**Update 05/17/2021**. If I could give 10 stars I would!! I dealt with Desiree today and she was super helpful and patient and kind. I swear you guys you can’t get a better jewelry family than these guys!! I won’t go anywhere else ever!!The ladies there were amazing very patient and very helpful we left with the ring I wanted and I cant stop staring at it. I honestly feel like a movie star at a red carpet event. Couldnt be happier highly recommend. I went back tonight 1/11/2020 and we got a necklace for my late christmas present and the gentleman helping me tonight was awesome. This store will not let you down. Keep in mind I was the jerk that went in 20 minutes before they closed(I already knew what I was coming for) but I browsed and checked out some other items not once was I rushed or hurried out the door so they could go home. I will continue to return to this helzberg store and continue to tell everyone I come in contact with to go here. Thank you guys so much.10/24/2020 they have done it again!! We went in tonight and the same gentleman that helped with the necklace helped us purchase my second ring i got tonight and again the quality of the jewelry is amazing and the customer service is top notch.

I purchased diamond wedding ring for my wife from this store.After cross verifying we found out that diamond are not genuine even the Sapphire was lab-tested. And not real.Please do not buy any items from this store. I extremely regret and do not know where should I log complaint about my case.Store manager Desiree is often behaves very rudely. She tries to act very smart cracking stupid jokes which are very uncomfortable.Please beware about your item, even though it looks good its not worth the price they put because all are lab made and not real.

Best place by far to get a ring! The nicest staff in the world, no pressure, want to make the experience for you wonderful! Beautiful selection! Very unhappy with how the whole experience went. Seriously considering returning and buying elsewhere. I went in for an engagement ring and the initial staff interaction was great. My fiancee was not pleased with the way they tried to push a finance plan when he was prepared to pay outright, but it was ok. Then we got a call saying the ring was ready to pick up. Showed up, only the wedding band was ready, not the engagement ring ( had to be resized). They did manage to get it done in an hour or so, but the woman we dealt with kept making excuses and was slightly rude. After a couple weeks I found my ring wasnt the right size. Once again, kind of rude, couldnt tell me when the jeweler would be in. No help. Just be there early but call before... I live over an hour away. Not happy at all. Will never purchase anything there again.

The store manager in Nashville, Desiree P. is the most rude, unprofessional, discriminatory manager I have encountered in my life. She refused to refund my lifetime care plan despite it clearly stating on the corporate website you can do so within 30 days of purchase as well as on my receipt. I will be complaining to the BBB and their Corporate Office. I will never patronize this store again and wish I had read reviews before my purchase.

I have to say i have had a wonderful experience with helzberg diamond jewelers — especially with donnie, helzberg outlet, nashville, & christy, customer service (thank you so much for taking care of me, christy!!!) & jaylon, with customer service. thank you sososo much! you all really took care of me, stood behind your word, & went above & beyond, & i honestly can’t thank you enough! my husband and i are now proud, card-carrying helzberg customers & are excited about what the years will bring!i want to add that i’ve literally just had back surgery & every single person on the helzberg team i talked to (all 4 of them!!) asked me how i was doing & feeling after my surgery. somehow the word made it around to them & they made sure to ask — that’s above & beyond. thank you for caring. 🙏🏼

Poor customer service, Excessive wait for no apparent reason and no reason given. Turned in white gold blue diamond ring for refurbish and inspection. Less than 24 hrs after I picked it up, it broke in 3 different places! Donald D. could not have genuinely inspected. Going to Knoxville from now on.
