Wonderful companyIve been searching for a replacement lock for my moms iron door and was told by a lot of companies that the door was too old and the lock for that door probably couldnt be found anymore. I took a picture of the lock and called ACI. The owner knew exactly what type of lock it needed just from looking at the picture and made a few other suggestions on repairs. The prices were reasonable and the labor was less than I expected. Great company to do business with. Great job ACI

We contracted with Darryl Avery with a vague ideal to add railings to our front porch. He help to design an very attractive solution. The installation was very professional. He was on time and kept his word. An honest man and very skillful and knowledgeable. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Darryl did a great job and I would hire him again. He was on time and communicated during the project. The job was a $2600 railing that was sturdy and built to code. The price was fair, he provided a custom color in bronze, gave me extra paint, hauled off the old railing and provided a 1 year warranty in writing.

As a contractor and a small business owner, I felt obliged to leave a review. Not to dismiss other customers who have had a poor experience with ACI, but my brief communication with Darrel regarding a window guard order was very professional. I think his products in general are better suited for a brick and mortar as marketing custom or semi custom heavy wrought iron products online and getting specs squared away and managing to keep shipping from getting out of hand is difficult.I purchased an order online, but the shipping wasnt factored in at checkout, and when it was the following day, it was a substantial amount of money. I alerted my customer to the upcharge and he asked that I cancel the order. After several back and forths with Darrel, and an effort on his part to make the mistake right, my customer ultimately found what he felt was a better solution.Within minutes of notifying Darrel, the money was refunded back to my account.I suspect Darrels operation is smaller than his website might lead one to believe, but hes an entrepreneur, and its individuals like him, working their butts off and employing others that are the lifeblood of our economy.

I had a very good experience with ACI Supply. There were metal steps to an upstairs rental apartment that needed a lot of welding repair. I had previously tried to get another mobile welder to do the job, but he could not get to it in the timely manner that he had first promised. I called ACI Supply and spoke with Mr. Avery. He was able to do the job in a timely manner and the repairs were thorough. He communicated to me before the work was done and during the repair. He did more than I expected at what I think was a reasonable price. I am very satisfied and hope to do business with him in the future.

I was skeptical to do business with ACI after reading the reviews on here. But, Mr. Avery came out to my house personally for my estimate and walked me through the process every step of the way. His team did a great job building and installing the door and Im very pleased with the finished product. Be clear about what you want up front but dont hesitate to do business with ACI. This company and the owner Darrell is a completely dishonest person and establishment. I live in Birmingham Alabama and I was on Google trying to locate a lock for my iron door and ran across ACI I called and some guy had me send photos to another number he called back saying yes I have it whats your card number so I give h my number and when supposed merchandise comes its from another state than this ACI another companys name and wrong lock system I call this man tell me to get it reversed front left to right hand system then it doesnt fit so he says get a drill and drill holes. I tell him not and sent back to where it came he is acting like he has factories all over hes acting like it came from his factory in Mississippi but its not his hes just a third party scamming and hustling people out of money. But I guarantee when Im done with this dishonest company it wont happen again! And this man Darrel I believe has my money and I sent product back to a company national craft from MS. Those $220 this man has stolen from me and the company that took the money off my card I didnt authorize them to I hope those $220 put some food in someones belly because when I get mine back it will be worth the wait scammers!

Worst phone support ever. I called and they wanted to send me a quote when I did not even pick out a fence. The lady on the phone was very short and did not want to talk to me. I WONT do business with them because of how they treated me on the phone. I believe the negative reviews on this place. Thankfully I did not get far enough to get screwed by them.

Darrel Avery is the owner of this company and he is a fake. He took my money and I have window bars sitting in my garage I cannot use. The material is flimsy and the paint was all chipped off!!!! He did not want to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!! HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU.

We shipped the lockset he ordered on time, he open the set, used it and returned back a used lockset. He received his credit back. He will buy your products, use them and return the products and put negative reviews that arent true on your company site. Daryl does not take responsibility for his mistakes on business orders.Ordered security window bars that get shipped with unknown delivery day. The bars I received were not packaged for travel by freightliner company to deliver product with care. Finished welds on bars were not applied to both sides.Had sent photos of windows before shipping the security bars where they were to be placed with digital measurement from a digital measuring device.10 Window bars ordered 4 were incorrect from invoice order. This Owner likes to take order which he claims are custom orders and cannot take back but these are half welded tacts to bars and can easily be unwelded and reused. The bars are spray paint and can easily be removed. Daryl, YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS ARE POOR. The quality of the order I received were way under par. While your website tells a pretty picture of probably other peoples abilities your artwork does not match what is shown. What come around, always goes around. While you may have have 20 years + in business it looks as if it may be time to put it down and stop taking peoples money without a quality product. If you cannot produce a quality product for customers to love and gladly pay more for, WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR? This is a horrible company. They sent me the wrong product and did not want to refund me my money. He cheated me because the invoice says ALL SALES FINAL. I am disputing charge now with my bank. Darrel Avery is a liar and is robbing the publics money!!!!!
