I asked for a $100 arrangement to be sent in thanks to a friend. See the photo. Beautiful, but its one hydrangea, three roses and some wax flowers/lambs ear. For context, this arrangement is the size of a salad plate. The shop did credit me back $25 when I called them to discuss, but I still dont think this looks like $75, do you?

I recently ordered a sympathy arrangement for an unexpected loss of a client. I wanted wind chimes in the arrangement and I was particularly interested in it being a table top design. Not only did they far surpass my expectations, there was no mistaking which one was ours. And it was no surprise that the arrangement was set up next to the familys spray. I burst into tears when I saw how beautiful it was and how the back of the arrangement was as elegant as the front. I love that there is a local flower shop near my house. I received flowers for my birthday from Rose Hill Flowers this winter and they were beautiful. When I needed to send flowers a few months later I used them. The delivery was on time and online ordering was easy. I also think it is great that they changed their name. The flowers I ordered were truly beautiful, but I had spent hours looking for just the right combination of flowers and chocolates for a very specific reason. The chocolates were not delivered, as I learned the next day. Customer service said they were sorry and would issue a refund for the chocolates, but the carefully planned perfect combo was ruined.

This florist is excellent and has high quality flowers. I called and asked for details about the types of orchids they had available. The person I spoke to was knowledgable and gave me clear information.Because of the importance of social distancing during COVID-19, I was unable to go into the store myself to see the flowers. The person I spoke to over the phone directed me to their website and explained that the photos on the website were of their own arrangements and were not stock photos. I picked a beautiful arrangement based on the online photos and it was exactly the same in person.I would recommend Rebel Hill Florist for their customer service and high quality flowers.

From my daughters wedding bouquet to my best friends annual live plant for her birthday to my friends party reception, the arrangements have always been spot on. The entire staff has an almost uncanny ability to hear my words and read my thoughts. Most recently, Anna created an arrangement for a wedding reception that was the hit of the party. Neither groom nor the attendees could say enough nice things about the arrangement.My father never liked fresh flowers. When he died in December, a few years ago, I talked to the florists about creating a pall of seasonal greenery. It was absolutely breath taking, and I have kept the large pine cones from it in my science classroom. A couple of years ago, when my aunt died, my cousin from California was looking for a florist. When the flowers arrived the friend cried because they were so beautiful. Our friends described the flower arrangement as simply beautiful. They were so taken with the arrangement they took it to church on Sunday so everyone could enjoy the beautiful arrangement and returned it to their home after the service. I used Rebel Hill for wedding flowers. I needed 2 very large arrangements for the church, my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres for the men. I initially wanted to keep the flowers very simple since flowers can get so expensive so quickly. But the little details really do add a nice touch, and Mary and Emily worked with me to come up with ideas that could be more affordable.I met with Mary a few months before the wedding to talk about styles, colors, and timing. She was so pleasant to work with. She also had great insight as we talked through each part of the wedding to make sure we had it all covered. Mary did convince me to add 3 mini bouquets for our 3 flower girls. They loved their flowers and it was adorable!Being out of town, it was a huge relief to know Rebel Hill was on the ball for delivery and set up. They got to the church early the day of the wedding to set up the 2 arrangements and coordinated with my planner to get the bouquets and boutonnieres to us before photos.Great experience!

I was really disappointed with Rebel Hill. Heres why:I called to ask about a special order. I was looking for something out of the ordinary and wanted to see if they had any ideas. The person I spoke with seemed positive and took my number and said she would call me right back. Four days later, I called them to check in and get their thoughts. The new lady I spoke with said she had my number and was just about to call me. I asked her what she thought and she said she couldnt help with my order.This wouldnt be such a big deal if it were handled differently. I think they should have called me sooner. (or at all). My honest thought is this: the rebel hill website offers the exact same types of arrangements as other sites but at a higher price. From my experience they dont have anything more to offer than other florists.I wish I had something more positive to say.

I bet they have great flowers, however the prices were higher than any other place we got quoted. They were about 40% higher than the other companies we talked to. There was also a serous error ($2,000) on their original quote that really rubbed us the wrong way. When we were told it was right, and I had to show the math where they were wrong. They are very nice, and again I’m sure they produce some stellar flowers, but if price is big for you, I recommend going elsewhere.

As an out of town customer I ordered a gift plant for a Nashville relative. When the store discovered they didnt have a good sample of the plant in the store they ordered one and delivered it within 24 hours of original order. Because this was later than they promised they offered a nice apology and an unrequested accommodation on the delivery fee. The delivered plant is absolutely beautiful and worth the extra 12 hour wait. This attention to detail is quite surprising and so important when ordering a product that Im trusting someone else to select, wrap, and deliver for me. Highly recommended.
