I honestly went into my appointment very disheartened after a long weekend of wedding planning / shopping and I left with a new sense of joy and committed to my dream dress! I owe all of that to the women at Adorn! Bella made me feel comfortable and like we had been friends prior to just meeting that day. I was honest in telling her that I had no idea what I was doing or what I was looking for. I resorted to showing her a photo of my fiancé and I at our venue and the rest was history! As a bride, I was here a couple years ago and they were so nice and had beautiful dresses. Made me feel like a princess! Recently, I went as a bridesmaid and it was still wonderful! I went to three wedding dress appointments, and Adorn was by far my favorite. From customer service to attention to detail, ambience, and dress selection, they truly provided the best experience. Fantastic experience here - the shop is stunning, has great lighting and is very well-kept. My consultant was very helpful and kind to stay within my budget of $2500, which is the lowest end of their dresses, but never once made feel that I was unimportant because I was trying on the less expensive dresses. She was very transparent if a dress in regards to designer, pricy, style, etc and was very supportive in my journey - explaining what to expect from timeline, fit, alteration costs and gave overall great advice when looking for my dress. The dresses are SUPREME quality and that really shows when you put them on. She was very intuitive to my reaction and asked specific questions to help with finding the next dress. Even though I found a favorite, she knew it wasnt my dress and encouraged me to keep them in mind as I looked elsewhere, sharing she is happy to help find me something within their shop once I get a better idea of what I am looking for. Thank you for getting me out of my comfort zone and appreciating my decisiveness!Tips to other brides: having the first appointment was nice, park in the paid lot across the street, be specific with your dress budget - separated from alterations, veil, accessories, etc, and understand your limit. Be specific and let them work their magic for you. When you dont like it, tell them why.

Honestly, unbeatable. I walked in and INSTANTLY felt comfortable. The bridal consultant was WONDERFUL and so warm and welcoming. She listened to me, she never pressured, she assured me we would find the PERFECT dress. And I did! I knew instantly that it was my dress and the entire staff made me feel special the entire time. The girls at Adorn were an absolute dream to work with. They went above and beyond and made me feel so special. I had been to a few shops before them, but as soon as stepped into the shop, it felt so different. Alix might be a dress whisperer haha. I thought I knew what style I wanted, but she forced me into a dress (that I ended up choosing and falling in love with) that was nothing that I described I wanted but she wanted to make sure and rule it out. But as soon as I put it on I knew that it was the one.From the purchase to alterations to the cleaning of the dress after the wedding, they went above and beyond. They are also able to add or subtract just about anything from a dress to make it perfect for you. I have been to other bridal dress shops and this is by far the best! I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. First off the one on one experience is absolutely amazing and hard to come by in a bridal shop- love that! Second I absolutely loved Alex my stylist! I traveled from Louisville, Ky in search of some unique designers not local and adorn was the closet shop to me. I was in bridal as a stylist for almost 6 years so, I had a good idea of what I wanted. I talked to Alex ahead of time and also the day of and described the details of the wedding if features I liked. Loved the first dress I put on. I went through I believe not even 5 dresses in under 45 minutes before I could the one! Alex is hands down the best stylist I have ever worked with. She listened to everything I liked and didn’t like and even watched my non-verbal cues to understand of I was comfortable in the dress or not! (Key to being a good stylist) Unlike my previous experience at Another bridal boutique in Nashville where I had to ask the stylist to go pull styles for me as I was figuring out what I liked. I am just so happy I made the trip up here and can’t wait until my dress comes in! Plus there’s a shop opening up down in Louisville, so I can refer all of my friends who are getting engaged to you all as well. Thanks for making all of my bridal dreams come true!

