Unfortunately, this store didn’t have my preferred style of jewelry, but while I was there, the staff was helpful by showing me different customizations available and the pricing for it.Clean, simple, elegant store with lots of options to choose from!

The employees here were wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions, assisted with choosing the right ring, and ensured that it would be delivered on time. They also offer complimentary first resizing.This is a humane, sustainable jeweler that I highly recommend using for your loved ones.

My wife and I had an awesome experience shopping with Consider the Wldflwrs for our wedding bands. We had looked into several other mom & pop jewelers before coming into the store, none of which felt as warm and welcoming as Consider the Wldflrs. I cannot express enough just how amazing this fine jewelry company is — as is its incredible team of creative and highly knowledge employees who truly care about the craftsmanship, design, and details of each piece. Annie P. was especially helpful to me when shopping for their beautiful Large Hammered Cross Heritage Charm and Box Chain Necklace with a Personalized Engraving. She went above and beyond (in and outside of CTWF’s oasis of a flagship store in Nashville, Tennessee) to provide excellent (and personal!) customer service. I am very grateful for Annie’s kindness and help in picking out/putting together such a stunning and meaningful necklace to me — I haven’t taken it off since the day she personally messaged me to let me know it had arrived in the store. I absolutely love wearing it everyday! Overall, it was a super positive shopping memory — I wish I could give 6 stars here!! :)

The engagement ring consultant we worked with, Annie, was an absolute dream.My dad was a jeweler in the early years of my life, but I never got to fully learn from him before he passed in 2018.So this process was not only bittersweet for us, as we missed him and wished he was there, but we were just so nervous and unsure of what to expect! Annie was so patient, so helpful and so kind. She really listened to what I was liking, and helped lead me in the right direction, never being pushy or salesy, simply doing everything she could to ensure I got the perfect ring for me. Her covering of the 4 Cs was so informative, and really made us feel like we would be able to make educated decisions going into the buying process. THANK YOU ANNIE. Seriously. You made our experience the absolute best it could have been.My ring and band are perfect, just what I dreamed and wanted. Simply beautiful. Lack of exemplary service, knowledge on metals, and poor guidance on design.I was advised Silverfish coloured coating protectant against nickel which is in white gold???It is rhodium over yellow gold and is a cheap method.The metal market clearly specifies platinum is cheaper than gold yet this merchant is using monopolistic marketing practices; overcharging consumers.Palladium smelted with yellow gold which is by far much higher quality.Consumers be aware of merchants selling you plated white gold. Between your own acid from sweating and other organic materials, you’ll return again and again for the reapplication.This is at best overpriced costume jewelry.Follow Up 20211004:I DID NOT specify ANYTHING else BUT WHITE GOLD.

CTW took a family heirloom and made a great ring for my fiancé. All of the staff was so nice and helpful. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been following CTW for years, and when I visited Nashville I had to visit in person — SO glad I did! Brianna took great care of us. She was friendly, professional, gave us ample time to shop around pressure-free, and gave us some great insight on sizing, different ring types, and stacking options! Can’t wait to revisit!!

Their marketing and branding make them and their products seem like you’re getting too knotch, quality stuff. Don’t be fooled like we were.(we purchased our wedding bands online because we are living in san Francisco emailed with them to get actual photos vc their beautiful images online)TLDR: don’t waste your time or money or you’ll be stuck with something forever they you don’t love.While commend them for their style, unfortunately the jewelry feels like costume jewelry or lower prices everyday jewelry for a very high price tag. unlike your average jeweler, they share very little information about your jewelry on the website until you get your appraisal (we had our sent to us after we wrote them sharing out concerns). we brought our rings to our local jeweler who looked at the appraisals and the rings to explain to us why CTW made the ring the ring the way that they did and it made us feel *a little bit* better about why the ring felt fake to is(fake because it weighs like nothing feel like it can break easily or bend. the diamond quality is questionable- it’s likely the type of cut we got, in the light it shines but in the dark away from light it looks cloudy, less metal under the stones). I also wasn’t impressed with the packaging, you would think the jewelry would come in an actual jewelry box (esp wedding bands), and it just come in vc a branded box.they also, they make rings “made to order” and don’t accommodate date returns or changes unlike your local jeweler. picture is the bad w my engagement ring that we got from our jeweler and we able to get this customized, changed and fixed no problems…no extra cost and it feels like it will last a life time… CTW i don’t think they would even resize it if you ask… they trust they’re sizing tool that much.

As someone who recently went through the process of having my engagement + wedding rings designed with Consider the Wldflwrs, this was an actual fairytale experience!! We traveled from Tulsa, OK just to visit CTW, because I loved the idea of having something uniquely mine and getting to support a small business + a female designer!Everyone was so sweet + welcoming! I never felt rushed or even pressured, and honestly just felt like I was chatting with a friend during our appointment!Getting engaged during a pandemic resulted in not getting to experience so many of the normal celebratory things, and I just can’t thank the entire team enough for making this so memorable + special for both of us!!

Cannot speak highly enough about Emily and her staff on behalf of my fiancé and myself! Without my knowledge and with her help he designed my engagement ring that I know will be a precious keepsake in our family for generations. Our wedding band experience was equally awesome! They were also so accommodating when my fiancé needed his ring resized. I have collected a couple stackers and a necklace from Consider, and all are lovely! Having this kind of jewelry selection in Nashville while supporting a local businesswoman has been a treat! 10/10 recommend

Love this shop- the new location is beautiful! But more than that, Emily is amazing to work with. I took my diamond engagement ring to a well known chain jewelry store to have work done on it. After sending it back 5 times, I was extremely unhappy with the work done. I took it to Consider the Wldflwrs and Emily let me know she could make it right. She redesigned the setting, and it is absolutely gorgeous! I am so happy with it and cant say enough good things about Emily and her store.

My fiancé chose Consider the Wildflowers for my engagement ring and I’m so glad he did! My ring gets daily compliments with the most common remark being “Your ring is so timeless yet unique.” He said the customer service was amazing and they even shared a video of the ring being made with him!
