Used the Pick up service for the grocery order. They were quick to bring out the groceries after I checked in.

Okay, there are supplies chain problems all over however, the Publix on 100 always seems to have most everything in stock whereas this publix does not. Not only that, but frequently when I go into the store there are lines that are way too long. Tonight, Friday night at about 6:30 in the evening there was the self checkout which had 9 to 10 people waiting, and there was one check stand open. There were 10 carts of groceries behind the person that was checking out. Honestly if I hadnt said something to the people behind the customer service counter I dont think the other two check stands would have opened up when they did. Actually I know it.The people that work here are pleasant. sometimes too pleasant, and after a long day at work there is one checker I avoid because not only does she frequently ask me exactly how Im doing and why, she has to make comments about which food items that Im buying that she likes. That bothers me a lot. Check me out, Ill say thank you and goodbye.

Somethings off with Publix bread recently. Have you changed the bags you pack bread in? The bread smells like mold the next day after purchase. Its been happening to different breads for the past month or two. I feel like packaging has changed, thicker plastic bag maybe.

Clean & well organized. A Manager was most helpful trying to locate my Lipton Peach Tea Zero even at a neighboring Publix. I appreciate that kind of friendly Customer Service!

One of the best Publix supermarkets that I’ve been to. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Great store layout that doesn’t change too much (which is good). I frequent the deli, meat department and bakery often. Fresh produce section is very well stocked and constantly rotated. I do, however, wish that more registers would remain open in the evenings.

Not sure why this store reminds me of church. Its so unlively, but has everything you need with some of the best employees. Love it here.

The groceries were fully stocked up. The people around Nashville are much nicer than out west so thats a plus. The pub subs are always bomb and its a great place for bread. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Hey man... they aint got no price tags on some of their food...that aint cool.

They run circles around Kroger.Their delis fried chicken is second to none. Unlike Kroger, they are really customer service oriented.

Mysteriously expensive🤷🏼‍♀️ idk. But they have good current selections of beer and as always, great meal kits.

5 stars, service is sometimes slow at deli but overall its pretty strong. Place is always clean and their BOGO deals are always fun.

The staff here are amazing; theyre always friendly and willing to help you find things. Much cleaner than Kroger down the road, and from experience, their meat department is much better. Only negative is they are usually out of a lot of commonly bought products.

Not as clean as other Bellevue location. Last two times Ive been in there, way too many flies in deli area. I had planned on getting something from deli but after noticing that, I just couldnt.

It was great! Store was clean and organized, staff very helpful. I have been here several times and never disappointed.

I shop here more often than I used to. Kroger has been lacking in the past year (customer service and keeping items in stock) and I shop at Publix to make up for it.

I would honestly want to thank Publix store managers for keeping things going during the snow storm. The other night I went there to get me a sandwich they were already closed for parking lot to be cleared and their employees to get home safely . The manger asked what I wanted I told him I work at the assisted living behind you and just came for that . He goes in gets me a sandwich I was going to pay for it he says no I apperciate your work . .All I can say Awesome group of people that work there thank you so much . . . Rachel Williams

Best grocery store around

I love love Publix for a few reasons and here they are.First...they carry my all time favorite ice cream REBEL ICE CREAM. They also have a great selection of flavors and I must say I have yet to try one that I didnt like. My favorite is the triple chocolate followed closely by chocolate. The strawberry is wonderful. The mint chip is very tasty. All of the flavors are simply top notch.2nd this is the only place that Ill buy a sub sandwich and Ill tell you why. At the big sub store when you ask for more veggies they sandwich makers look like your taking money from their pockets. Not so here. When they make your sub at Publix theres no such treatment. They ask what youd like and then happily do it exactly as asked with a cheerful smile. Man do I love this. I like a lot of onions, green pepppers and jalapenos. Here I can get all that I want without being made to feel strange in the process.My favorite sub is the chicken strip sub... They have the best chicken strips in the market place as of now. Mmmmm3rd Now for my big love of Publix. Their fried chicken. I just love their crust. I believe that they have the best inexpensive chicken in the market right now. Its always fresh and hot. Boy do I love their chicken and it reheats in my air fryer crispy crunchy and delicious.One other item I really like here is their plain 2 ltr soda. Its cheap and it satisfies my craving for the carbonation burn and I can only find it here.So all in all I really like Publix.

I really appreciate how friendly everyone is here. Everything is always stocked and I never have any issues with items not charging or ringing up correctly. I would definitely recommend this grocery store

We all ready love shopping at Publix. Each one is different, or has different thigs we like. Now we live in Bellevue and this is our store. We may not recieve the same greeting from every employee as we do in West End. But this crew is still helpful when asked. And DEBBIE is the best cashier you will come across.

Publix was well stocked today. Had everything I needed. Covid-19 precautions were being taken.

We were passing through Nashville and needed to make a pit stop. I love the layout of the store and cleanliness. The bakery has a great assortment of pastries, breads and desserts. The produce dept. displayed some of the freshest fruits/vegatables. I could had stayed there for hours shopping. I would love for Owensboro to get a Publix store.

That store is fabulous. Everyone had on masks, except for one man. The store is so clean and the caliber of staff and clientele is worth the drive from Fairview.

I just wanted to let everyone know how fantastic the deli team was at helping me. Reyad and Anna were fantastic. I just found out that I was exposed to Covid the day before and Thanksgiving was cancelled. I called to see if they had anything to help me and they were great! Reyad was the sweetest guy possible and was willing to hold a turkey meal for me. Publix has always been great and helped me when I was out of state on vacation and ran out of insulin. Without the help of the pharmacy staff in Naples I would have been lost. Thank you all so much!!!! Sally Jo Mikush.