Alix and Adorn made my wedding dress dreams come true!!! There was not a single store in my state that carried this specific dress I had been dreaming about (from a popular designer) that carried samples for me to try on -- and no one was willing to take the extra mile to work with me... until I discovered that Adorn Nashville was the closest city to my area that potentially had this dress. The same day I contacted Alix at Adorn she was on it!! She had a loaner for me to try on delivered to the store a week later. She even made it extra special by only reserving this dress for me to try on and no other customers. I am so glad I did not give up my search - because it was worth the wait and 4 hour drive!!! I could go on and on about how amazing and special she made this moment for me. This was my fourth and final stop for wedding dress shopping, and after a very long, overwhelming weekend, trying on dresses in this store with this team was like finally getting to exhale after holding your breath. They had done a lot of pre-work to make sure we used our time in the store efficiently (asking in advance for my wedding date, venue, pictures of inspiration, descriptions, likes and dislikes, etc.) and already had four dresses ready for me to try on before I even walked in the store.We were offered champagne, which was a plus! But my mom especially has continued to remark on the music that was playing, how sweet and cute the team was, and how attentive they were and how well they listened to me.I underestimated how overstimulating wedding dress shopping can be, and a couple of the places I visited kind of made me just want to walk out the door. But Adorn was fabulous from top to bottom, and they patiently talked me through and walked me through every option available until we had customized not only the wedding dress of my dreams but one that made me feel like ME.I know this is getting long, but truly, I had such a wonderful experience. Before walking into Adorn, I felt like I was going to have to choose between a couple of different styles of dresses and details that I really liked (or buy two dresses, which seemed financially unrealistic). The team at Adorn created a dress that literally had every tiny detail and touch I wanted. I never expected to be so excited about my wedding dress, but I cant stop thinking about it or going back to look at the videos and pictures. The team — and Alix specifically, in my case — is that good. Go see what I mean.

Adorn was the first shop my mother and I made an appointment for to try on wedding dresses at. There’s something to be said about the first time you see yourself in a wedding gown, and I’m so happy Adorn was where that took place.From the moment you walk in, the shop is open and very aesthetically pleasing. We were immediately greeted by Bella, who I had the pleasure of working with. She had already pulled a rack of dresses for me based on inspiration photos I sent her! (Love that she texted beforehand to ask!). Bella was extremely attentive, kind, and professional. She really did make the experience amazing from start to finish.After trying on a few gowns that I really did love, she asked if I would try on something a little different. Trusting her entirely, (plus, who doesn’t want to try on all different kinds of dresses anyway?) she helped me into what ended up being THE dress. I’m so grateful for her professional guidance and pushing me to try on dresses outside of what I was searching for.Not wanting to purchase at the first shop I tried, I shopped around, but I found myself comparing all other dresses to the last one I had tried on. They were the only bridal store of the 3 visited that made the effort to get to understand me before my arrival. By far the best experience wedding dress shopping at Adorn!! I went to 2 other place and Adorn blew them both out of the water! Before my appointment I received a call from the girls at the store and we discussed what I was looking for, my Pinterest board, and designers I was interested in (which was the only store of the 3 to do so). I felt like they actually listened to what I had to say regarding my likes and dislikes and chose AMAZING dresses for me throughout my experience! Alix was my stylist and OMG the woman knows what she’s doing! It was so effortless for her! First off, do yourself a favor and pay the $25 VIP experience for Saturday. I scheduled a 9am appointment and was taken to the back part of the store and truly felt like I was having a VIP experience. They welcomed me with a small cup of champagne, which definitely eased those wedding-dress-shopping jitters.The days leading up to the appointment, my dress consultant texted me to ask for my Pinterest Page with dresses that I had liked. When I arrived, they had already pulled about 10-12 dresses for me tailored to what I liked. You might think that you want to walk around the store and pick the dresses out yourself- but I actually enjoyed the process of having dresses hand picked for me WAY WAY WAY better. It took the stress off of me and I got to just enjoy the next dress that was tailored to the styles I already liked. I am someone who is shy about the spotlight but they made the process as comfortable as possible. I went to two dress appointments at two different stores after- but there was no sense in it. Adorn has the best selection, quality, atmosphere, professionalism, and staff of women of all the bridal salons in Nashville. When I went back to purchase by gown the next day, my consultant Bella was very patient with me as I whittled down my final decision. I have been to Kleinfelds in New York City and I felt this was a WAY better experience. Do yourself a favor and just schedule yourself a dress appointment here. I found a dress more beautiful than I could truly imagine myself wearing on my wedding day. Many options to choose from. Jennifer had done her homework to show my daughter exactly what she was looking for in a dress. She was knowledgeable and sensitive to what I was hoping for without compromise to what the bride was looking for.

