I love both Jennifer and Rylee at Kenny and Company! They are both SO kind, helpful, creative and knowledgeable - and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The showroom is gorgeous and they have a great range of product offerings to see in person, and even more that they can special order. Would definitely recommend them for any tile or plumbing needs!!!

I am very disappointed with the managerial service at Kenny and Company.I had to order over $300 worth of parts for my sink that would ultimately not work so I had to turn themIn for different parts that would cost me another $300 plus dollars and they refused to credit me for the original unused parts!!Horrible service other than Steve Limberg who was consistent in responding to me in a timely manner.I own my own business so I know how this all works. I believe in doing whatever it takes to satisfy the customer.This is completely unacceptable in my book and I had to wait 4.5 months to even receive the sink! They should have been bending over backwards for me!

A designer had recommended we use Kenny & Company for any bathroom needs for our larger remodel project. Even though the bathroom elements of our project were small, we found our sales rep Rylee very helpful and engaging. We will definitely be back when we have any needs in the future.

My husbands friend who is a large client of this company told me to stop by, pick out a tub, get a model number and he would get it for me. So today, I decided to drive over an hour to visit this showroom. Upon walking into the showroom, the receptionists did not even acknowledge me. I waited and waited for someone to help me. I then went to the receptionist to see if I could get a price and a model number I found on a tub I wanted, I asked for a brochure. She was gone for several minutes so I started walking around again to see if I could get someone to help me. A tall lady with dark hair and black rimmed glasses came over to try and help me. I said to her I would like a price and info on a tub. She said well normally we have people make appointments. I told her a friend of my husbands told me to just drop by and she again said they normally operate on appointments. She had no clue about the tub, she went and got some kind of book and proceeded to give me prices being very negative saying that maybe 25-30% off, she didn’t know, maybe months to get the tub, she didn’t know. She made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed that I had driven over an hour to get there. She was being very rude and negative so I made the decision that this company would not get my business. As I was walking out she asked if I wanted the brochure, and I said, “no thank you, what I wanted was some customer service,” for which this company is greatly lacking. Keep in mind they have listed all over their doors their showroom hours and nowhere does it say by appointment only. So disappointed in this business as they had a couple of products I really wanted.

The showroom was great! Service was friendly.

Went with my husband, picked out all fixtures for our new home build with a sales associate, and then went home and waited for the quote. Received the quote a few days later and called to order. Left many messages via email and phone for over a month. Never heard back. Even when I spoke with receptionist who promised sales associate would reach out. Finally gave up. Spent my money elsewhere. Will never return.

Great customer service and an awesome showroom with amazing selections.

I will never use this company again.
