Great considering how many grocery stores seem to be having issues keeping their shelves stocked. Their fresh fruits and vegetables are some of my favorite items to purchases. They, like 3 other stores Id checked, didnt have the bottled tea I like - just one of those items in short supply I guess.

The most annoying and irritating thing, is people wasting my time. I signed up for an appointment to receive a booster shot. But apparently Publix wants your insurance information so they can bill the government for administering. I didn’t have my insurance information on me at the time because NO such information was given to me that I needed to bring it.“Get vaccinated, get vaccinated” everyone…….yet publix makes it one step harder to do so.

I called the bakery and asked if I could order a cake for Saturday, the lady on the phone said yes as long as its 24 hours in advance. So I drive there and the lady said were not taking any orders after just telling me on the phone they were taking orders. This lady was rude and hateful. Never again will I shop this publix. I assume publix doesnt want my money. BTW I went to hermitage bakery and they were happy to take my order.

Manager Eli and the Bakery went above and beyond for my cakes. I travel often to Publix 3+ hours. Ordered the cakes online they wasnt ready ( time difference ).Manager Eli spoke with the Bakery they went ahead and pushed my cakes up. Publix cares about customers more than any store. They disinfect carts after every use and keep the cleanest grocery anyplace. Every detail about shopping is addressed and kept at an excellent standard. I appreciate these conveniences and visit every chance I am able.

I loved publix super market when I visited there. It was very spacious and very, very clean. They had just a love selection of different stuff to choose from. It was the first time I had been in publix. I live in Cincinnati,Ohio and we dont have one here, now I wish we did have one here.

Didn’t have king crab legs (as well as every Kroger in town and other Publix I called) but Daniel in seafood department let me know when they would (end of the year) and where I could find some today . Was going down an endless rabbit hole of calling around town but Daniel was the most helpful person I’ve encountered yet due to the info he provided I knew I could quit wasting my time calling everywhere else . 5 stars for this !

Oh my goodness, this location of Publix is a horse of a different color. Easily twice the size of my neighborhood store with more to offer in choices and service. I left inspired to try cooking new and yummy dishes after personalized help from two employees. One in the deli/cheese area and one in the GreenWise demonstration area. Actually had fun in Tuesday be for Thanksgiving grocery shopping.

We like the bakery section and like to get some of our favorite food. Bread, Cookies and Cake. Favorite bread flavor. Favorite Cookie creations. Favorite Cake creations and flavor.

Honestly Publix is overrated, the prices are comparable to wholefoods. The deals arent great. Apart from their bogos. The good thing about this super market is that their produce and dairy, expirable items are usually fresh (minus the avocados which are always spoiled.... like always lol) and they have alot of options for each thing (except orzo and international foods)

Visiting Publix for the first time several years ago, a great and lasting first impression possessed me. All the employees and managers are helpful, as well as actually want to be there, the store layout is well organized, and the people who work there actually enjoy their jobs or at least seem to. Did I mention the people who work there? And, oh yeah... macarons. *wink*

Staff behind meat counter were very friendly and helpful. They even offered to cut up the sirloin strip I had intended to take home and cut up myself for kebabs.

Large supermarket with ample parking and close to 155 in Nashville.

Regular prices may be slightly higher than Kroger & WalMart but sale pricing is good if not better in most cases. Customer service is always great which you dont get at Kroger & WalMart.

This particular Publix Super Market is one I visit regularly. I am a habitual patron of the soup bar to buy my favorite Cream Chicken with Wild Rice soup. Publix has the best customer service of any grocery store or other food chain. This is another reason to add this store to your regular shopping list.

Let me first say Im an Instacart personal shopper. As a shopper, Ive run into quite a few grocery store employees that for some reason hold a grudge against us. Most of us do our best not to bother grocery staff even though we essentially are customers. But sometimes I have to ask where something is and thankfully the employees at this Publix or any other for that matter are awesome. The staff here is always willing to go the extra distance to help and I really appreciate that. The quality of the produce and fresh fish is outstanding and the bakery items are always fresh. Highly recommended this store. Thanks!

The Pharmacist helped explain my meds

On 02/19/2021 #PublixsgroceryAfter being snowed/iced in for about 5 days, I decided to go out to get much needed groceries. There’s a Publixs and a Kroger less than 5 miles away. I got a $5.00 coupon in my email so I thought I would stop in at Publixs. I quickly moved through the grocery store being mindful of keeping my distance and wearing two masks. When got to the check out counter, I purchased one of those heavy plastic Publixs bags and laid it on the conveyer belt first, as I wanted the meat, produce and bread to be bagged first. I told the checker I had a 24 bottle of Deer Park water. She took note. A young man came over and began bagging my groceries. When the checker got to the end of my groceries, I told her I had a $5.00 coupon. The young man yelled out at the checker, asking if she got the bottled water on the bottom of my cart. The checker responded to him by asking if I had one or two. I then said to her, “I told you I had a 24 bottle count of Deer Park.” She ignored my comment to her. She went on telling me I needed to pull that $5.00 coupon up in the app. By this time I said to her, “wait a minute; you’re making me feel some kind of way. Next time, I’ll go on down to the Kroger store. She said, “they won’t have nearly the type of products we have.” I said to her, first off, I told you I had the water; I wasn’t trying to steal the water. Then you asked the young man if I had two. You could have asked me if I had one or two but you didn’t.” Again I told you I had a 24 bottle count of Deer Park water. Now, you clearly see this coupon on my phone and you’re asking me to pull it up in the app. By this time a young lady came over to replace the older checker. She took one look at my coupon and discounted the $5.00 dollars from the total bill; no questions asked. Now the older checker said, okay, I see how she rang it up. Thanks and here’s your receipt. I left the store feeling like in the eyes of this older white checker and this young white male, I was a distrusting shopper from the remarks they had made. I am a senior citizen, African American female shopper who doesn’t leave the house without my earrings and my lipstick, although I’m wearing a mask. I’m courteous at all times and quite respectful of others; I would expect to be treated likewise. The Publixs In Donelson, TN off of Lebanon Pike is the store I usually shop at. But after this kind of, not so subtle disrespectful treatment as a customer, I will not be going back. I will go one block over to shop at the Kroger.
