This was my first experience with a florist and it was incredible! They were so kind and sweet, and made sure to ask detailed questions about what exactly I wanted. They sent me a text when they delivered it and a photo! It is absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be a repeat customer! And my Mom loves it too!! ❤️

My first time for using Laurel & Leaf. I requested an arrangement for someone very special and this was even more beautiful than I expected. The owner was very helpful and suggested these colors ( I couldnt decide). I couldnt be more pleased.

This is the most incredible florist in Franklin/Nashville! I sent flowers to a friend in the Nashville area and they said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. She also said that they lasted for literally weeks. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and nice and they went all out to deliver then the same day. In addition, they sent me a photo without my even asking for one. I have used other florists for years in the same area, and I will never use anyone else again. I scrolled for an hour looking through flower arrangements on multiple websites trying to find one I thought my mother in law would love... then I found the Laurel & Leaf website and knew I could trust she’d create something gorgeous! After looking through her pictures I felt comfortable enough to tell her my budget and that I wanted something that looked high end (all of her pictures arrangements did) and let her do the rest! A Floral Experience Like No Other! Laurel and Leaf is the Best Floral Shop in Nashville... hands down! A Unique Floral Work of Art was sent to me by my Sister in Dallas and I had never seen anything more beautiful! There were flowers in there that I had never seen and definitely a work of art I had never seen, so I knew when it came time for me to send flowers I would go to them and I am so glad I did. I ordered a last-minute delivery bouquet without having much of an idea what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the flowers were delivered the very next morning, and the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend.

I called and asked if I could send a picture of what I wanted or something similar for $150 order, they were not open to this. Wild Root in Spring Hill TN has done this for me numerous times, so I took my business back there.

The arrangement I received was beautiful. It was full, healthy and a lovely mix of flowers and greenery. Would definitely recommend.

If you want your charge card to be charged for more than the agreed upon price and have the flowers wilted (see pictures) and have the owner tell your son to bring the arrangement back because she’s too busy with deliveries and orders because of Easter weekend! Really my son has a new born baby and having a house full of people for Easter!!!

Recently needed to order some flowers, shop is close to my home so I visited the shop, extremely friendly staff. I was able to get first hand look at their fabulous arrangements being made, ordered an arrangement for a 50th wedding anniversary, friends were extremely happy with their arrangement, as was I when they sent a picture of it. Definitely would order flowers from them again.

My mom loved her flowers delivered to her work for Mothers Day. I dont know much about flowers, so they worked with me on the phone to figure out what my mom would like- and they did an excellent job.
