Best dealership I have ever worked with just bought my third different vehicle from them today which is the seventh vehicle that my family has purchased from them. The Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and is always pleasant to speak with on the phone. Scott is possibly one of the nicest people you will ever meet and Jordan the owner always has high quality vehicles on the lot and is a true man of integrity and honor they are not going to just sell you something to get a sale they are going to make sure you are happy and safe and if there is something wrong with the vehicle they are going to make it right. I was in urgent need for transportation! I searched high and low and did not have any success until I came across Nolensville Road Auto Mart online. I searched there inventory, went out to the lot to test drive a vehicle. Scott at Nolensville Road Auto Mart was the absolute best, he was very professional and took his time in the buying process. I purchased a car from Auto Mart on 9/3/20 and have spent over $4,000 repairing it since. I was ensured it was inspected beforehand. It now needs the rear differential completely replaced so I am stuck searching for a new car after paying thousands above KBB value for one that will cost more to repair than it is worth. I let them know the latest state of the car and was never contacted. To top it off the spare key they claimed they mailed to me was missing from the envelope with the title. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement.

Paid the vehicle off months ago with only being late once and asked them repeatedly why it wasnt showing on my credit report, which they said they report every month. They do not because it would have shown up over 2 years. It would be the only loan Ive had so I would greatly impact my credit score which I have explained but to no avail. Now 3 months after its been paid off, still nothing shows and still havent received the title either. Now I sit at the emergency vet having to contemplate whether or not to put our puppy down because I cannot get financing with no credit. Thanks auto mart. This isnt the first time Ive been turned down and every lender has said it they had proof of me paying, I would qualify!!!

Had a great experience here. Just bought a beautiful SUV this morning. Great price for what good condition it was in. The car was spotless. Really friendly service. 10 times better than all of the other dealerships weve dealt with this week. Will come back when we plan to purchase our next car.EditIm not sure if the problems were apparent when the car was brought in, but I have been having multiple issues with this car the first month of owning it and havent been able to drive it much. The car would violently shake and Id have to pull over multiple times. A couple other problems with the breaks too. Already spent almost $1,500 on repairs and getting motor mounts replaced. Im hoping that there will be no more issues. I really do like the car. I just need it to run and be reliable.

My positive experience with Auto Mart begun when I sent and email to their website inquiring W a car. Needless to say a day latter I received a response via text not from a salesman but the Owner, now thats what I call impressive. With 2020 already being a challenge and working from home with limited time to go to the dealership my questions and I do mean all of them. I was then advised that someone would be reaching out to me for further assistance. Guess what they did. I finally arranged a time to go a check out the vehicles wow there were so many. When my engine blew on my car unexpectedly, I was suddenly placed in a situation that I needed to find a new car fast. Because of the blips on my credit I needed to find a solid Buy here Pay here lot. I did my research online and I found Auto Mart. I read the reviews and took comfort in knowing that they have been in business for so long. I called and spoke to Scott about my situation. I zerod in on a vehicle in their inventory that I browsed online. Scott was more than helpful and worked out the best deal he could do on the vehicle I was looking at with my finances in mind. I stopped into the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and sat down with Scott. I didnt have the entire down payment they were asking for to hold the vehicle, but Scott worked with me and accepted what I could afford. 2 weeks later, I drove off the lot with my new Tahoe. Never once did I feel like I was treated as a lower class person because of my credit. Scott treated me with respect and in a personable nature. I highly recommend Auto Mart to anyone who needs personal attention and have some credit problems. Wonderful experience.

