This coffee shop at the Graduate Hotel is so gorgeous! The seating area is elegant, vintage, and colorful. I love the huge chandelier above the coffee bar and all the other unique details. Delicious seasonal coffees! Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, the coffee shop is a destination! It’s the perfect place to catch up with friends or get some work done.
Adorable decor & atmosphere. My pumpkin spice latte was just OK but biscuit was warm and buttery - delicious!
Visually stunning with great drip coffee and espresso from Black & White Coffee Roasters! We score the drip 8.7 and the espresso 8.9. The White Chocolate Cherry Latte scored 8.0 and was a little underwhelming. Poindexters Biscuits looked amazing, unfortunately we did not have time to get one. We will be back!!
Oat milk maple syrup latte is the best latte I’ve ever had. Perfect balanced and not too sweet.Espresso is top notch. Balanced, smooth everything works. The decor and vibes can’t help but put you in a good mood. It’s unique and charming. The staff is delightful and they seem to take pride in their work.
I’m sorry this coffee just isn’t it. Cool hotel and everything else but no chance in hell I’d come back here just to get coffee. I was there opening week so maybe it’s gotten better. But by no means is this a go to coffee place.
Good coffee. Decent baristas.
Great decor, concise but well planned coffee options, and fair pricing for the boutique aspects of the place. The seating area in the hotel is beautiful - it’s an experience just to sit in the room as the sun trickles in through the windows. Otherwise, the iced rosemary honey oat latte I had was excellent - not too sweet, and the flavor almost reminiscent of a tea-coffee mixture because of the rosemary, which I can’t say I’ve ever had in coffee. Recommended!
Just sheer excellence! From the coffee, to the food, to the service and the ambiance!! Will definitely come back with my daughters
Love the staff. I don’t drink the coffee often, but the little I have had has been amazing.
I want to love this coffee shop. It ticks so many boxes. Its perfect during quiet weekdays and caters well to remote work. Couches, outlets, good coffee, good food, etc. The weekends, however, are a problem during the current pandemic. They dont enforce mask policies, at least not as much as they should for a space that gets so crowded. Often I stand in line 6 feet behind the person in front of me (per CDC recs) as person after person cuts through this gap without a mask on, and then the person behind me in line inevitably stands too close slipping their mask off to talk to their friend. So were inside, without masks, less than 6 feet apart, and in a hotel where I can assume most people have been traveling recently. I go to other coffee shops and they have moved tables around to give people more space, have ropes up to direct traffic, and offer order ahead options to limit indoor time. Nothing beyond some hand sanitizer here. These three stars are for the fantastic baristas who handle the crowd the best they can. Theyre always friendly, make great drinks, and have an abundance of patience. I just cant trust this establishment to take my health and safety seriously and will not be returning until heard immunity is reached.
Gorgeous, fun, and eccentric! Its gonna be our go-to coffee place in downtown Nashville.
I can’t really review them because they refused to serve me without a mask. Just drove across the country from Seattle and wanted a coffee for me and milk for my two year old girl. They laughed and said no mask, no service. None of the three employees shared their names when asked - likely embarrassed for kicking out a toddler and her father for not pretending to need a mask (while standing). They did say if I was seated I didn’t need one. Like that makes any sense. Sad to see Nashville turning into Seattle. As a disabled veteran - I don’t recommend giving money to establishments that don’t serve people for political purposes. That’s a slippery slope.
Beautiful interior, very unique. Stuff was very friendly and nice as well. The only thing was that there is small choice of coffee and pasteries.
Funky, quirky vibe. Quick service, simple but delicious breakfast items.
Recently moved to the area and wanted to visit their Poindexter location, as I had a Graduate/Poindexter back home and loved it there... Had very much the same experience here! Suzie, the barista, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. So kind to each and every customer, despite it being very busy and her being the only one working the counter. The ideal barista, really! The environment was spacious and adorable- perfect for work, studying, catching up with someone, etc. Lots of room to sit, natural lighting, and a unique vibe. I got a Cuban coffee and 11/10 recommend it to anyone looking to stray away from their normal latte. Will be back!
Stunning place!Highest ceilings Ive ever seen!
I had a delicious oatmilk latte with maple syrup here. Such an elegant and lovely place. Would recommend!
This was such a sweet unexpected find. The coffee shop inside the graduate hotel near Vanderbilt university. The hotel is Dolly Parton influenced. Not sure how the taco bell art fits in!
Pure elegance with associated hotel.
Great ambience and great coffee!
Like Cray fancy atmosphere because of the hotel. But the coffee was great and very affordable. Staff is excellent and treats everyone the same. 🌟
Atmosphere and interior are awesome, but their coffee was terrible.
I found the coffee to be super bitter.
Great espresso, very good food, fantastic atmosphere
