treated us as if we weren’t serious buyers and didn’t have money. I have never felt so discriminated against. I’m a Hispanic women w/several Tiffany pieces, and I’m so disappointed in this Tiffany’s! I asked my daughter if she wanted to order online and her reply was “ no, after the way we were treated, I don’t want anymore Tiffany’s jewelry” shame on you, Tiffany’s!!!! My daughter used to love Tiffany’s so much.

Very nice store. Only thing is checking in with the guard if youre just browsing. Once I did find something the sales lady made a small production about checking with the guard to get me a salesperson. Then she had to go find an available salesperson. Wouldve been faster just to take care of me herself. Other than that its very nice and the folks were nice and helpful.

This is a great place to come to that has excellent quality of jewelry but the customer service was less than proficient. Purchasing a nice birthday gift for a family member during the holiday weekend was suppose to be a joyful occasion but unfortunately that experience was cut short by the sales associate V. Vick. Both myself and family were very uncomfortable by the mannerisms and gestures made by this associate to the point that we actually would have preferred another sales professional. This was not our first time shopping at this particular boutique but will definitely be the last. I hope that V. Vick does not treat all of her clients the way that she treated us.

Please get your act together. Have 1 sales agent and they are allowing 1 customer per agent. On top of that closes at 7 but stop taking customers at 630pm. Pissing off existing customers is a great way to continue your business

I ran into the store to have my only piece of Tiffany jewelry cleaned. I was headed out of town as I was only there for work. They informed me that they updated their policy on silver jewelry cleaning has a 48 hour turn around. They were nice enough to ask for an hour and cleaned and polished it up for me. Thank you so muc . You guys have no idea how much it meant for you to do that, especially since I do not have a store near me.

Service and friendliness as anticipated. Well inventoried store. Free cleaning of your Tiffany & Co. pieces. My vintage bracelet looks wonderful again. Wife managed to find a few things she now needs during our pleasant visit. I dont shop retail often (online mostly) but this is one of the stores to which I would not mind returning & browsing around.

My first time at Tiffanys and I have to say I was impressed. Christmas Eve a couple hours before close and the store managed to make a rush seem like a regular day. I believe my Saleswomans name was Andy. If not I will correct after checking my receipt. Nevertheless she was wonderful and courteous! I am sure I will visit Tiffanys again.

I have to say I had a wonderful experience at this location even when I didnt know how it was going to turn out... I had issues with my bracelet it actually broke after repair and Teri or Terry not sure the spelling the manager just was so kind.. I had told her how my son had brought me the bracelet for Christmas and because of issues he regretted purchase but after speaking and meeting with Ms. Teri it made the whole situation better...