The shop itself was small, and the dressing rooms were all curtain which made slip ups while dressing worrisome. The dress selection was majorly lacking, and I had sent pictures and described what I wanted and they forced me to try on a heavy plain white gown that was the opposite of what I wanted. Lastly, they put me in a dress almost $1,000 over my budget without informing me of the price until after I had it on. Also, the floor was so slick I couldn’t even try my wedding boots on with the dress, and they didn’t seem to understand the importance of that. The consultant did not understand my vision even though I was very clear, and the overall impression was that your budget is never going to be good enough. It felt very snooty.

After a bad experience at another bridal shop, I had to get a new dress at the last minute. The ladies at Adorn asked the right questions, listened to my needs, and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding! They made me very comfortable, were kind, and extremely helpful! My only wish is that I would have gone there first!

I went dress shopping at Posh based on a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did! They pulled the most beautiful dresses and all within my budget I had established at the beginning of the appointment. My dress ended up being the very first one I put on! I also bought my veil that day which I ended up changing my mind on and ordered a second one when I picked up my dress months later. At this time I had moved to California so they shipped the veil to me. It ended up being the wrong veil but the owner Jenny corrected the mistake very quick and even sent me a starbucks gift card! This is definitely the place for dresses, veils, and accessories (I bought my earrings there too)! I now tell everyone I know getting married in Nashville to go to Adorn (previously Posh).

I went to Adorn Nashville Bridal Shop very nervous and anxious. I had tried on other gowns at other stores and was convinced that I just wouldn’t look good in wedding dresses. When I arrived at my appointment, the staff greeted me with so much excitement and positivity and that immediately uplifted my mood. Amazing and very personable leading up to the appointment. As soon as I walked into adorn the atmosphere was amazing. The girls were so welcoming and sweet! I felt like I’ve known them forever. . As soon as I told them my vision they went to work and pulled perfect dresses! The first dress I tried on was the one! They made wedding dress shopping such an amazing experience for me, my mom, and my future mother in law.

I had the absolute best experience at Adorn! They made me feel so special and beautiful in every dress and were SO helpful. I found the perfect dress & veil for my big day and couldn’t be more excited!!!

I absolutely loved working with Adorn in Nashville! I worked with mainly with Bella and some with Alix and both were simply wonderful. You could tell they both really listened to your opinions and were so patient, not rushing you into dress after dress but taking the time to really figure out what the bride wants. I felt like I was the only person in the world trying on dresses that day because Bella and Alix were so attentive, friendly, and patient. I highly suggest Adorn for any bride that wants to truly feel like a bride for the whole experience!

I cannot recommend Adorn Bridal Shop highly enough! Adorn was the second bridal shop I went to - my first appointment (at a different place) had left me feeling fat, ugly, and full of despair. Needless to say I was not super thrilled to continue my search. Adorn changed all of that! From the first phone call I had with Bella, I was at ease. She listened to what I learned from my first experience, and assured me that we would make adjustments to find my perfect dress. The day of my appointment I worked primarily with Alix, and she was fantastic. Before we started, she explained their process of listening, engaging, and noticing body language to really know how I was feeling in the various dresses. I felt heard and understood, and once I had the right dresses on, I felt beautiful. The dress I ended up choosing is different from what I originally envisioned, but it is so perfect! I didnt want to take it off, and I cant wait to wear it again in September. I really attribute all the success I had with the dress to the team at Adorn. They were so welcoming and encouraging and fun, while at the same time being honest about what works best with my body and what doesnt. It was such a great experience. If you have had previous dress appointments that were lackluster or even disastrous, run--dont walk--to Adorn!

