I’ve been coming to this store for over 15 years. A Nashville native that knows the good people that they’ve had staffed here. I just went in at 12:30am and had the worst experience possible. BRIAN immediately huffed and puffed when I entered the building. No one else in the building that could’ve been frustrating him. I asked why the beer cooler was locked and he loudly yelled “I lock it this late at night!” More happened, but not worth ranting about on the internet. Get rid of that dude- he’s why your parking lot is empty. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a place I frequent regularly. Even if he had a bad night, his actions were totally out of line. Treat people how you want to be treated BRIAN! I worked a 16 hour shift today, but still retain positivity.

The clerk Brian is extremely rude. He sneezed in his hands and when I tried to grab my items to make sure he did not touch my items, he immediately grabbed them and demanded payment. Like Im going to run out the store with $2.30 worth of items. I will be searching for the store owner because this employee makes you not want to go in.

My friend and I visited this location around 11:30 pm. When we arrived, there was a shipment being brought in and the attendant was mildly overseeing it. Once my friend walked in, the employee told him that he would not be taking any orders until he was finished with his count. After the employee went up to the cash register again and stood there, my friend went up and asked him how long that might take. At this point, the employee began to raise his voice and yelled at my friend to leave and telling him the he was « banned from the store ». As I stood there in disbelief, the employee then said to me that since I was his friend, that I too was banned from the store. The employee then followed us out to our car, yelling at us, and then proceeded to take down the license plate number as he continually threatened to call the police. I have been to this location several times, and this is the first time that I have ever had such a terrible and unprovokedly aggressive reception simply because I tried to purchase an item.

I like this location, employees are hard working and always helpful to me. Im a frequent customer and handicapped, they are patient and gave me a water cup full of ice one day I had to walk there in the summer, 95 + degress. Dont listen to the spoiled brats from Belmont, some of us work for a life !

I am a Lyft driver. I buy an enormous amount of gas. I also rely on places like this for public restrooms while I am out driving. This location has now decided to lock the mens room and put a fake out of order sign on the womens. If this is how you treat your customers, I will no longer buy any gas from Circle K. This is what happens when youre too lazy to want to maintain your restrooms.

Very friendly and professional cashier at 3:35 this morning. Prices are jacked up cause of college surrounding circle K which I think is low down of people that run this store

I never go here anymore. There is always a group of kids who look like they are doing drugs and homeless people outside. There is cheaper gas and cold drinks many other places.

Do not shop or park at this location!!! On August 28, around 1 p.m. I filled my gas tank at Circle K, 2001 Belmont Boulevard, in Nashville (across from Belmont University). I parked to go inside and get refreshments with my friends before we went on a hike. One person in my party wanted coffee from neighboring Bongo Java, so we waited outside the eatery on the sidewalk with our dog while they went in. One person in my party went back to buy something else at Circle K a few minutes later, and noticed a tow truck had hooked up to my car. It had only been about 15 minutes since we first parked there, and the sign next to the parking spot said 20 Minute Customer Parking Only: Violators Will Be Towed. We spent a combined $100 at this gas station (we had two cars in our party, with six people total who purchased gas, bottled water, Gatorade, snacks, etc.).When I ran over to ask what was going on, the tow truck driver said I was lucky that I came over when I did, because it was only going to cost me $55 for them to release my car. It would cost $120 if wed started moving, he said. There was a lady named Linda Caminski (this is the name she gave me) who said she was monitoring the cars parked in the lot for her supposed Circle K manager, Kathy Kerry. She mustve seen that we were standing at Bongo. I showed her our receipts for purchasing gas, and she said it had been more than 20 minutes so it didnt matter: I had to pay $55 for them not to tow my car from a parking spot where I was a customer.Whats more, Linda Caminski, had been sitting in a white Infiniti when I was plea-ing with her to release my car because I was a paying customer. After I finally relented and gave them my hard-earned cash for no reason other than so that they wouldnt drive off and impound my car, they started towing the white Inifiniti that Linda Caminski had been just been sitting in and talking to me through the window!Werent you just sitting in that car that you’re having towed? I asked her. No, that was someone else. All six of us had talked to this lady while she was sitting in that car. What was she doing? Perhaps checking for things that could be lifted from the car? On the tow receipt I was given after I paid $55, there is a disclaimer you are supposed to sign that waives responsibility for theft or damage to your car. Linda signed mine, not me.In this situation, if they had towed my car, Express Towing and Circle K were unlawfully stealing my car. I paid $55 to stop them. I have a 2014 Maxima, and it started making sounds the next day underneath the area where they had hooked my car, so it might even be damaged. If it is: See you in court! I have two lawyers in the family.
