Just had NCA install an alarm in my personal residence and couldnt be happier with the process! They arrived on time, communicated what would be done and did a great job explaining how to work the system. So far they have been great to work with!!

I love NCA. You do have to purchase your alarm equipment if you don’t already have some they can convert but it was still cheaper than our free equipment companies. I researched just to make sure. This is our 2nd home with them. The installation was smooth the tech explained everything. I refer all my friends and family to them. It’s the cheapest and best way to go. Make sure you research and I am sure your findings will be the same as mine. Oh best of all you are not tied up in a contract.

Horrible Equiptment that doesnt work very well. After the first year, equiptment falls apart and you are billed for everything. When you cancel, be sure to give them a 30 day notice because you get stupid charges for this too.Do NOT recommend to anyone.

If we dont respond to the call, a police officer is disptached right away as a precaution.In our most recent move, NCA was able to convert the existing system, saving us hundreds of dollars. We also appreciate that theres no pushiness to upgrade into something we dont need or getting locked into a long contract with hoops to jump through. Haldenman was professional, polite and explained the system to where we could understand. We had a very good experience with NCA. The installer showed up on time. He gave us good advice on what we needed and was flexible in his recommendations when we pointed out a potential problem with his recommendation with a motion detector. After we decided where to put the keypad (in a closet), he found an existing wire that allowed us to put it right next to an exit door. He explained how to operate the system very well and left us two signs, one for the front door and one for the back door.

Cindy installed our system a couple of days ago. She took the time to answer all of our questions, making sure we had the system that was right for our needs, and made sure we knew how to use the keypad, the website, and the mobile app. She even went above and beyond when it came to the motion detector.When we called to originally set up the appointment, we asked about a pet-friendly motion detector. The sales rep indicated they didnt use those as they were gimmicks and didnt really work. I thought that was strange, as the monitoring services weve previously used had them. Our first monitoring company told us about them years ago after we got a few false alarms. They then swapped out a regular detector with a pet-friendly model, which worked great. I mentioned this to Cindy during the install and she said NCA certainly does have those, in fact, she had one out in the truck. Not only did she install the pet-friendly detector, she even spent some time demonstrating the various sensitivity levels, finding the best location, and showing us how to adjust everything if we started getting false alerts. None yet!Big thanks to Cindy to making sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate the great job she did!!

My husband and I recently purchased a home that was previously wired with an NCA Fire Detector/Alarms system. Prior to switching the system over to our name, we thought we had issues with our electric smoke detectors. Ultimately, the chirping was attributed to an expired battery on a plug in carbon monoxide detector. NCA did an excellent job installing my new alarm system. The installation personnel were very courteous and respectful of my home. They were a bit late. However, they did give me a heads up that they were running behind and to make up for it they had extra team members come to help to get the job done quickly. I have not had an instance yet where the alarm has gone off (and hope that stays to a minimum if at all), but the test performed by the install team was thorough to ensure operations. I will definitely recommend NCA!

The service is cheap and affordable as long as you dont have a service problem. It has taken multiple calls to get service. Every time I called and left a message. When I was finally contacted was I running an errand and they werent able to help me unless I was at home. So when I finally get home. I go thru the same process where I have to leave a message because the service guy didnt start a ticket and leave another voicemail to call back. They need a better service system.Updated: They finally got it together to contact me to resolve the issue an hour after I called last. The Service Manager called to explain they are a small company and can only work thru voicemail service calls and they try to call back in a timely manner. The thing is not everyone is going to trust a timely callback. So a good company trying to do the best they can with what they can afford to do. I cant blame them. Just wish they had an easier service system. The Monitoring Service is great.

Installer was knowledgeable and very helpful. Install went great. Service seems top notch. I called to have an issue with entry/exit fixed and was given prompt help. So far I have been very impressed with all their work.

Installer showed up on time, called ahead to let he know he was on his way. Installer was very courteous and knowledgeable on the existing system and how to convert over to NCA monitoring. He also verified function of each sensor and smoke alarm. He walked me through the operation and showed me all the ways to set it. Best of all, the NCA monitoring rate is less than half of what we were paying before with a nationally-know company.

Set up and installation appointment went great. They called a day or two before to confirm and showed up on time. Technician explained all the components of my alarm system and how to operate the system very clearly, and was very courteous as well. Nice and helpful installer. He was well versed in our options. I went to call my husband to make sure of the placement of the key pad was good for us both and when I went to tell the installer of where we for sure wanted it (different spot than he was drilling) he already had holes in the wall. I know it would be hard to patch/paint so i didnt say anything but I do wish the keypad was in our laundry room. Overall, I am not disappointed in the service just didnt know he was starting to drill when he did, I just thought he went to get equipment.

Our installation went extremely well. It all began with Mike our technician calling ahead of time and letting us know when he would arrive. He was even early! He was able to install our system in less than two hours (it was a takeover from a very popular middle TN cable company) and everything works perfectly (unlike the previous company whose devices were not working properly). Mike stayed a little longer to help us navigate the online sync of our system as well as our apps on our phones. Full disclosure, NCA is giving me a free month of service for this review. However, I would give them 5 stars anyway for their work so far. I called and set up service very easily and the technician came out the next week. Everyone was very professional and the installation was very quick and painless. So far, the service was exactly what I asked for, the rates are reasonable, and you get to support a local business instead of throwing your money at a national chain like ADT. I highly recommend NCA!

Salesman was very friendly and helpful. The installer showed up when he said he would . Clean well mannered and install was very fast. He was very helpful with the app and the keypad.. THANKS SO MUCH . We do feel safer since the install

The process from start to finish was simple. NCA had resources along the way ready and willing to answer any questions that I had during the entire process. NCA Alarms recently installed a security system in our new house in Mount Juliet. Clint who came to review our needs and propose services was great to deal with as well as Robert in the Sales office. Installation was a breeze and the customer service was great! Had heard a lot of great things about NCA and their pricing structure is unbeatable. Great company to deal with and would recommend to anyone.

I converted my existing alarm system over to NCA and it needed some updates. I was given the total cost when I called to make the change to their service. The appointment for the upgrade was on time and the work was done properly and timely. My system is working fine and I enjoy the updates. I appreciate their history for no rate increases on their monthly fees.

Installer was prompt and very courteous. Got the job done in a timely manner. Little confusion re the billing address but it is for a business and we have 3 accounts so understandable. Overall very pleased. Have had service with NCA for over 2 years.

AFTER HEARING NCA ALARMS ADVERTISING ON THE RADIO IN MY CAR COMING HOME FROM WORK, FIRST I SAID IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. MY PREVIOUS ALARM COMPANY WAS CHARGING ME FAR MORE THANNCA, SO I CONTACTED THEM VIA THIER WEB SITE. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUE TO THEIR ADVERTISEMENT, AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT HESITATION. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND IM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I just had my second alarm system from NCA installed, after moving. Based on my previous experience with them, there was no way I would consider using another provider. The service techs are always very professional and work efficiently and effectively. I have never had an issue with the monitoring - in fact, when my alarm has gone off in the past (by my own doing), the response call has come through very quickly and police response has been swift as well. I have referred friends to use this service, and would recommend NCA to anyone looking to have an alarm system installed and monitored.
