Downsizing can be very difficult and stressful, but getting a custom office solution from The Container Store was worth every penny. Now I have a truly useful workspace and bookshelves that can hold all of my technical references. Absolutely seamless process. Highly recommended.

This is our third Container Store custom closet installation - because we moved three times in the last 5 years. The closet and installation is excellent. This time though I was shocked that the installer would not bring the shelves, etc. with him. We had to pick it up ourselves beforehand! Which meant we had to rent a truck to do it. Had we known that we might not have gone this route. We were not told this part until we had paid for the closet and were scheduling the installation. Very dissatisfied with this part. The closet itself is excellent.

The Container Store has custom designed and installed two master closets using Elfa products for us in the past 9 years. Each time we received excellent service with the design and installation.
