We had a great experience. The owner was very helpful and got us exactly what we needed. Tons of inventory.

I went here with a friend to order a tuxedo for his graduation on June 6. They were pretty nice and helped us find what he needed. He was made to pay the full price in advance which wasn’t a problem. We were told that the suit would be in the store by the 17th. Which was plenty of time considering he didn’t need it until the 27th. Only when they went to pick it up on the 17th the man had no idea who he was and couldn’t even remember that we had come to place the order. He himself hadn’t even put in the order for the suit. He then told them to come back today (the 25th.) and it would be there. So they went to pick up the suit this morning and once again. He didn’t know who they were. He also. Still did not have the suit. He asked them to come back around 4. When they told me about this. I was very upset Bc it had been nearly 20 days since we went and got him fitted. So I called and explained to him that if he did not have the suit by this afternoon we would be up there for a FULL refund. He then kept telling me that it was there. But then said it should be there. He finally confirmed. And they were able to get the suit. This establishment is very unprofessional and we will NOT be going back there. The man did not seem bothered in the slightest but that he had messed up twice and completely forgot about and order that was paid in full. Also. The woman is very rude. Save your time and money and go somewhere you will be treated with respect and values for your time and money !!!

I went to this establishment to rent a tux for my sons senior prom. We found a nice tux and was told that the tux will be delivered to this establishment two day prior to the prom. The prom is on a Saturday, so we had to pick it up on a Thursday. Thursday comes, we go around 6pm . We get there and was told that the tux will be there the following morning.( no one called me with theses changes!) so we go back on friday morning and was told that its still no there! (Now Im livid!) I calmly asked the gentleman why didnt he call me and let me know whats going on? He had nothing to say. I told him that my son had a professional photo shoot that he has to do TODAY!!! And he has to go to prom the following day. The gentleman was not apologetic one bit. He couldnt care less about the inconvenience . I told him that Im doing businesses with you, giving you my money. All Im asking is for you to have some kind of customer service geesh!! He then proceeds to tell me that I cant get a discount and I can cancel if I want to . I will never do business with this company again! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION!!
