Mask Nazis! They made me leave because I wouldnt wear a mask!Screw Them! I went to another Stihl Dealer and they were happy to take my money. There wasnt more than 3-4 people in there so you would think they would be more appreciative of their customers. We all have different opinions about this so called pandemic but it will hopefully some day be a thing of the past. I will never however, spend another penny in that place.

Their prices can sometimes be higher than Home Depot or Lowe’s but you can’t beat the service. If you have a question or are unsure what you need to complete your job - this is the place to go. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is also well organized, stocked adequately and has good quality products

Every time I step in the door, someone greets me and they are always eager to help you find what you need. I recently bought a Traeger pellet grill from them and received much more information and help steering me in the right direction than the big box store that sells them, too. Not to mention I was steered toward the less expensive model because it suited my needs more!Overall, I am always impressed when I shop here. The store is clean (inside and out), the people are great, and the prices are more than fair!Love...this...store!!!

I went their out of convenience, but the prices are high. The ownership is tone deaf though. Read your receipt and verify everything as they “promos” are deceiving at best.

This location is by far the BEST ace Hardware Ive ever shopped at. The customer service is out of this world! Stephanie in the paint department is always willing to go the extra mile and answer all of my questions. One of my go-to spots for my job. A little higher prices than the bigger stores, but good selection and inventory. They also offer a lot of in-house services as well. Delivery and some installing/implementation of products.

My favorite hardware/home improvement store. Eager, helpful employees who really can help. They always have the more unique items you cant find at the giant places. This particular store also has a nice compliment of nice non-hardware items. We love to just look around!

Love this place you would be surprised just how much the size of this store can carry. Yes you might pay a little more than in Home Depot but there are always plenty of people willing to help you.You know if you go to Home Depot how hard it is to find somebody to help you.We always order our home air filters by the case and get a good discount and they come in very quickly.I have yet to go into this store when I wasnt asked at least three times can I help you, and I always walk out with what I needed. Also if you need help with any project they are more than willing to help.

Why Go To the Big Box Store? So glad that I went in there to get help with my Stihl saw. Chris Rea was awesome. Friendly, helpful, heart of a teacher. Ace Hardware is everything you ever thought it would be. I dont know why anyone goes to the big box store when you can get all the REAL help that you need in one place!

Arrived before 05:00pm on a Friday. Store hours are until 07:00pm. They decided to close early as I was about to enter to pick up an online order THEY notified me was available to be picked up. They then refused to get it or refund it and insisted that I pick it up tomorrow. Don’t waste your time here. Not going back; chargeback it is.

Staff is more than helpful but it comes at a price. Haven’t found anything priced at or below similar items at Home Depot just 3miles away.Example .. bird seed is very high priced. Even Kroger next door is more reasonable.

Always helpful, typically greeted at the door. Staff will stop stocking and help you find what you need. The advice I receive there is always spot on. The items I price check with Home Depot most of the time are in line, maybe not cheaper but close. Add in the convenience, help and I dont need to wander through a massive store for a few screws it is worth the few pennies I pay.

I took in my 10 year old Stihl backpack blower. Hard to start and fuel leak.They fixed the leak and it seems to start almost before I can pull the cord. Very happy and $35

After calling ahead to see if they had a part in stock to which they said yes, we have three I drove 30 minutes in heavy traffic to get there. Once I arrived I was greeted by a young man to whom I relayed the model number of the piece of equipment for which I needed the part. After disappearing for 10 minutes he returned asking what model was that? After another ten minutes he returned saying the guy that handles those parts is out to lunch. After 5 more minutes he returns yet again with another guy who affirmed that it was he(the second guy)who had spoken with me by phone earlier. I inquired again about my part to which the guy, who earlier by phone said yes, we have three, now says we dont carry parts for that brand. Ladies and gentlemen, I know you feel my pain when I tell you that if you want professionals then go where professionals work. Cause it sure as $hit isnt here. Leave the homeowner type hardware stores to the Diyers and go anywhere professionals conduct business. After an hour and a half of frustration I still dont have my part.
