Knowlegeable with many years of experience. Polite, cordial, peaceful, and clean. Many shops Ive been in would hound you into buying something or be rude. One of the owners was über patient with me especially since Im a green horn (beginner) with jewelry making. Go here for these things and if you like a variety of teas, stones, honey sticks, and most of all everything jewelry making.
