Tucker did an excellent job of helping me recently…. he gets 5 stars for being diligent and attentive…. one of his managers gave me a really hard time about him helping me at my last visit (even though I REALLY needed the help) but the overall staff there is so excellent that I would go back again. Great job, Tucker and Christina!

Great store. I work at a Harvest foods in Montana as a GM/HBC Manager and was very impressed. Asked the meat dept to cut some Top Sirloin steaks and did a great job!!

Very well organized and stocked supermarket. They make sure the shopping carts dont pile up in the parking lot, keep them clean - and the carts move when you push them!!! The self check out machines are always working and all of the Publix staff are very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. Prices are good and the store itself is always spotless.

Super clean, nice staff, well organized, and a great size! Not too large to where it’s hard to navigate and not too small to where they don’t carry what you need. The parking lot is also well laid out and the signage makes it easy to locate and find!

This store is always kept clean. Has friendly people that care about giving good service. And the store shelves always look nice. Its much easier to find what youre looking for when the shelves are full or at least front faced until restocked. Thanks for your consistency in providing great service. 🙂

Every item of food I had there was excellent. The service was great. The portions were big enough for two moderate eaters to split or eat half and have a meal for the next day!

I ordered a graduation cake - which did not come out how I wanted AT ALL due to miscommunication between the employee and I. It was a plain white cake with Congrats on it when we went to pick it up. We let them know this is not what was ordered. Erek, the bakery manager, turned a plain cake into the best cake I have ever ordered. He decorated it more, put toppers, made it POP. It looked even better than what we originally wanted. The BEST customer service!! Shout out to Erek and Chelsea! Chelsea is very sweet and patient. They are both great in the Bakery dept.

Publix is way too over priced for the lower class people. If you want good reasonable groceries prices then go to Krogers or Aldis. And they did not have my favorite pickles that I usually buy there.

Looked and looked for signs on the door that would show us their hours at 9 pm, but didnt see any. The doors were open and the lights were on. Passed several employees.while we shopped, but none of them spoke to us. Several minutes later a manager asked if we were looking for something and when we said just shopping she announced well, were closed. We couldve been off to another store much earlier if we could see posted hours or maybe if the doors were locked or if anyone had told us they were closed before we shopped. We also got an earful from the checkout person about many different subjects that we didnt solicit. All that, high prices and marginal selection of the things we were looking for. Plenty of other places to shop nearby.

Always spend more than I need to lol. But Im never sad that I did. The produce is spectacular. And the fried chicken is to die for!!

This Publix is the BOMB. From the person sanitizing carts, to the deli guy Mason who made my sandwich incredible, to the bakery artist, to the woman at checkout- the experience was amazing. The staff is so professional and wonderful to patrons. Highly recommend for all your grocery needs!

Publix is okay, a little better than other grocery stores in sending cashiers and baggers up front when lines start to form. They can be bad in keeping items I buy regularly, such as cat food, Starbucks coffee, frozen yogurt bars, and bottled water, in stock. They havent had lemon & cream layer cake in stock recently and Ive been told they probably wont have any for a couple months. Why?

Just left Publix which use to be my favorite store. I had a could questions about a couple of items and ask for help!Joyce was rude and acting annoyed. She seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered! She even made a sarcastic remark in our conversation! She She should not be in customer service. I have not seen her at this store before but I will never go back !!!!!!!!!

Always impressed with the cleanliness and service level here. The employees all seem to work at being helpful. Seems like every time Im looking for an item, one of the employees recognizes that, and asks if they can help me find something. From stock person to manager they all seem to be on the same page. Constantly watching for customers who need assistance. Its something Ive noticed at Publix more than any other grocery store Ive visited. Keeps me coming back.

Terrible costumer service no one can give you any satisfaction like a valuable costumer I tried to buy a rotisserie chicken at 7.30 PM and they havent and on top of that just 1 person was working in the Deli department Wow is really disgusting 😔😔😔but they increased the price every day with thats poor costumer service attention.

We have had to ask management multiple occasions to tell the staff to wear a mask. I get that the pandemic has only killed over 500K Americans so it really isnt that big of a deal but we wont be back.

I grew up with Publix. When we moved to Nashville 11 years ago, we thought that Publix was only as far north as Georgia. We were so very happy to discover that we had Publix right in our neighborhood.

I shop at this Publix location for certain items all the Time. One day I needed to Exchange a wrong face wash that I bought for a correct one. One says creamy wash and the other says foaming, same brand. At the time, I didnt pay attention to that. So this foaming one I didnt use it and wanting to change it for the creamy one. The manager was at the customer service, so I told her I did not have my sales ticket (I often dont keep my sales slip from groceries or cosmetics that I normally use) so she looked at me like I am a criminal. Then she asked me when I bought it and how I paid for it. I said one week ago and cash. Then she went to this back room for employees and came out and exchanged it finally. I dont know why she went back there but she waisted my time.

Pretty good location. Its very convenient for me. I usually only go when I want to cook something last minute, or get a dessert. The chocolate cake and fudge brownies are my favorite. The prices are a bit too high for me to do a full on grocery shopping spree. However I love that they carry my favorite brands like organic girl, and their steak selection is pretty good too.

I will never stop for meat or vegetables any place but Publix they have the best selection in town

I’m always amazed at how polite and professional the entire staff is. Everyone from the manager to the stock person asks how they can help. This entire organization embraces a culture of service. Whenever I visit, it’s like stepping back to a time when polite gestures and friendly greetings was a social standard. I just love how this store practices such a traditional yet timeless work ethic. Seriously, walk in to any other grocery store and then in to a Publix and you will see and even feel the difference.

The customer service here is not good. We went here today only bc we had a gift card, we will not be shopping here again, guess if you dont look a certain way, you dont fit in. People were snooty.

Lady had her mask off, no gloves, touching all over her face in the chicken station, we asked for more chicken to be made but it would take 30 minutes . Total attitude when we asked her to put her mask on....bare minimum in that place