Adorn created a magical dress experience. Alix and Jen made shopping for a wedding dress during COVID special and personal. They were incredibly knowledgeable on different styles and what would work with my body type. It was a warm and comfortable environment during a tricky time and I’m so glad to have found their shop through other great reviews. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else in the Nashville area looking for their dress! Their personal attention, selection and environment made this such a positive experience for me.

Honestly this was the best experience I could have ever asked for. I had gone to three other bridal shops before coming to Adorn and while they were okay, they didn’t even compare to Adorn! Jennifer and Alix were the two consultants that I got to work with every time I came in and let me tell you.... they are the sweetest most professional girls I worked with during my whole shopping experience. They truly know exactly what they’re doing. {They aren’t high school or college kids just trying to make some cash.} They aren’t pushy like some other places. I’m the most indecisive person ever, so they let me leave and think about my dress, {even though we all knew it was THE one} come back later, try it on again, and then purchase it. Even when I was being crazy and emotional over the size of dress I should’ve ordered Jennifer helped talk me off the ledge and ease my mind. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing they are! Oh, and I guess I should mention their dress selection is AMAZING!

I had an amazing experience at Adorn! I was super overwhelmed my first weekend of dress shopping and was torn between styles. When I went to Adorn, Alix really listened to how I was feeling in each dress. She encouraged me to sleep on my decision instead of rushing into anything. I came in by myself after having some difficulties finding a dress with friends. They made me feel super comfortable and relaxed! They assured me alterations were possible to make it my perfect dress! I’m so glad I stopped by and found the one!

The girls here are ABSOLUTELY amazing! I found the dress that I fell in love with online, they were able to do a face time with me to show me the dress, they showed me it on a person and held the dress for me to travel to them to try on. While I was there, they were so helpful and patient with me while I just fell in love with the dress more, and it doesnt stop there-- they are going to help me find an alteration shop in my area that works with the material of my dress. You cannot beat their service-- Hands down best experience ever! Thank you ladies!

Jen and Bella were so helpful and knowledgable while we were there for my friend to try dresses on. They were really supportive, didn’t pressure us at all and were really creative with ways to make the dresses unique to the bride. I was really impressed to hear that Jen would go to the alterations appointments! Highly recommend! The staff was wonderful, they made me feel comfortable and made the experience fun. I ended up with a dress completely the opposite of what I had imagined and I loved it! They listened to my feedback after trying a few dresses on and knew I needed to try a different style, and they were right! Wonderful dress shopping experience! I had appointments scheduled at a couple of other shops in Nashville too but ended up cancelling them after Adorn. They made it so fun and easy to find the perfect dress :) The shop is beautiful, the dresses are beautiful, and I felt safe despite COVID times!

These ladies made finding a dress so easy and fun! They have beautiful designer dresses and everything about it is very intimate and not overwhelming like so many dress shops are! I worked with Alix and from her questions to me prior to coming she had exactly what I wanted ready to go, I picked the second dress I tried on! Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing experience at Adorn Nashville! This was my first time trying on dresses, and I was feeling a little nervous and self conscious. I was greeted by my two consultants, Alix and Rachel, who made me feel beautiful and glamorous. They were honest about what worked it didn’t, and did not pressure me to make a decision. They made helpful suggestions about what could be changed or added to each dress. They were super chill and relaxed, and made the whole appointment about me, and making me feel comfortable and fabulous. I went to two other boutiques after Adorn, but did not get nearly the same star treatment. I wear a size 8 in regular dresses, which is average I think, but other stores I went to only carried tiny sample sizes that made me feel huge and disgusting. I even had a consultant at another store tell me the style I picked was “not for curvy girls”. I ultimately went back to Adorn, said yes to my incredible dress and celebrated with my wonderful consultants :) couldn’t be happier!

I drove 2 hours to Nashville because their bridal shops carry different designers than the ones at home. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Alix. She wasted no time and already had 2 dresses set aside. She hit the nail on the head and I went back to the very 1st dress I tried on and said YES to the dress. I highly recommend Adorn Nashville!
