If you want exceptional service then this is the store to choose. John and Thomas were the ultimate in customer service and exceptionally knowledgeable about products and plans. I was visiting Nashville when my very old phone decided to no longer work and left having to replace here vs my home location. My home location is 3 hours away but these guys were so great I will return to this store for future needs. Thank you John J and Thomas. You guys were great and love the new phone.

My wife and I were picking up phones we ordered online through the Verizon website. They were very prompt in helping up with everything. No pressure. Even after we had left, and had to come back to get help with activation of my wife’s iPhone, they were super quick to trouble shoot the problem and help us resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend shopping here, even just to pick up an online order. They were also very compliant with the standards in prevention of COVID-19, with wearing proper protective masked, visible hand sanitizer, and markings of 6 ft distances while waiting.

I walked in. Waited at sign where it told me to. Lady walked in after me and waited as well. Associate asked us to sign in. We did. He asked what we needed. Then proceeded to help the woman behind me. I asked why he was helping her when I was there first. He said mine would take longer. This is piss poor service. I will never be back

Went in to ask questions regarding service. Was told the very large store was at max capacity with two customers and had to wait in the car for a text. Went to Tmobile and discussed service then went to AT&T and discussed service. Went back to the store and sat outside for 10 minutes then drove home. Waited about 5 minutes then called the store and they said I could come into the store now...this was the biggest joke.

The sales rep got me right in and I was out the door in 10 or 12 minutes. The store is great! As for the PureGear product I bought while I was there, I do not have anything good to say about their screen protectors. Less than 24 hrs. after having it put on I dropped my phone from 18 above where it had been. I didnt think there would be anyway that a $70 screen protector would have been cracked but it shattered it. My phone was fine but no longer protected since the protector is now in a million pieces! Time for a different brand screen protector, maybe.

Door was locked, although it was a half hour after they opened and there were customers inside. Im not sure if this was due to social distancing, closing for lunch, or what, but I would expected there at least to be a sign explaining why the door was locked. After waiting awkwardly outside the glass door for a while, I just had to leave because I had no idea how to enter, or why I was not allowed to.

Dont go here. They dont enforce the use of masks. I watched as someone went around touching all the phones with no mask on and nothing was done about it. Would give 0 stars if possible.

So far Ive had great experiences with this place. My first visit, the fellow stayed 45 minutes past closing just to help me with my current phone. The employees all seem to have a lot of experience at the store and can help you with whatever random issues you might have. Guy today, Ive worked here for a while, so I know all the tricks. thanks guys!

Spent two hours trying to figure out how to get my friend off of her dads plan & onto a new one, along with replacing her broken phone. This store was a one man store with civil going in, and he tried a few things but couldnt help with broken phone, and unlocking, sent us to Green Hills Store, never again, Grn Hills store was 4 hrs and no real help just selling! The guy here was ok, but nothing special at West End. Not what we have come to expect from Verizon here in our town.

They both provided us with the information we needed. unfortunately we werent able to complete a transaction due to the time of day. Great Service! My wife and I got two new phones and this was the best experience weve ever had at a Verizon store. The Manager was training a new person, who assisted us, but was very involved in the entire process, answering any questions we had and making sure everything went smoothly. We usually go to the Green Hills location, but we will be coming here from now on.

I went to this location last night because my phone wouldnt stay on. It was several years old, and had too many issues to fix. Bryce took almost an hour with me just trying to figure out or reset the password on my account. He helped me try different ways, lending his personal cell phone to me to get on the internet, call customer service, or to get it via email. After almost an hour of trying every way we could think of (Verizon wanted to text my DEAD phone in order for me to reset it), I remembered an old password I hadnt used for a few years, and he was very kind when it finally worked. He never lost his patience, and he was very friendly. Then he took his time and helped me to set up my phone. He also tried multiple ways to transfer over my contact list, but my previous phone was so old that it didnt have the technology to back up everything to the Cloud, and my SIM card didnt fit into my new phone or his personal phone. Even though the visit could have been very frustrating, Bryce took the time and had the patience to assist me in every way possible. He made my visit a pleasant experience, and I left with a smile!

Worst service ever! My son went in to get his phone activated and set up after having purchased it online. The sales lady took it from him, glanced at it, said its activated and handed it back, and then walked away. Never turned the phone on (he hadnt powered it up because he was waiting to go through the process with a specialist), never asked his name, never checked our account. She should be fired!!
