Love the brand, hate the store. The employees are awful. They literally dont know anything about the brand or the sizing. The staff just sits there on their cell phones on the sales floor. Dont bother coming to this location.

Associates at the Nashville mall were not wearing face masks, they were around their neck. How inappropriate. I left, I dont feel safe in that store and wont be spending money there if they arent being required to wear their masks appropriately.

True Religion is only for younger people who is likes the street wilder looks. The men jeans dont looks attractive. May be looks on you if youre a big young hip-hop guy .Most of the style thats hot are for young ladies.

The service was so terrible and awkward. None of the staff assisted nor represented the company well. I will not be returning to this one and only True Religion store in Nashville. Please train your staff on the importance of giving great customer service.

High end fashion, if you wear a size 36 or 38 get there soon as they have a delivery, if larger then that size 38 this store is not for you! Maybe online they carry lrger sizes but not at this location.

Thomas and Devarious,are my go to guys anytime I’m in the store, which is on the regular. By me being a trucker, I see bad customer service and exceptional customer service a lot. These two guys are true salesmen and always make sure I spend a good amount lol but also make sure that I’m happy and my shirts and jeans compliment my shoes that I walk in with, on top of shoes that are upcoming releases that I plan on grabbing. They hold genuine conversation on top of them doing their job, which make the high end price for the clothes worth it and a good buy. I have been in plenty of times and will be back every time I come through Nashville.
