Wonderful assistance! Only needed air for my tires. Very kind and helpful vehicle maintenance man. I hate I forgot his name or I would definitely mention how valuable he is.

Seems like a common review. Took a while to greet. Guy tried to avoid making contact. Granted it was just two of us in the room. Didnt really want the business. I asked how long it would take for brakes and headlight. He couldnt say. Fair response but in combination to the rest of the experience, go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I made an appointment through the website. Called 20 minutes before to make sure everything was still good where the man that answered the phone was rude and insisted that there was no appointment made when I had the verification email and a reference number. Absolutely will not try to go back to this location again

I should’ve known better and walked right out when I walked in the door to find another customer complaining about how whatever repair they paid for wasn’t working. For me they replaced an air filter that left my air-conditioning sounding like a helicopter and insinuated I was lying when I said I didn’t bring it in sounding this way.

Wish there was an option for negative stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a damaged tire, and road hazard protection, and these clowns tried to rip me off by getting me to purchase a brand new tire instead of applying the price of road hazard protection for a new tire. Don’t take your car here, unless you’d like to deal with a headache and scam artists.

DO NOT COME HERE. Seriously, I’m trying to save you. First of all, the employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged upon my arrival. Finally, I was able to speak with someone and informed him I had an appointment @ 3pm for an alignment. He proceeds to tell me that it will be about a 5-10 min wait until someone is available to do it. I asked what was the point in making an appointment then? To which he replied some foolish answer that didn’t even make sense. So I went to my car to wait. He said someone would come knock on my window to get my car. 5 minutes passes. 10 minutes. 20 minutes. Finally almost 30 minutes passes and nobody came. Basically what happened was is other people came in before 3pm and they took every customer KNOWING they had a 3pm appointment. So I told the man I was leaving and that I made an appointment because I have a life and couldn’t wait any longer for them to start on my car. He literally just walked away and didn’t even respond lol. I will never come back here and I’m going to tell all my friends to never come here as well. Complete waste of my time.

I’ve gone here a few times for regular maintenance. Dennis always goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Superb customer service. Everyone here has been really nice.

Have had issues with this place over the last eight or so years and will not go back now. Once, they said they did not have any cheaper tires until I was about to leave and go somewhere else and then they magically had cheaper ones to sell me. The second time, I took my car for a slow leak in a tire, only to be told that the leak was in a spot that couldn’t be patched. I get a new tire, go home, the next day it’s flat again. The leak was in the rim but they didn’t bother to check and just sold me a new tire. Had to go somewhere else completely and buy a new rim but wasted a tire with lots of life left in it. This time, I go to get something fixed, and when I go to pick the car up, the check engine light is on. Sometimes that just happens in this car, so didn’t touch it, but now find out that my car won’t pass emissions based on this new code. When I called the Firestone to see if they would take a look at this to see if it was due to some accidental negligence, the employee was rude and nearly irate on the phone about it and wouldn’t even entertain the possibility that it could have been an issue on there end, but was regardless happy to let me come in and pay them more money to look into the issue.

These guys are great! They squeezed us in for a tire patch right before they closed and went above and beyond to take care of us!

Pulled up and asked if they could scan my truck. Told me to wait just a minute and someone would help me. 30 minutes later I had waited long enough. Everyone saw me waiting right there while standing around.

I would highly recommend the Firestone in East Nashville. I was in the bind (had a flat tire right before I was about to begin a long road trip) and the employees helped me get back on the road in about an hour and a half. They were very kind and really went above and beyond to help me in a time of need!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I had the most horrid experience. Took my car to get one tire replaced and when I went to pick my car up it was dead as a doornail. One of the workers jumped it off so it would start again but my question in the first place is how the heck did it all of the sudden become so dead?! If I were you, I’d take my money to somewhere local. I’ve had nothing but headaches with businesses like Firestone and PepBoys.

We stopped while traveling due to a tire issue. The shop had us in and out within an hour with 2 new tires and an alignment. Also, recommend donut shop for breakfast that was across the street. Super friendly staff!!

