Great service, i only needed a piece of glass replaced and they did it right away within a few minutes at a reasonable cost

Made four calls today seeking quotes on a glass table top. The man on the phone was rude, condescending, and gave a quote that is more than double what all of the other competitors quoted for the exact same piece of glass.Most certainly would not call them back after the experience I had today. Thankfully, there are other options in town where they are more professional and will work to earn your business.

This company installed a glass door to a new walk in shower. I paid half up front. They scheduled the door install and salesman said i would be emailed the invoice for remainder after installation. Instead they ran my card without authorization immediately upon finishing the install without me inspecting and accepting the work. They cut the metal header too long and instead of cutting more off they just forced it in damaging multiple brand new tiles. And it wasnt even just one direction- they had to have worked it around in multiple directions based on the damage. See photo. This is not an inconspicuous nick- this was immediately obvious when i walked into the bathroom. There is no way they didnt know they damaged my tile and instead of calling me to discuss solutions they just ran my card for the balance. I will be filing a claim and taking them to court for this extraordinary unscrupulous behavior.

Quality materials and the install was fast and professional. The installer were fun to work with. I didnt meet the sales guy but my wife liked them. Weve had a walk in shower knee wall and door glass installed for at least 4 months now. All is good. Completion time from order to finish was around 2-3 weeks. Good things take time.

Great experience. I ordered a glass topper for a large oval dining table. My order was completed in less than two weeks and the delivery could not have been smoother. Arrived on time and the glass fit perfectly.

I use those guys before long time ago and I was need them again yesterday I was try to do some small project and they just treat me so well even though, especially the lady at the front desk, I didn’t pick her name but she was amazing thank you guys for staying so long in this business.Ben

Absolutely horrible... the price I was told over the phone was literally less than 1/2 what they actually charged me.The older guy said it was because I was quoted for a window pane... Why? when I told them it was for a table... I dropped my entire table off with them because I live an hour away and didnt want it to wrong and have to make additional trips. I was told they would be finished with the table in a week almost 2 weeks later I called in and asked if they were still working on it the guy said no there were finished... I went to pick up the table and glass the first guy couldnt locate my table. So an older guy came and found it. Well because I dropped the entire table off I assumed they tested it to ensure it fit well it didnt.( big surprise huh) I got all the way home and unwrapped the glass only to find out the glass was too big. Called back in only for the rep to give me attitude when it was CLEARLY their mistake. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible service and lazy if you ask me. seriously I dropped the table off with you... the smartest thing would have been to test it to make sure it was the correct size, no one called to say hey your table is ready, you misplaced my table, and I was mislead when it came to your price.

Tennessee Glass has been my glass company for over 20 years and they have done mirrors for me glass doors for me shower doors theyve just been a really good friendly staff and very knowledgeable a highly recommend them

If you value your time, do not make an appointment with Morgan. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the installation team did a decent job installing the glass doors to our two bathrooms. But both the times, Morgan, the sales guy did not show up to our initial appointment and claims to have double booked. And I had to reschedule. I called after 6 months to get a quote for our bathroom mirror and he did the same thing. Never doing business with them. Getting out of work during the business day to meet with vendors is very difficult for busy working people.

I went in to get a door sweep for a glass shower door. Very friendly person greeted me. I told him what I needed. He cut the piece to my spec. and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes.

Outstanding customer service

I definitely recommend these people over Glass doctor. There way more cheaper in price and it only took a week and half to get my shower door installed. They also provided me with a free glass cleaner bottle after they were done.

If you want to be ripe off go here a 12 inch by 5 inch of glass $38.00, I check 2 other place $10.00 never go here dont here ever .

I called these people got a price call back to Make an appointment for measurement had To call 3 times in 10 days then When somebody showed up to measureGot a price that was $500 different than the original price call back to speak to a Boss 5 days ago nobody has called me back

Used TN glass for years great people great products.

They installed a frameless shower door for our guest bathroom, since it was guest room we did not detect the water leak soon, they had incorrect installation and I had to pay for the parts. Though they acknowledge it was incorrect installation but they will not own up and fix it.

Just Built a house and TN Glass did my Shower Doors and Mirrors. Great Job, very prompt and reliable!
