This place has so much! Very cool items made from other countries and really decently priced. Worth the drive for sure.

Located in a warehouse building,, there is something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind store. Never know exactly what they will have. Being a salvage/liquidation store, always something different. Have everything from wall art to flooring to some clothing and home furnishings. Come not needing anything and leave with something. Enjoy the visit.

What a fun place to explore! I saw the sign and the variety of materials around the lot really intrigued me. As I looked around, the variety of the types of materials was really impressive - furniture, carpets, flooring, and decorative items. The prices seemed a bit on the high side for my taste but many things seemed one of a kind or hard to find so the prices could be justified. So go and enjoy the adventure!

Cool little drop to shop for some unique housing decor. We swung in cause we are building a new home but the store is very deceiving. Maybe its a marketing flop to get folks in the door, but he owner(s) need to consider dropping ‘salvage’ from the name as the prices most definitely don’t reflect it.

I drove 26 miles to buy a rug at Southeastern Salvage. When I got there the attendant told me no the machine is broken & it takes too many people to fold...mind you there were 4 people waited to wait on a customer & the guys on the dock not doing anything. She got mad with us because we were not happy with her response (said thats not great) & walked away.I have never gone to a retailer to buy something; that something is available & for sale; and told you cannot buy it. Truly poor customer service & the opposite of what retailers do.

This place has a great variety. Prices are hit or miss depending on what you like and find - some items are reaaonable and some are sky high. Oddly enough, quite a lot of items in this place are missing prices, which is fine if there are ample amounts of staff. I have been here when finding staff is a challenge and sometimes finding more than obe item is a challenge if youre trying to build matching sets of stuff. A lot of items are on pallets you have to dig around.Definitely a fun place to browse.

Very friendly and great prices! Laughed the whole time I was in the store due to great conversations with staff. They made the shopping experience very easy and fun.

I wish they had more light but Im sure they are cutting costs. The staff is always nice and fun. You never know what you will find so shop often.

Matt, the manager was absolutely amazing to deal with. He streamlined a somewhat complex order and made it completely easy and quickly. He is very detail oriented and knows the products like the back of his hand.I have shopped here off and on for years. For myself and designers. This last experience was a “customer care” dream and will solidify my business at this location. Customer Service and making an effort is very important. No shortage of either here. Thank you.

Got some flooring and vinyl plank, is suppose to really easy to install, not only was it hard to install months later its popping apart, dont buy any of this stuff, as a contractor I know what Im doing now have to redo it

Had some pretty good deals on some stuff and other things seemed a bit overpriced, like the counches, and chairs. However, you can actually SEE the difference in their wood furniture and why it is more, actually being real wood. Will shop again.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service! I called to see if they had acacia butcher block in stock before I took the 2 hour drive here and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. Then I called back and the lady informed me she paged someone and no one responded. So she apparently thought the best way to deal with that was to leave me on hold?! She then informed me I needed to call back in a couple of hours, and I let her know it would take me two hours to get there and she said Oh well and HUNG UP ON ME! I called right back and demanded to speak with a manager and she said no and hung up on me again.Ive never experienced such reprehensible customer service, absolutely nothing like the awesome location in Chattanooga, who is unfortunately out of acacia at the moment. I will never give them a red cent, and will make sure everyone I know that is in contracting like we are, doesnt either.

Kind of hidden but worth a look. Rhey also have plants. Got there just before closing, and a man was kind enough to show me some of the low price entry doors. Can you believe fiberglass doors starting less than $200??

Have made NUMEROUS attempts to stop this company from sending me unwanted emails but there is no option to “unsubscribe”. Respond “Stop” but they keep coming. Want off their mailing list as soon as possible. Do not open their email as there is no way to opt out of it if you want them to stop in spite of what they say. I also emailed them as directed asking them to stop and I still get them. Please stop!

This place is huge. So much stuff and great selection.

