I absolutely adore all of my Nisolo shoes. This week my mom visited me, and were both 5 for 5 members. Since she isnt from Nashville, we wanted to make sure we tried on shoes in the newly reopened show room so she has a good idea of what to order in the future. We met Ashton and Lexi when we walked in, and they made us feel right at home. Lexi was so kind and helpful with grabbing us sizing and letting us try on so many shoes! My mom walked out with a Carmen Chelsea boot in black (I have these and theyre such a perfect fall boot), and Lexi is shipping the Chelsea Commuter boot to me since my size was out. It truly was such a fun morning and made us both so confident about any future orders!

Probably my favorite shop in Nashville! I have a pair of the Lockwood Trench boots and an Owen Steel belt. When we had a chance to visit Nashville, I wanted to check out the storefront. This showroom is just incredible! Bright walls, clean, minimal, and really highlights the products. The staff was helpful, but not too pushy. Im always intimidated to go in to nice shoe stores because Im not very fancy or cool and some places can act a bit snobby, but Nisolo has such a great vibe and they are very helpful and friendly - not intimidating at all. Got a great pair of shoes for my husband to go with a suit, and a cute pair of slip-on loafers for myself. The quality looks amazing and I cant wait to wear them.

I purchased a pair of oxfords from Nisolo as I was trying to replace a pair that Ive had for a while now. I will have to say that I love the shoes and the customer service I received. I went in not really knowing what to expect, and when I couldnt make up my mind on them, they did not pressure me into purchasing the shoes (which is a huge thing Ive come to when buying higher end brands of really anything). I told them that Id wait, and if I thought about them enough, Id be back in to purchasing them within the week. They seemed fine with this and remembered me when I came in the second time to purchase them. The shoes are fantastic (bit tight at first but they stretch) also!

This is my first google review, but I felt compelled to write one for Nisolo. I dont live in Nashville and this store isnt on the way for me for anything, but this store makes me stop by every few months or so. The mission of Nisolo is so moving, especially for someone like me who is making a change in their lifestyle to be more environmentally conservative and support more ethical standards. Even if you dont care for any of those values or share those values, Nisolo provides exceptional quality products. I have three pairs of shoes and two of their leather pouches. I cant find anything remotely similar to their products in any other store or market. Nisolo embarks on originality and quality. Yes, the prices are steep, but low if you consider the process of making these products and the wages each worker is getting paid. Buy these products anywhere else, and youll pay twice as much even though their production costs are much lower than Nisolos. I wish more people knew about this store. Please check it out, even if its out of your way. The people there are so nice as well and are there to genuinely help, not to sell you everything. Hope to see this store grow and more stores like this.

Honestly the best shoes Ive ever worn. Beautiful and extremely comfortable. When I took my beloved pair of Chukkas in to get re-soled after a year of daily use, the cobbler said, Damn, these are extremely well made. I love that they are responsibly sourced as well.

Great shoes that stick together! Equally as good customer service. Had a small issue and the company addressed it immediately and comped the repair with little question. Very pleased. About to purchase my 3rd pair!

Unfortunately, the poor customer service and lack of commitment to loyal customers made me stop spending money here. There are other sustainable, ethical, local fashion designers who care about loyalty. Also, the fit of their shoes was off, some styles were too big and other too small in the same shoes size.

I received a pair of Luciano Boots which look and fit great. however after two weeks the heels are worn down and leaving scuff marks all over my floors. I contacted Nisolo, who first told me “I have never heard of an issue like this before!” then several emails later says this is completely normal. not once was I offer a solution to solve this issue. I guess I will stick with Cole Haan from now on. Poor customer service.

I just tried to buy a leather bag and Nisolo refused to do business with me. I used to live in León, Guanajuato, Mexico (where Nisolo products are made), but Nisolo refuses to sell to anyone in Mexico. They claim to be so proud of their factory in León (called Blue Artisan Group), yet they intentionally make their products unavailable to Mexicans. How do you take advantage of Mexican labor, yet deny the very people who made the products the right to buy them?!? Not sure if they’re hiding abusive conditions in their factory or they’re just greedy for money. Exploitation at its finest.

Good product but the worst customer service ever. I ordered a shoes from the store and it toke them forever to sand them, which I supposed to receive them in three business days as the employee said. I called them three times and I got the tracking number after the shoes came, and the wrong part I received the wrong shoes after waiting a two weeks.

I have a shoe fetish. This has to be the most comfortable shoe that I have owned. And I three pairs of Nisolos