I wanted a reliable vehicle but I didn’t want to be stuck in another 6 year contract. I decided to try this car lot out since they claim to only sell clean title vehicles. I purchased a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. The outside and inside looked great so I thought I had got a great deal. There was an ABS light on and Scott said he would fix it. I dropped my car off to them. The day I picked it up the ABS light was off but the car wasn’t driving like it was when I had first purchased the vehicle but in the contract it does state that they aren’t liable for any damages that may occur subsequent to fixing any repairs. Not only did I have to get new spark plugs and ignition coils.... I also needed tail lights. I found this out when I got a ticket on my way to school. I couldn’t just replace the bulb because the circuit board screws were so rusted, wd40 couldn’t even ease them out. I had to purchase brand new tail lights. I also have to get an a/c compressor because the air blows but it doesn’t get cold and I have had it checked by a Chevy dealership. They also told me I need a coil spring, shocks, struts, backing plates for my brakes, and now I need a fan clutch so the engine won’t overheat and blow up. When I set out to get a new car I was very hopeful that I could find something reliable to get me back and forth to school and work but now I am stuck paying 8k for a truck that I am scared to drive. If you decide to go with this lot, I suggest taking it to a mechanic before you purchase. Also I suggest having them fix whatever is wrong before you sign the dotted line so you don’t end up with a lemon like me.

After watching a slew of videos about the Smart Car I began my search for one. I was very surprised to find the Brabus model at Auto Mart in Nashville as this model is usually held onto by the buyers since it is a bit rare. It was also in very good condition . Since I live over 100 miles away I called and spoke to Jordan about the car. He told me it was about a 8.5 out of a 10. I made the trip to see the car and it was actually a strong 9 out of 10. After discussing one concern I had, which they addressed, I bought the car at a very fair price. The next day when I picked it up, it was cleaned, had the issue fixed and had a full tank of gas. All the paperwork was ready to go and Scott had me in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Their dealership is very clean and the folks their are friendly and not pushy at all, unlike some used car dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I went to about 15 different places. No one would work with my down payment. Nissan of Downtown Nashville promised me everything under the moon and then said I didn’t make enough for them to approve me- since when isn’t $2k/ month enough? Honestly I sold my eclipse to a private seller to get into something bigger, and when going to a what I though was a buy here pay here lot come to find out they lied about checking credit when they in fact do, but I just so happened to drive past here and stop just to see what would happen the staff was amazing and scott worked with me so well I would recommend this lot to everybody I love my new 2011 ford escape its perfect go to them if your ever in the market for a new car I promise you will not regret it!

Sold me a car in May that had been in a substantial wreck and failed to disclose to me or on car report from a previous customer of theirs. The salesman admitted that it had been in a wreck and repaired by you when I went back for a separate issue a few weeks later. I would have never bought it had I known this info, as it has been absolute chaos since. But it all goes back to the fact that they hid the previous damage and had it repaired through their shop.*Update do owners response claiming none of it was true: If you want to get into details, Jordan, we can. Unfortunately none of this is true you say? While it is true that another repair shop was in possession of the car when the windshield, hood, and framework were severely damaged, maybe it’s telling enough that I had to TAKE IT TO A REPAIR SHOP less than a week after purchasing it from you. Whether or not they shut the hood all the way should have been dealt with between you and the shop, as they are claiming that they did and that YOUR DEALERSHIP failed to attach the secondary hood latch when you did collision work on the front end of the vehicle. Collision that you hid from me at purchase. My insurance wouldn’t cover any of it and I was told it because of faulty work done by your dealership before you sold it to me. You told me that the secondary hood latch was “not important”, a statement I’m sure many would disagree with. I have statements, photos, and every other bit of info you might need. It should also be noted that the Lexus you gave me to drive overheated and broke down. Every bit of this is true and you know it, and we will let a court decide.

I looked at a vehicle this past Saturday, and even though I was not ready to buy, yet, I had a most pleasant experience. Jordan and Scott were great guys and very helpful in my purchase inquiry. I stumbled on Auto Mart while I was researching used cars on the internet in July, since they had one of the few Honda Civics that wasnt a salvage. (My mechanic has told me since that they are the only used car dealer on Nolensville Pike that doesnt sell salvage cars.)
