Love this collection. Staff was amazing. Found a hat that I really liked, but not in stock. Staff was so helpful to order and send it to my house for free. Love the new location. I was even blown away to receive a personalized email the next day saying thank you for my business. I’m excited to get my hat in the mail and rock it!

I wanted to get something with NASH on it and this is the place to go. Very friendly and helpful staff as I wandered around looking. They had NASH, SMASH, and TENN clothing items and hats in a variety of colors and patterns, as well as, gift items. Found a NASH sweatshirt that was so soft and comfy I had to get it. The quality was top notch and made to last. Definitely a great place to stop by if you are visiting Nashville or a local. As a note, the store is located on the second floor above the FedEx on Broadway across from Kid Rock’s place.

The Nash collection is truly my favorite store to go to! They have the cutest and comfiest clothing you will find anywhere! The staff are always so nice to everyone who comes in. When I go to Nashville I can’t leave without going here! If you go to Nashville and want the true Nashville experience, you have to go to their broadway store! It is one of the funnest and cutest stores you’ll ever go into. If you can’t make it to their stores in person, I’d highly recommend shopping online! After your purchase, you’ll even get a sweet email from the owner showing her thankfulness for your support. I’m a Nash supporter for life!

My review is for the store - I was in Nashville a couple weekends ago visiting my best friend who has lived there now for years and wanted to pop into the store to grab a gift for a friend back homes birthday. The girl working the store was very unpleasant and dismissive. I tried to ask her input between two items and she told me she didn’t know and then proceeded to ignore me. When I was waiting to check out I had to stand there awkwardly and wait for her to finish up with a personal call. Super disappointed by the whole experience and definitely will make me rethink going there in the future.

This company exemplifies the definition of customer service. Imagine Chick-fil-A and Disney as a small apparel company, you would have the NASH Collection. I placed my order on Monday morning and was immediately was updated with shipping information. On Tuesday, I received an email from the companies CEO thanking me for the order. On Wednesday, my hat was sitting on my desk.However, receiving my hat quickly was just part of my experience. I took a phone call from an employee this afternoon that blew my mind on their level of customer service. She left me a voicemail explaining the issue and the immediate resolution for correcting the issue. At the end of the message she left her personal contact information to get the problem corrected. I called backed and let her know I had received the correct item, that everything was ok but will help out with whatever I can.I run my own business and train employees on customer service daily. Having a passion for creating a memorable customer experience is something we strive for everyday. Elise (spelling) and the rest of the NASH collection team did that this week. Yes, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the order. However, it was the immediate call to action to correct the issue for another customer that has truly stood out in my mind.Thank you NASH Collection, Elise and the Team and GO PREDS!
