So I ordered this accidentally for pickup instead of delivery and of course Postmates did not help me whatsoever. I called the location and the owner of the store was so kind he told me hell take it for delivery himself instead of canceling the order or telling me that I have to come pick it up. He even added an extra couple donuts, why you ask I have no idea purely out of the kindness of his own heart.This donut place is amazing fresh soft delicious donuts everyday and the staff is super friendly its a must go to

Shipleys Do-Nuts in Nashville does make life delicious. Do-Nuts for sure anyway. A small shop that offers a nice selection, a variety of kolaches are also available. I would recommend the bear claw. If you dont find it enjoyable, give it to me. Lol.

Gotta go there early to get a better variety of donuts. Their donuts are good for the price.Google says no dine-in at this location and that is a lie. Ive visited here a few times recently and have seen large families dine-in, without a mask, since covid cases have increased again. Even seen a family dining-in with their little pet dog sitting near their table. Very unsanitary knowing that seating is 3 steps away from the front counter and all of the donuts. 😬 At least the people behind the counter are always masked up.

Picked up a couple of dozen for my golf trip. Great donuts. My as good as Ahnes in waterloo but way better than Krispy creme. Definitely worth it

Wow. When you’re wanting nothing more than a simple, classic tasting donut, this place beats out any competition. The texture is still light and soft like a regular donut, but the dough is denser and has more “chew” and subtle sweetness to it. It is a delicate, perfect balance of sweetness to dough.Now, I tried their chocolate covered “bow tie” and original glazed “bow tie” (bow tie is just a regular donut but shaped into a large bow tie, so extra bang for your buck!). Extremely, extremely good.But that wasn’t even the best thing here. You MUST get a butter roll when you are here. No exceptions. This is essentially a giant cinnamon roll, but instead of cinnamon, just warm, melted butter and icing. This was decadent in every sense of the word. That dense, chewy roll coated in a tasty butter and icing is exactly what I needed in a dessert. If you come here and do not get this, you have truly missed out on a gem in the dessert/bakery world.A friend has recommended that I try their maple glazed donut, and believe me, I will be trying many of their other items (including more butter rolls) in the near future!

The do-nuts were great, fresh and delicious. Not quite like the ones in Houston, Texas but I was elated to find a little bit of home in Tennessee. The cashier was patient and kind.

Ive had Shipley Do-Nuts on several occasions but have never actually gone into one of their locations. Let me say, I was not disappointed. Their customer service was as great as their donuts! I ordered two dozen glazed and was asked to wait 10 mins since they were out and needed to drop fresh ones. Once my order was completed, she threw in some donut holes because I had to wait. Will definitely be going there again!

Im from Texas and theres a lot of Shipley donuts in Texas I went into this one wanting the jalapeno kolaches I got one jalapeno kolache and three cheese they I guess they had them in the wrong spot and I didnt know until I was down the road so if you get jalapeno make sure they are jalapeno other than that you just going to get a cheese and sausage kolache

Oh my, Ive lived here 6 years and never had a Shipleys donut. Im really glad I stopped, the donuts are fabulous. I tried chocolate glazed, raspberry filled, and blueberry. I cant possibly pick a favorite. Each one was the best in their own way. Light, fluffy, but rich flavored. Cant wait to stop again and try more flavors.
