This pharmacy is the most expensive place Ive ever been in and the hispanic guy that works there is very rude and acts like he absolutely hates seeing you come the door. My meds are expensive but for each pill, they are at least 2.00$ more than other pharmacys. I hate going there but cant get into an other pharmacys at this time that carry my meds. My insurance is supposed to have been pre authorized and covered, but guess what? Affordable doesnt let tncare pay for the medication Im on. I hate this place and dont recommend it to anyone

Great place to go. They go above and beyond for their customers. I moved from Hermitage and I still drive across town to go here. Dr Jackson and his staff understand the value of customer service and their knowledge of the products is top notch. I would highly recommend if you haven’t been there before to give them a chance. You will not be disappointed!

Im sure everybody remember the days of the mom-and-pop pharmacies. where they treat you like family, well this is the place to go! Mr. and Mrs. Jackson are the owners. They are spiritual and wonderful people. And also Nivea and Lewis they are also kind in will do anything they can to help you. I like the products they sell on the floor (ex: Indian Healing Clay - the best stuff for face masks!!). However, their pharmacy prices are outrageous! It blows my mind that they call themselves Affordable Pharmacy, as they definitely arent that at all. You would think that a place with that name would at least accept discount cards, such as GoodRX and others like it. I recommend going to Walgreens and asking for their discount code. It saved me hundreds of dollars on my prescription.

Fastest pharmacy I be ever been to even when I was a new customer I was in and out within 10 minutes and staff is super nice and helpful

Fastest Pharmacy in America! I have never been in a pharmacy where I drop off a script get it filled and leave in 5 minutes. Absolutely superb!

If you want great service from a great pharmacy this is the only place to go... Its what pharmacies used to be like... I wont go anyplace else no matter how convenient it is... Couldnt say enough positive things about whether you need a script filled or some good honest advice from someone who truly cares about your health!!

Good place in hermitage to get your insulin needles

Understanding of each persons needs as well as comprehension of what may work for one individual may not always be the best option for another. Im grateful to have a staff that takes the time to hear everyone and process them as individuals and not lump them in a group. Them and Pardues Pharmacy are definately the top smaller scale pharmacies in Middle Tn AREA. I just wish they had more options for mt moms diabetic supplies. other thsn that I give them 5 stars

This is a great small pharmacy. The pharmacists there is very helpful, and really seems to care about the people that come in.

Jacque and the staff are all amazing and extremely helpful and friendly! Plus they have a nice selection of all natural and homeopathic products and higher end skin care and dietary supplements at very affordable prices, plus all the basics, they even have all natural pet products and treats that my dogs LOVE! They have a state of the art machine that tests all your vitals and do all sorts of checkups. They remember and care about their individual customers, and for that reason alone we will never go anywhere else :)
