I loved the variety of books and trinkets you could choose from. However, I definitely felt I was being watched while walking around. Nevertheless I found a great book on accident. Happy to see they have a section for Black authors. I would go back.

This was the 1st time Id been in Amazon books, and I like how the store connects to your Amazon Prime account.You get a Prime discount, and on specific books, you get a much larger discount.The book selection was not huge, mind you, but it did represent almost every type of book/genre.This is also a place where you can get new electronic devices under the Amazon brand, from cords to the devices themselves.

We have never seen an Amazon store before so it was a pretty cool experience! If you are a prime member you get cheap deals on everything in the store! The associate told us that everything in the store is a top rated item from the website. We had alot of fun just browsing. My Girlfriend ended up buying some books and got 2 free audible books just for shopping there

I was very happy to see an Amazon store nearby. It is still a rather small store so you may not find everything but Im sure you can order it. That being said, I wish there was a larger selection of books from which to choose.

I thought Amazon Books at Green Hills Mall was really cool. The service could have been just a tad bit better. I had several questions and couldnt get/find anyone to answer them for me, much less check me out. Otherwise, the store itself was really cool.

Blake saved the day for my Christmas shopping. I called looking for a product last night and they didn’t have it so he advised me to call back the next day to check their next day delivery. Even though he didn’t remember my name, he remembered our conversation and advised his peers that I may call. I appreciate his honesty and follow up advice. Thanks Amazon for hiring stellar employees.

Very convenient and quick for my returns!!! However, I do still find it weird, I could return to a Amazon Bookstore and not just any UPS return station. But the store was great, regardless of the weird Amazon Corp rule!!!

Pros: some of the books are discounted if youre a Prime member. Selection is decent. If youre looking for an Amazon device, you can find it here along with accessories.Cons: staff was too busy looking at their phones to even notice the customers around the store. Also, why would I go here when there is a much better independent bookstore across the street from the mall?

Staff was extremely rude to my mom and I. When I was looking at books a staff member asked me very rudely if I actually had money(which I did I’m 16 so it’s not like I’m a little kid without their parent.) I found this very rude since he didn’t even ask “can I help you find anything,” then when I was paying I handed them cash and the manager (who happened to be working the register) said very rudely “we don’t take that,” (I haven’t been in an Amazon bookstore so I didn’t know.) I apologized. Then my mom got her card out of her wallet. The lady started to mutter rude remarks under her breath thinking we couldn’t hear her. Over all it was an awful experience. I love amazon prime though I will not go in one of their stores again. The only reason I give 2 stars and not zero Is I got what I was looking for. It was also neat to pay the prime price. (This review is not meant to be mean I’m simply stating how the staff treated my mom and I. Through this whole experience we stayed calm, professional, and polite. Despite their attitude.)

Amazing staff, great selection with discounts in-store for prime members. I forgot my credit card here and they not only returned it to me but they wrapped it in gift paper with my name on it so no one could steal the information from the card while it was waiting for me. Seriously kind ladies, made my day.

Overall an amazing store! The people (staff) are wonderful and very knowledgeable! From the moment I walked in the store until the moment I left, they helped me, answered every question I had (which was 1,000) and made me feel important, not just a dollar sign! Would 10/10 recommend going here.

Its in a nice expensive mall, cool to find it in the middle of all the obnoxious impulsive buyers traps but not a whole lot of choices regarding the type of books they have, for children though you might for sure find something.

Was just like shopping online at amazon but you can see the quality and condition before you buy. Plus prime members get prime pricing in the store! Also had many other item other than books like Alexa items, headphones, ring items and lots more! Was a great first experience.
