Love this store...they have items that I find more appealing than some boutiques that cater to college age women. Buy all my items online as I live out of state. Everything I have ordered is of great quality.

The best store for clothes and the best customer service! Deb and Jamie run a wonderful retail store in East Nashville. Deb is very friendly, respectful and has such an eye for style. I have so many great clothing items from Upper Eastside. I get tons of compliments on every item each time I wear them. 5 Stars is not a high enough rating in my book. Support local businesses like this folks - they are the backbone of our great city!

Wonderful boutique experience!! Beautiful clothing at reasonable prices. So many fully lined dresses with pockets during spring & summer. Store is a visual delight and dressing rooms are so pretty. Customer service is THE BEST!! Friendly and efficient. The customer experience is the focus at all times.

Amazing customer service. The staff makes you feel super at home when shopping. Deborah, the owner, gets to know all of her regular customers on a personal level. She knows as soon as I walk in the shop what items I’d be interested in, as well as the certain fits of the different clothing pieces and how they’d work on my body shape. It’s such a pleasure having such an amazing boutique in the neighborhood.

This is the perfect women’s clothing store! They have adorable clothes and I live in their jeans. They have a great variety of styles for all body types and adorable accessories. They also carry a great line of organic body products that I can’t live without. The lady who works there is so helpful and sweet and always helps me stick to my budget.

Because she works diligently to select only the most fashionable pieces, Upper Eastside Nashville is a one stop shop for womens apparel. Took my daughter here to buy her a birthday gift and got nothing but horrible treatment from the entire staff. My daughter felt as if the staff was making a joke of her by suggesting outfit combinations that would never match. On top of that the clothes suggested were extremely overpriced and quite frankly, tacky. Bad vibes, bad selection, bad prices, BAD store!!

Hi went into this store and the staff was very pushy and rude to me and my mom. We don’t like to feel pushed into anything! If a place is going to be this rude, they atleast need to have nice clothes... and the clothes are way too expensive for the quality, which is NOT good and I wasn’t impressed at ALL! I will NOT be going back into this store EVER!

Employees are extremely rude and treat customers like second class citizens. News flash - just because I am a male does not mean that I don’t belong in your store. Some of us like to shop for our girlfriends/sisters/mothers. At the end of the day, the rude staff saved me from having to spend my heart earned money on their tacky, out-of-style and OVERPRICED clothing. Shame on Upper East Nashville.

STAY AWAY! These guys are class A con-artists. I bought a dress for my girlfriend and noticed a tear and button missing. I went back to return the item and they refused my return but offered a discount to by more stuff from them ... very rude staff and unprofessional
