As always a great shop & well stocked. Came through a few nights ago & picked up some cigars.Feedback: the humidor needs to have a lower temperature. When I was there it was very warm & the temp was reading 80 degrees! Not good for cigars. Consider lowering to 70 or lower.

Brand new to the cigar hobby but really enjoyed my experience the staff was very helpful with a beginner. Which i truly apperciate they spent the time to explain the ends and outs of each cigar without making me feel like a burden truly felt good about my purchases was glad i came usually dont write reviews but they deserve one. I cant thank the knowledgeable staff enough they where super friendly reccomend this place espically to beginners because they will be super helpful and friendly and take the time to find the cigar just right for tou!

Stopped in today for some pipe tobacco. Had a solid tin selection as well as bulk tobaccos.Friendly staff and was well ventilated inside.

1st time visiting looking for gift for a friend and had exactly what I needed. Staff was knowledgeable and made good recommendations based on my feedback. Im a big Arturo Fuente fan so I see myself stopping in more regularly in my future great experience

Always enjoyed cigars when I could legally buy them. Just recently started up as a hobby and to relax after long day of work.This cigar shop is very Clean and well kept staff is very well informed and very welcoming. They helped me pick out cigars based on the flavor profile i like and the whole 9 yards to enjoy at home as well. I have been back there a few times and can’t wait to keep going back.

Huge, spacious, beautiful shop with a good selection staffed with people who know and use the products. Awesome smoke scrubbers keep the air clean. Comfy leather seating. Small tables, wifi, and plugins so you can even work/study here. A couple of local beers on tap and a good selection in bottles. Dave (the owner) works hard to provide a great welcoming experience. A very nice discovery for a comfortable place to hang out when in the Nashville area. Thanks Dave and Jesse!

Uptown smoke shop is not only a great shop but a fun experience. The staff is more than happy to teach you about the different types of tobacco and assist you in finding the flavor that is right for you. Shopping at uptown is like taking a trip to the past when shop keepers really cared about the customer experience and less about the sale. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I love Uptown’s Smokeshop. Awesome service and selection. I have always felt at home there. And I also enjoy the diversity of the clientele. A really cool hang.The workers at the shop are helpful, knowledgeable, always remember my name, and are laid back, cool cats.The only time I have ever been disappointed is when I got there after closing time.

Uptowns is a great place to hang out and smoke a stogie. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and plenty of regular customers who are cool to socialize with. Their humidor has a large selection of cigars of all types and is well stocked. Theres only one other humidor in town that Im aware of that rivals their cigar offerings.

Excellent shop with a great atmosphere. Great selection of pipes, tobacco, and cigars, and the staff are always willing to recommend if you are looking to try something new.I really loved the no pressure environment, they always encourage you to hang out and enjoy your smokes there (they have ample room for this). Pretty much every other smoke shop Ive been to could learn something about atmosphere and service from these people.Marcus was very helpful while I was there, providing a spot-on recommendation for cigars.Also this is the only local place Ive found which has a selection of Peterson and Neerup pipes for sale.

And if you want an introduction to pipe smoking they have an insanely reasonable priced starter kit and they actually dont try to sell you on more expensive pipes. So glad I made the trip.

I hate to hear that some had a negative experience. Walking in the door this shop seemed to be Mecca for a new pipe smoker. Many, many items to look at and drool over. Beautiful new and estate pipes, etc. I was immediately greeted upon entry and asked if I needed assistance. I stated my interests and experience level and was graciously shown products that fit my budget. I was even able to make a deal on an estate pipe! The same gentleman (sorry, wish I got your name) also made a recommendation for a Virginia blend (Anniversary Kake, I think) that upon smoking, was a pure delight. I packed this flake in my new estate and had the first perfect bowl that I smoked on the way home (30 minutes). I have no need to visit any other B&M. 5-stars!

Best shop in Nashville. Staff is superb, cigar selection is vast, and there is no shortage of goods for the pipe smoker either. Great seating areas. Be prepared to stay a while, as theres a lot to shop around for.

Theres at least five designated parking spaces immediately in front of their store. I parked in one and made the mistake of walking to Trader Joes first to grab my groceries for dinner before entering into the smoke shop. I guess because I was a woman, they assumed I had no intention of becoming a customer. A man walked out and said, Maam can you not park here? We have signs up in front, we arent Trader Joes parking. It was 6:40 p.m. on a Monday evening, and only one of their designated parking spaces had a vehicle in it. I moved my car 6 feet away to another parking space, but chose not to purchase my cigars from them. ✌

Well, I shop here. However, they are the only pipe tobacco store left in Nashville. I wish we had more options. Remember that shop on Elliston? Now its a head shop. Vape ruined eveything!

For the amount of space they have, there is not much to choose from here. They have about 5 tins each from about 10 blenders, about 15 standard bulk blends, about 15 estates, 20 dunhills and sub-dunhill prices and a spattering of others pipes. Nordings, savinellis, briairworks... Not priced to sell either. Much much cheaper to go online.

Horrible and offensive experience at Uptowns Smoke Shop. Will not return - and neither will any of my friends if I have anything to do with it. I went in with a buddy to select some cigars, and when I went to pay, he headed to the car. The employee demanded he stop and empty out his pants pockets and sweatshirt pockets, essentially accusing him of shoplifting, with absolutely no probable cause. The employee was incredibly ill-mannered. I understand doing your job, but this was offensive.It didnt stop there - after my friend went to the car, he asked me to tell my buddy to never come back. At this point, that wasnt going to be a problem, but there was no attempted shoplifting and he wasnt even polite enough to say this to his face.I have quite a few friends who have shopped there with regularity, and will be encouraging them not to return, for fear they too will get accosted and insulted.
