It seems I found my new place for anything video game related. They had exactly what I wanted, and from a customer service standpoint, it was top notch. From todays visit this store definitely deserves all five stars.

I love these guys they go out of their way to make sure Im good. They keep me informed on all the up to dates on my pre orders. They know what I need as soon as I walk in the door because Im a regular. I hate to give my secret spot away but they deserve the business.

The guys there help me out big time. Wanted to order something that was only available in store so they reserved it for me until I picked it up.

They gave great advice over the phone actually help me out. and doing that helps me decide what GameStop to go to because the other one I have called before then was no help. when I came into the store they where friendly faces smiling held a nice conversation laughed with me put me in a good mood after the other gamestop made me upset answered all my questions I drove 20 minutes to get the and it was well worth it.

Not really fun going to a GameStop or any other video game store, anymore.... There isnt a lot of games offered by game/software companies.... There seems to be everything BUT video games occupying the sales floor...I havent really gamed since playing Alien: Isolation on the 360... With few titles coming out these days.. I cant justify a purchase of a next gen system...I stopped trading games here a long time ago... kind of a racket... I really felt cheated..Once a dude tried giving a penny for some titles... I sold them on eBay for what I thought was fair...I came in today because of the Remake of Resident Evil 2... but there was not enough titles to cough up money for a new system... or used.Its not GameStops fault... Im sure... But there isnt much of a reason to shop here for games... not much at all... But if youre into toys or cell phone accessories...Valkyrie is about to die!!!

Some of the nicest people you will meet. Oliver and ray was amazing answering all my questions.

The customer service representative there was great. He knew everything about all of the games even when they dropped. He is excellent and he got everyone out of the store in a timely fashion even though he was the only one in the store. You guys keep up the good work.

You already know how it goes. You buy the game for 59.99 you sell it back for $3 and they sell it again for $29! I dont know how these places still exist!

Best Gamestop Ive been to! Good selection and a helpful staff. They even transferred a game from another location and then held it for me! A hidden gem off Nolensville. Seriously, you cant see it from the road so youll be surprised what you can find in this shop that can only be found by those who already know where it is!

This place is complete garbage. The staff is rude and unfriendly.. I made a call to reserve a copy of Assassins Creed Odyssey and when the manager asked for a phone number, he couldnt hear me and said i was mumbling. If you werent mumbling i would be able to hear you. I would not recommend anyone to have any contact with this facility. i have had more issues with Gamestop compared to any other gaming store in the TN area. The company should make like a tree and leave.

Great place, but prices goes up and down, and not enough bundle packages.

Normally have what im looking for, and staff is cool. Dont trade your games here your better off selling to someone on social media

I like GameStop for the most part. It seems like prices have gone up since the last time I was there but since everything is so expensive now its still a good place to get a deal on games

Loved the employees but the new dude forgot to give me my game when I bought it.

Ive been here many times, and they have always been a great help to me.

The second I walked into this store, two of the workers were breathing down my neck trying to give me suggestions for games. When I finally picked a game, the cashier spent a few minutes annoyingly trying to persuade me to buy a premium membership. It was overall just an unpleasant experience and a bummer because I had never had an unpleasant experience at a GameStop before.

Worst service ever. Rude dismissive employees shady sale tactics. ( Here buy this warranty but when it comes time to need it if you dont have the 1 by 1 inch square or if you only buy 5 items can we look up if you have a warranty or not.) I see why GameStop is having to close 10% of its stores to bad this wasnt one of em.

I just spoke to Tom. He was very friendly and helpful.

I called in to ask if they had a GameCube controller and said I would be stopping by to buy one. By the time I got there only 10 minutes later they said they sold their last one

I called ahead to confirm they had the item I was looking for, which they did. When I got there the friendly sales associate directed me exactly where my item was.

I buy all my games here. And all the workers are so friendly!

Staff was dismissive and not helpful. Very disappointed with this particular expierence.

I could not get the 2 guys at the counter to get off their phones to come help me. Literally walked out because they wouldnt respond.

Rarely answer the phone. Make up things about games just so they appear to know what they are talking about, when they dont. Will answer a text on their cell phone in the middle of a transaction