Wow, just the worst. Employees were ALL UNBELIEVABLY rude, as if they were slumming it just to let me pay them for work. Had an online prepaid order and it took 20 min to pick up my car despite being the only person in the store. Employees were MAKING (not answering, making) phone calls in the middle of both checking me in AND out. They were very annoyed when I was making my appointment as if it were a real burden to do the hard work of installing tires. I’ll cut a hand off before going back, not just this location but any Firestone based on these guys behavior. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you ask me Firestone is just a big rip off took my car there still not working right today charge me 679 for nothing they need to be reported to the better Business bureau

Just got some air

I took my car about 9:30 this morning. My tire sure pressure light came on several times after tires needing air, but no one your seemed to be getting lower. I asked for the tired all to be checked and any repairs needed made for all four tires, but to call if a tire needed replacement. I was asked to leave it as it would be several hours. When I called at 2:23 today, I was told it was being looked at and they would call. When I called back at 4:30 they claimed to have called me and then have me an incorrect phone number that they called even though I gave them my acctual phone number AND they looked up my account with the phone number I gave them. I have never had the other number they gave. When I expressed concern, the man became very irritated. He then started it was ready to pick up and I asked what had been fixed. He became rude, raised his voice at me saying well, thats simple, its been fixed. When I clarified needing to know what was fixed, he got even more irate, raised his voice. When I went and offered up the car, the store manager was condescending, extremely rose, acting offended when I see for clarification. I was then told they town away more business than they can take by the person I was paying and that they dont care about people coming back.

Just from a phone experience this was pretty awful. Called to get a price on tire replacement, was barely able to hear him because he kept cutting out and was very quiet. I mentioned this to him twice, and he said just give us a call back another time and then hung up on me. Definitely not an issue with my phone service because he was the 5th person Ive spoken to on the phone today from this very same location.

So, I came in after seeing a staple in my tire. 5:20 & they close at 6. Dennis took the time to explain that it was close to the sidewall (which is not repairable), but took a couple of minutes, sprayed soap on the tire & figured out that it was barely in the tire! Saved me & was so helpful! Next time I DO need something, Im coming back. Great customer service!

In and out in under 2 hours for a tire patch job. Cant beat 20 bucks and the speed. They are wiping down seats in the waiting area after customers leave. Doing it right!

Well got tires you dont even want to know the price and the experience was terrible had to come back a week later theyve had about 50 air pressure in my ties and they said only supposed to have 35 all four now did they have the 35 they go up and down from 31 to 35 I get up in the morning so Im going to start E1 when I get to drive and they get to 35 I dont understand that will be calling them about it I paid entirely too much money

Chip,Tony,Will,Dennis and Pat always give professional and knowledgeable advise. They dont do it alone, the technicians work hard and with great hands on repair and knowledge of many make and model vehicles. You cant satisfy all the people all the time, but I know that they work hard to satisfy each customer one at a time. Keep up the hard work.

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter change. They didn’t try to up sell me anything just gave me the facts and I ended up getting an alignment (I have three different types of tires so makes sense.) Anyway just wanted to thank you guys for the pleasant service. I didn’t feel treated differently as a female either- I saw a few reviews mentioning this. I would say in my case that did not occur.

The staff has always been nice. They are often very busy though, and it can be hard to schedule appointments.

Im visiting from out of town and had a flat tire, on a Sunday, of course. The people in the store were so nice! They said theyd get the tire from the warehouse on Monday morning. They also put the spare tire on for me. When I got to the store Monday morning, the tire wasnt there yet because they were waiting on a driver. Since the tire wasnt there yet, they offered to let me leave my wheel there while we go sightseeing. Doodle is the main person who helped us, but everyone there was awesome; very friendly and helpful! They made the flat tire experience so much better than it could have been.

I think this is the most honest & trustworthy garage I’ve ever been to.I’m going on a massive road trip, and paid them $25 (after taxes) for a full inspection of my car. My car runs great, but it’s also 8 years old and runs in the city. I fully expected a laundry list of maintenance items, but didn’t want any preventable problems on the road.They called back, said they inspected everything & topped off the fluids, and our bill was $25. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it.I paid them to intentionally look for anything wrong, and they couldn’t find a problem. That also means they couldn’t find an excuse to charge me +/- $1K to fix a non-problem. Incredible integrity to not take someone for a ride because they had the opportunity.Great shop, great people, great hours & fast turnaround. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I simply wanted a valve cover gasket change. Well what I got was bolts missing off my engine all my wires put back wrong and my entire fuel line messed up. Now I’m carless waiting on a part to come from another state DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!

They actually do amazing work. Super nice and priced great. HOWEVER. They do not check their email or online appointments. When you book an online appointment A WEEK BEFORE to ensure a quick and easy oil change and tire rotation and you walk in and they are crowded, your appointment never got booked or seen by the actual store. Only on the website. This has happened numerous times. We book. We get a confirmation email and reminder emails through out the week. When you show up it’s lost. Won’t go back.

