Was told one price on the phone!! Only to arrive to a note on the door!! Be back In 15 minutes. After, I drove from Columbia. Get there and the price is as totally different. He said he wasn’t In the store at the time he quoted me the price. How you don’t how much your product Is?? Never Again!!!!

Good hair and good customer service

I purchased 4 bundles of Brazilian body wave, I got it installed professionally from a stylist at first I’m like ohh this is bomb hair, as the days go on the HAIR SHEDS and tangled something AWFUL!!! I emailed they responded with “ can you send pictures “ I sent them it’s literally long clumps of hair strands there is no way that this should be okay ! The hair snags to all my clothes it’s all over my house, on my car seats etc . The hair comes out with any little bit of touch or manipulation I understand a little bit of shedding but this shedding so bad I’m convinced I probably have about 2.5 bundles left in my hair . I would not recommend !MyMalaysian loose wave that I ordered from them didn’t do this . I honestly think I got a bad batch of hair it’s very disappointing being that I spent my hard earned money on this for such Bad Quality hair . The fact that I sent the proof in a email and of course no response is also bad customer service . I honestly would not Recommend this hair at ALL !!!

I placed an order for 6 of the little pink pills and I never received them. It’s been about 2 and half months and I’ve reached out multiple times and nobody will contact me back. Super disappointed.

I purchased 7A 3 bundles and a closure. My hair lasted about 2 weeks and after that it was completely knotted. This hair sheds entirely too much. After I washed it, it never went back to its original state. I paid $300+ for absolutely nothing. Completely waste of my time and money. DO NOT purchase from here AT ALL!!!!!

Still hasn’t delivered my hair.

I bought a 20, 22, 22 in body wave and I was about to get a closure but something told me not to because he was charging $125 for a 18 inch closure and I knew I could find a decent one at the hair store for a cheaper price. After all the hype of him saying how good the quality of the hair was, it definitely wasn’t worth it. The hair sheds extremely too much and even the closure I got from the hair store barely sheds and still looks like it did when I got it installed. The texture of the hair doesn’t even feel the same as when I first got it installed and I can even tell the difference from the quality of the closure compared to the bundles. Probably one of my worst purchases and I’ve even bought bundles from aliexpress with better quality. Will not be getting bundles from her again!!!! Will definitely continue buying from either dorben or jada!

I’ve been shopping with the weave zone since It opened. I will NEVER shop at any other place because they have everything I need.☺️ Great quality hair, great Bearable prices, and excellent service. I also love the way that you get to have an extra 2-4 inches added in to your bundles. Come on now!! Who does that! The weave zone!🤩🙌🏼I’ve been a loyal customer and will eternally remain one.❤️🤞🏼

All in all the hair was nice a little more shedding then I expected its curled very nicely but the curls did not hold longer than an hour but could have possibly been the grade of hair I purchase

Quality hair at great prices! Im always pleased with my purchases, from the 5A on up. The body wave bounces back after several installs and straightens well with minimal shedding. Highly recommended!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the weave spot!! I purchased my first set of bundles from them in December of 2017 and I can wash the hair and it still bounces back like new! The only thing after a year I would replace is my closure. Purchased my second set of bundles from them in December of 2018 and I’m loving every bit of it. Good quality and affordable prices! Customer service is always A1, they will open the hair and let you feel it before you purchase.

First impression of the shop was great! The gentleman that took care of me was polite and respectful... I didnt really know what i wanted and he didnt rush me, I appreciated him for that. Nashville Location hair is only for temporary usage at reasonable price. I told owner i would do a honest review. Well here it is. I wont buy hair again from here i waiited to do a review to see the longevity of the hair. It sheds entirely to much,does not hold a curl, split ends every where. Does not hold moisture.Save youre money ladies and invest in quality.

Overcharged TWICE by the man at the counter, paid over $200 for hair that was supposed to be around $150 on TWO separate occasions and the hair quality was awful! The hair sheds without even clipping or cutting (during the installation) and the wefts are big with barely any hair on them! Do not recommend this shop!!!

I pull up at 10:22 Monday June 3rd and there was a written sign on the front door stating I will be back in 15 minutes gone to get change with the phone number to call.....by 11:39 the guy was not back yet WOW I am now leaving to take my money elsewhere. I was wanting to purchase a closure and frontal plus three bundles. A surprise for my sisters birthday. What was the phone number written for, for you to call & let him know youre waiting and at that moment they would return back to the store. VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS......turned off from coming here.

Lacks in customer service. Store location does not open on time. Very inconvenient to customers. Hair has split ends through whole entire length of hair. You definitely get what you pay for. Not for long term use.
