Had exactly what I needed.

If this companys name is ever mentioned by me as a recommendation it will be followed by the horrible experience we had.The main issue was how non-responsive the sales team were. We had to practically beg them to take our $10-15k to redo our kitchen. We wanted Procraft to do the work upon first getting a recommendation to go to them and came ready to pay upfront & schedule the appointment because they came highly recommended from our contractor. The first sales agent we worked with, Jennifer, didnt return ANY calls or emails from me. We stopped by the store twice to speak to her, she kept saying she had to work up a model and would get back to us. Thirty days passed...........thirty complete days of follow-up by email and telephone and stopping by the store. We even asked another sales person (dont remember his name but he sits directly across from Jennifer) to take the project for us because she wasnt responsive. We spent about 55 minutes in the office with him, got all the models done, and he told us he needed to get installation quotes and would call us back as soon as that was done. As of today its been two additional weeks and neither my husband nor myself have heard a single peep from them.I know that every customer has not had the same experience as me but Im sure there are others that have. My recommendation -- dont waste your time. I have suggestions for other companies that would appreciate your business and do an excellent job if you need recommendations.

They have Excellent Prices on kitchen and bathroom cabinets! This is a warehouse location, but they also have a small showroom here. The designer, Inna Pucci is really helpful and helped me come up with my perfect kitchen! If you are planning on any cabinetry remodeling, check this hidden source out! We are doing our project ourselves and they deliver the cabinets. You should recommend your builder to price shop here if youre getting quotes for reminding.

Terrible sums it up. Horrible customer service, cant even call it service they are so rude and incompetent. Over 6 months and we have a pile of parts/cabinets/doors we dont need and still struggling to get pieces we do need. Even our experienced installers cant figure out the horrible cabinets.

Stay clear of this company. There cabinets are poor quality. They owed us a refund for returned materials and and a credit for a mistake on the invoice. We never received either.

First off I like their cabinets are really good quality, but their customers services and their shipping are horribly bad. I only order from them 5 times and every time there was something wrong with it. This last time it took me over 2 months to get 3 cabinets. They even shipped my cabinets to Atlanta warehouse so I can pick them up and when I got there half of my order was there so I had to keeping calling the for days just to get my cabinets. One other time they wouldnt shipping them so I had to pay one of my employees to go get them and rent a truck. Witch I loss over $1000 on that job because of that. My employees had to sit there for hours and the women said you better check it because I bet you somethings missing from your order.( Witch my employee only new to check)

They have terrible communication. They didn’t tell us half the cabinets were back ordered. They didn’t bring several items, they don’t know when others will be in stock. Now it’s our headache to figure out what they didn’t bring. They sell you things they don’t have & don’t tell you what’s not in stock etc. Go elsewhere.
