Out of all the car dealerships weve worked with these guys really were outstanding. Friendly and when it came time to negotiate the price they were very reasonable. Usually when you tell a dealership how much you want to spend they will jerk you around and try to get you to spend just a bit more they didnt do that to us at all. Instead they where very respectful and we where able to make a deal on a great Infinity g35. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

I found a car online and contacted Green Ride about it. Car was suppose to be in good shape. I live 6 and a half hours away and I drove there to pick it up.After driving there I knew I had made a mistake. Walking up to it you could see duct tape and plastic being used to keep rain out on one of the door frames. They started the car up and it had electrical plus engine issues that you could hear a weird noise. In about a minute it was easy to see this car had multiple issues. I didnt even bother to test drive the car or even sit in it. But I can only imagine the other problems I would have found with a closer look.I would not have felt safe driving the car back 6 and half hours.... and Im not sure it would have actually made it back without breaking down. So I ended up driving back home without it.Really disappointed in this dealership after speaking with them before and after i drove there. I feel bad for whoever they get to buy the car I looked at... paying good money for a car then having to pay for multiple repairs isnt right.Advice for anyone considering buying a car from them is to have a mechanic look at it before you buy.... There was a lot of easy to notice problems so I was lucky. Dealer was aware of issues.. wanted to sell car anyway.

Gave them a call before coming to look at a 2007 Toyota Camry they were selling for 6,000$Upon arrival they couldnt get the car to start and then told me There is something wrong with the hybrid system. After waiting around for 15 or so minutes we had to leave because they still could not get the vehicle to start.If that sounds like the quality you want out of your time at a dealership then knock yourself out.

I purchased a car 2 months ago for $6000 cash it’s a 2012 Nissan Ultima It was nice but I decided I wanted something a little nicer even was willing to pay more I called twice . No call back I call a 3 time only for the to tell me couldn’t trace A CAR that I Baugh from them. I was told that even tho I paid $6000 CASH that they would give me $300.and I can’t get my money back the original $6000 so now I’m out of my money im a single parent and I spent all my Savings. Save yourself and save your money. They are awful people that will laugh in you face. They are modern day cons who take advantage of kind people.

Junk! Do not buy anything from this place. 30 minutes after leaving, car had transmission problems but on test drive, it done fine. Window switches stopped working, seat switches also stopped working less than a week of owning. They offered to buy a USED transmission but didn’t wanna pay to have it put in. Also was told it had clean tennessee title but it was an indiana title and has previous flood damage and had been in a accident. Don’t waste your time with these scammers

This is the place I bought my first car, it was a very smooth and quick process. If you really are looking for the best deals and best service. GREEN RIDE INC definitely will grab your attention and you would have a car minimum of 45 to an hour. The only trouble was maybe speaking with a representative that spoke broken english, but it didnt stop anyone from providing the MOST Friendly and honest service ever. They want the car to be just right, fixed, and to have a truely happy customer!!! They also try their very best to work with their customers under any circumstance!!! If something went wrong with your car sooner or later after you leave the lot you can always go back and their mechanics will fix the issue!!

Overall my experience with Green Ride was very positive. I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review to see how everything went. But all went well. I flew down to Nashville to look at a specific car that looked like a great deal on paper because it had a rebuilt title. I was cautious of course. The staff was helpful in every way and facilitated my every request. They allowed me to take the car to a mechanic all on my own to have it looked at which I greatly appreciated as many shady used dealers will come up with excuses about why they wont let you have someone look at the car. The staff was very open and honest with me about the history of the vehicle as it had a rebuilt tittle as I mentioned before. After having it looked at and taking it for a ride I made an offer and they countered which I accepted. It has been about three or four months now and the car is doing great. Slight suspension issue but nothing I cant handle. The staff also mentioned to me that they would shuttle customers to and from the airport which I unfortunately did not find out till later. Just be smart guys. Do your research on the car, have it looked at. If you see red flags being raised from dealers integrity just back out. Its better than getting screwed. But all in all working with Green Ride was a wonderful experience and provided the right inventory I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Purchased a vehicle a couple of months ago with a superb experience. They let us test drive multiple cars, were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. They changed the oil and did small repairs quickly and with a very positive attitude. A couple months later my mirror was shattered, they assembled the new mirror I had ordered with no charge and were once again the most friendliest and service-oriented place one could find. I had a great experience with Green Ride. They specialize in reclaimed titles, typically from hail damage or low level flooding, so you have to be discerning about what you get, but they are completely open, transparent, and honest about what they know on any vehicle and dont make any false claims or promises. Beck in particular is very easy to work with and was incredibly helpful.I traded in a 2002 Saturn that Ive had for over a decade and put a lot of miles on, and picked up a cute little Chevy Spark with 70k miles on it. It had some obvious hail damage on the exterior and that seemed about the only issue with it. Ive been road tripping in it for a week now and its performing perfectly fine. Exactly what I needed for a fantastic price.

I purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper with only 22,600 miles from Green Ride Inc. They gave me a great price on the car and they allowed me to personally drive it to the Mini Cooper of Nashville dealership in Brentwood, Tennessee to completely check it over. The dealership assured me that the car was completely as Green Ride had told me and it was very fairly priced. Their Inspection took well over 2 hours. When I returned to Green Ride almost 3 hours later... I purchased the car and they supplied a 30-day tag so I was able to drive the car home with me that evening. All of the employees at Green Ride Inc were extremely polite and patient with me. I would not hesitate from buying another vehicle from Green Ride at all. Im so glad because I went right across the street to Premium Auto Sales and received EXCELLENT customer service.

It may not be the prettiest lot, but the prices are fair and the service is great! Low pressure, easy going and friendly people. Holly was very helpful. I bought my 2008 Prius from them and have not had any problems or issues. The price was thousands less than other dealerships.I read the other reviews and that kind of scared me too. Absolutely recommend this place. Id been searching for a vehicle for a while and randomly stumbled upon their ads on carsforsale. I found and fell in love with a 2016 Scion iM they had on their lot and just had to test drive it. When I called to ask about the vehicle, Ayla was very responsive and kind! Service was excellent they really seemed like they were helping me out and the prices were great but my car I bought has a lot of issues. The cost to fix my car since I bought it totals around 2500 dollars. I dont think they sold me a bad car on purpose but they just dont fully fix their cars. If you can find a car on this lot with no issues then go for it, low prices great service.

Loved my experience with this business. My previous car was totaled and I needed a ride fast. They worked with me and got me the car i wanted in less than a week. Since the car I bought was a new addition to their inventory, they didnt have the time to check everything out. I knew it was faulty, but 2 months later the driver seat went out. I went in and they swapped the seat out in under 2 hours(tedious because they cleaned up all the rust that had flaked off from the previous seat). The sales agent is superb and the mechanics are really friendly. 10/10 will come back and recommend.

I recommend against this dealer in the strongest possible sentiment. I got there, took the car for a test drive, only to find that several plates on the bottom of the car were secured with zip ties, the AC needed to be charged, there was a literal blood stain on the back of the back seats and a sharp hissing noise from the engine as the car cooled down from the test drive. When I pointed these out to what I assume was a salesmen, I say this because he was wearing a muddy T shirt, his reaction was Those are little things, how do you like the car?. I said I would like to take it to a mechanic, whereupon we promptly demanded $500 cash, specifically had to be cash, as a deposit to take it to a third party. I then asked so what you are saying, is you want me to pay you $500, pay more money to a third party to diagnose the problems and then pay to fix what this dealership should have dealt with, that are by your admission, little things?. He then replied flatly, yes. I left without further interaction or consideration.

I bought a car from green ride recently. Buying a used car is not easy because you always have that fear of something majorly going wrong. I knew it was as-is and if there was a issue i would be responsible. After a few days of driving i had a couple concerns as a single woman with not much vehicle knowledge. I called there office and they told me they would try there best to help me. The next day I took it to them and the was so helpful. I was surprised because not many dealers are that kind. I purchased a 2006 Kia Sportage from Green Ride and noticed the Check Engine Light came on once I got it home. I contacted the Dealership and I brought it in. They checked out the vehicle and assured me it was merely a bad sensor and I should be able to get it fixed at low cost. I followed their advice and took it to Good Year-only to find out part of the vehicles drive shaft was MISSING! I followed up with Green Ride and they wont return ANY of my CALLS. Ive gone to the Dealership and no one is ever available to speak to me...BUYER BEWARE!!

If I could put more then 5 stars I would. I purchased my Subaru Baja from Green Rides. It was a used vehicle and came with no warranties/as is.condition. Within a week the axle broke and the transmission broke down. Not only did they fix all of these issues free of charge, they also gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while they were working on my vehicle. I picked my Baja up last week and she drives beautifully Ayla was a joy to work with. If I m ever in need of another vehicle I will definitely return.

If you want a pristine car that needs nothing and looks perfect, you should be shopping at a major dealership and paying 25% more. If youre okay with the car having a few imperfections that you can fix yourself, then GreenRide is the place for you. The cars are always mechanically sound and reliable, but sometimes I need to buy a few cheap cosmetic parts off ebay to bring them up to my standards. I bought a 2013 Cadillac ATS from the today, but this one requires nothing and the price was still 5 grand under other comps on cargurus. A+ for GreenrideNashville.

On 1/13/2015 I purchased a 2004 350z from Green Ride Inc on Gallatin Rd. Prior to my purchase I read customer reviews from Car Guru. Some reviews were good and others were bad. Customer reviews are very important to me and I generally will not purchase anything with majority bad reviews. I read the reviews and told myself that everyones experiences is different and that I should give them a try. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. After having a mechanic check the basics of the car, I made the purchase. Realizing that the car was loud I found out that the muffler had been removed. PRIOR TO GIVING THEM PAYMENT, the manager at Green Ride agreed to pay for the muffler, then days later, AFTER THE CHECK WAS CASHED, they told me that they would not pay to have the muffler installed. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY. THEY ARE LIARS SO BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.