My wife, kids, and myself visited the store to buy a lot of stuff for our new house we are building. After being in the store for about 45 minutes, an associate walks up to us with masks balled up in his hand and sets them on a dirt covered table next to us. He said we have to put a mask on. We said We are leaving. As he was walking away from us, he told us Its the law that customers must wear masks. Very unprofessional, we were never within a few feet of anyone else in the store and have now decided that we will not be purchasing anything from this store. And we will make sure to tell everyone we know who is building or remodeling not to bother visiting the store.

Be really careful and watch your credit card statements carefully after shopping here. I was charged more than $700 dollars for an item that I did not end up purchasing, I wasnt even provided a receipt for this charge. When I called to report it they were very nonchalant, refused to help me over the phone and requested that I bring my card and credit card statement in so they could look at it. Absolutely NO REGARD for me and my inconvenience due to their error, actually didnt really care at all. The manager blamed the error on their outdated credit card system, as if their system was my fault. Was stuck with having to take time to correct their error-when I had COVID. I cant help but wonder how often this happens to unsuspecting customers. Not sure who is running the shop but someone with authority definitely needs to step in and oversee their processes. Not a good experience at all and extremely inconvenient and time consuming. Southeastern Salvage, do better-provide better customer service, get your act together, quit charging people for things they dont purchase.

They have some great items and I plan to go back and buy a few things.

Interesting items but strange and unfriendly associates. with the doors opened and relatively small number of people in a warehouse it is not clear why they are sticking to people wearing masks. those men that load furniture need to take their masks off. very dangerous and unhealthy. with the sweat the mask is fully saturated and is not just useless but the source of bacteria as the spit is dispersed freely through it and can infect others.

Fun & interesting place to pick through overstock and salvage items. Good selection of rugs at great prices. Unique assortment of outdoor decor.

The name salvation makes you think the prices will be low. Thats not the case. The prices arent high, just about fair I would say.Its as if Old Time Pottery and Home Depot had a baby, that would be Southeastern Salvage.

Fun place to go. Unbelievable array of unusual household items. A nice selection of lower-end Cabinetry sinks tubs. Lots of tile and wood flooring available as well. I highly recommend a visit you will probably come home with something you never knew existed

A shadow of what it was. Mostly home decor now over building supplies and construction materials. Still, fun place to visit.

If youre looking for something unique or handcrafted furniture or unique tile or mirrors or cabinetry or anything out of the ordinary Southeastern Salvage is the place to get it.

Shameful.I used to LOVE to shop here! But no more.The place is chaos. Its trashy. Boxes are stacked high or thrown open on the floor, with broken pieces scattered around.Nothing is organized, prices are often missing, customer service is non-existent.The change in this store in the last 4 years is striking. There are far better surplus/salvage stores to visit.Parking is fine. And they do have several unique, kitschy furniture items. But the quality is definitely not craftsman. Beware.

This is such a gem! People may be turned off by the exterior but it’s FILLED with a ton of amazing pieces for your home. I found such amazing deals and got a cowhide rug for a fraction of the cost!!!

Can be hit or miss, but always has a great selection of tile. Homegoods has a cool, kitchy vibe; furniture is pricey, but its fun to seek out the hidden gems!

Went in to shop for an up coming TV show and was thrown out after a state mask mandate was lifted, for not wearing a mask not to mention I had a medical card Tennessee does not have a Mask Mandate as reported in March 2021. Very poor customer service and very rude. They yelled get out get out. Lost our business from here on out!!!!!

One of my favorite home stores to walk into. They have very unique furniture, rugs, and home decor items you can’t find anywhere else. If you are looking for a special item to decorate your home with, this is the place you need to go.

Our contractor sent us here to look for tile. We found one that covered our whole basement for just 89 cents a square foot. There was literally just enough. The staff helped us locate every last bit of the tile, including scraps. We will definitely be back for furniture. This place is amazing.