Out of all the places that Ive been to get an oil change this is by far the worst, who doesnt check the fluids for your engine, Firestone sure didnt, a different mechanic shop fixed my air and topped off my gluids, i call Firestone and asked them why they didnt check my fluidss when they did the oil change and the guy tells me that i didnt ask. I didnt ask because Ive never had to ask, guess Ill be driving back to Ford for my oil changes

Only good thing about this place is the tires are decent.I booked a 2:00 apt for 4 new tires, alignment, and an oil change. They forgot about my car (which I get it, places get busy), “finished” it before they closed, I got my car, they charged me full price, no hint of apologies when I picked it up, and I left. Come to find out 3 months (2,500 miles) later, I go to a new shop because my engine is making a grinding noise, they tell me my oil hasn’t been changed in at least 9,000 miles and Firestone couldn’t have changed the oil because the plugs weren’t replaced. Abhorrent business ethics.

Always receive excellent customer service and good prices on tire work and all general maintenance. Been doing business with Firestone since 2014 and this location for about a year. You can also access your car repair history through their app which is great to help track what you have had done.

Came in simply to do an oil change and change out the filter. 3 hours later Im sitting here watching them rotate the tires and whatnot without even asking and not even letting myself know whats going on until AFTER they went and did it.

They broke me tire caps and refused to replace them and proceeded to blame me.Made me wait for my car for more than 30min, even if it was ready, just out of pure negligence –they forgot I was there.Offered me a promotion that included tired rotation, tires were not rotated.

Dont come here. It takes way too long when you just need a quick tire fixed up and allingment. Prepare to wait for hours, they didnt even do the full job, my allinment was still off but I didnt want to go back to have them fix it. .

We got a flat - it was 101 degrees outside and they were less than an hour from closing. Tony and the team at this store went above and beyond to take care of the tire and the family. They were fast, friendly, good at their jobs, and had us back on the road in no time. Very grateful for their work and care. Absolutely recommend this location!

Wow. Loved the service here. Needed to get my new-to-me used car checked out before a long road trip and the team did a full service check with no annoying up sells. They told me it would run fine and gave me recommendations to save for. Great place for trustworthy and kind service. Called me once it was done to run through the report and I picked it up at the end of the day. They even put a coupon on the oil exchange without asking. Nice to find a place that wont take advantage of me because im a young woman :)

This Firestone Complete have been taking care of my automobiles for 20 years! Not anymore, they have a metro contract now and dont have time for old customers. Have found a new mechanic and will not be back!

Fiancé got a flat 8 hours from home. I called and talked to Dennis to see if they had 2 tires in stock to replace the flat so she could make it home. After making it there on her spare Dennis was waiting to help. They got her car right in and were able to fix the hole and get her on her way home safely. While they could have just told her it wasn’t able to be fixed and sold her $500 worth of new tires, they didn’t take advantage of a car full of women. I would highly recommend this shop!

Made an appointment for 8am for an oil change. Still with a heads up via an appointment for just an oil change they managed to take an hour.AN HOUR. GOOD OL 60 MINUTES!An hour, for an oil change. Save your self the hassle and go elsewhere.

I brought my car here to specifically have my front brake pads replaced and rotors turned/resurfaced. I knew the front rotors were still inside the acceptable measurement to be turned instead of replaced because two weeks earlier I had my rear brakes done at another auto service establishment and they very honestly told me I could get a little more out of the front. About 30 min after I left I received a call that the recommendation was to replace everything which would cost about $400 as opposed to the $150 for the job I requested. They assured me the measurement was far too low to resurface the rotors even when my dad called to confirm what they were telling me. My dad came into town to do the job himself and get an accurate measurement. Sure enough once he got the rotors off and measured himself it was confirmed the men at Firestone Complete had blatantly lied to both me in person (even writing down the false measurement on official paperwork) and to my dad over the phone. This is such a shame. Please do not take your vehicle here ladies. They are preying on young and uninformed female vehicle owners. Had it not been for my dad I would be out $400+ for a service I did not need. These people should be ashamed, Im sure they all have wives and daughters and would be livid if someone were to prey upon them this way. They took ZERO responsibility when we called back to prove they had lied and didnt even offer an apology.STAY AWAY. There are plenty of comparable auto service companies out there, cant trust this one.

Man! this place is awesome! I brought my vehicle in to replace one tire that was down to the steel belt and ended up getting all 4 new tires. all my tires were pretty old and worn but i wasnt really ready to make the dive into a several hundred dollar repair bill. They had a promotion going on at the time that I was not aware of, but i seen an ad in the local paper that had a coupon. they actually allowed me to use the coupon along with the promotion bc i told them money was tight for me but they seen i really needed the tires. I drove out of there with 4 brand new tires for around 200 and my car is like a totally different car now. the handling, traction- such a smooth ride, i could not be more pleased!

THEY BROKE MY AUTOMATED TRUNK LID!!! and would not admit to it or offer to have it repaired. This is after i spent over 1000 bucks on replacement tires the day before not to mention the numerous times i have brought car to them for oil changes. I never complain about things like this. I never write reviews. Typically if I’m at a coffee shop and a barista gets my order wrong I’ll just take it and shut up. But not this time. This time it’s personal!!! Haha. We had car troubles, or so we thought, while traveling back home. Had my Tahoe towed to Firestone East not knowing what we were facing. The guys were great in helping to diagnose the problem (transmission transfer case) and let us know it was safe to drive home. Doodle, who thoroughly checked it out on a really busy day, didnt even charge me anything for his time. It would have been very easy to take advantage of us at this point but they were quite the opposite, very kind and helpful. This is the kind of business that I want to deal with! Thank you for helping us on our way today, guys.

What a pathetic excuse for a firestone location. Called Friday to make an appointment to get my vehicle serviced. Guy says we don’t do appointments only walk ins. I get to the store early this morning I’m literally the second car there and the guy tells me oh you need an appointment we’re all booked today. I buy tires for our whole companies fleet of vehicles from firestone but I assure you after dealing with this location I’ll never buy anything there again.

It was a really busy Sunday for these guys and Ronald Eakes(technician) was really kind in going out of his way to fit me in for an oil change. Super quick and proficient. Will definitely be going back next oil change.

The service tech named Tony is the best he always gets me in and get me out and helps me and looks and see that I have warranty and things that I already paid for but the warranty still exist so I appreciate that Tony is very polite and nice and I enjoy working with him and I bring my car is on days that hes there to be serviced cuz I feel more comfortable with him than some of the others thank you

Its rare to find a service open on Sundays in these neck of the woods but Firestone saved the day for these Cincinnatians who needed to get back home (this one was starting a new job the next day, yikes!). Great customer service and our tire was patched up and held up the trip back to Ohio. And I statted my job on time and in style thanks to Firestone!Thank you!

Warning: Appointments made online arent honored, even if you get a confirmation email.They automatically add optional extended warranties on tires unless you catch them and tell them to remove it. Never had a real issue with their work, but they are expensive and dont feel like an honest shop. Been there three times but this last time will be my last.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! I brought my vehicle on for a rotation & balance for convenience because they were open on Sunday. The next day I realize my wheel lock key was missing, so I called and of course its nowhere to be found. Days later, I call again and the manager says. My technician says we didnt even rotate your tires so we didnt even need the key I WAS CHARGED FOR A SERVICE THAT WASNT EVEN DONE. If I hadnt have called, I would have NEVER gotten my money back.

Chip goes above and beyond what youd expect from a chain tire store. One night, ran over a cargo strap on my Sentra and got a flat. Rolled into Firestone but I was too late, it was all closed up and Chip was locking up. I asked what time they opened in the morning so that I could come back first thing, but he wouldnt hear of it. Instead, he went through the trouble to patch my tire then and there, even though plugging the tire would have been easier and quicker for him.More recently, I went in for a set of new tires for my Neon, and the mechanic mentioned that my left tie rod was on its way out. Sure enough, while the right one was fine, the left one was bad. So if they say they found something else wrong while they are working on your car, you can trust that they arent just trying to make an extra buck.Ive enjoyed the service here for years, so I guess its about time I shared my opinion. All the perks of a large chain, with the personal customer service of a small shop.I do recommend you make an appointment if possible, but even if you have to walk in on a busy day, the wait is only an hour or two, and they do have WiFi in the lobby.

I called for a quote on service. I was transferred to three different people before being given a price on a tune up. I was told there would also be an additional fee. I called Jerry at Nashville Auto Care and his price was one third! Dont take your car to Firestone. Ever.

My overly sensitive hybrid system warning light has given these guys so many opportunities to take advantage of me, they never have. Honest, accommodating and reasonably priced.

They dont treat their potentially new customers with any type of care. Also, $38 to just LOOK at my car and not even fix it is ridiculous! Theres no need to inspect, I already know the problem!

A DIFFERENT shop changed the oil in my car and never screwed back in the metal plate that covers the oil pan under my car. So when I drove to work this morning, the sheet smacked down and started dragging under my car. I couldnt reach it and there were no screws to be had, so I got it towed to Firestone. In the process of towing, the metal sheet got real jacked up from the car going back and forth to get onto the flat bed. But when I got to Firestone, the mechanic got a look under my car as soon as the driver got my car off the flatbed. He found the issue and told me hed try to flatten it out and see if he could find screws for it. Less than ten minutes later he had me back on the road. I couldnt be more appreciative.

I have been coming to this location since 2008 because I trust their work and everyone I have had to deal with is very nice and helpful.

Always great service and the front office staff at the store are very professional at East Nashville Store next to East High School. Great bunch of guys.
