Excellent! We didnt have an appointment just wanted to walk around and see the fixtures we liked online in person and someone came over right as we settled on a bathroom fixture. She was helpful and had us checked out so fast it was an excellent experience. Highly suggest a shopping stop here.

So disappointed with our experience from Ferguson. Among other issues that have slowly been problematic with false promises about install, parts showing up broken, etc. We run our dishwasher for the first time and it’s leaking. Now sure this happens. But I’m a week out now and have nothing even scheduled! Barb Youngdahle has been less than helpful and just wants to pawn me off on the manufacture. Sorry I thought I was buying from Ferguson because they honored their stuff. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very disappointed with Ferguson’s lack of professionalism and service. I ordered a tub from them and they sent a broken tub. It’s okay it happens. Then I a 2nd tub and they said the wrong size. Goodness. Then I ordered the 3rd tub and they dropped it in my home jammed between my kitchen and island likely causing damage. There was plenty of space in the home to set it safely somewhere else. This is highly unprofessional and very disappointing.

No business is perfect, yet based on our recent experience with Ferguson we felt it was important to document so that consumers looking at on-line reviews can make an educated decision on their bath and lighting decisions and management at Ferguson can gain knowledge of their operation.Positives: Quality Product Options. Staff is friendly. Management will reply timely to your concerns. Negatives: Not all their showroom staff are educated properly on what they are selling to you. Whether your a 20 year employee or someone just helping out on the weekends due to volume, does not mean they are customer focused and will help you from the initial showroom experience to the delivery to your home. Our order of bathroom purchases was initially delayed, then delivery dates as promised did not occur. In the end, our main item was damaged in shipping and we had to seek other outside vendors for help. This cost us substantial monies due to our contractor being delayed to complete our bathroom remodel. Ferguson offered us $ 200 for our lost time, stress and subsequent calls to District and Showroom Management. Things happen, mistakes in any business occur but there seems to be a major disconnect between the Showroom staff and the Warehouse Staff as to your order and communication. Im hoping management will look into our customer experience, and future customers will have an easier transition from start to finish.

My experience with Ferguson was unfortunately not very good. The worst part was that my Microwave was never actually installed. It was placed in the cabinet with a mount. They also had to replace the refrigerator. It was damaged, either during installation or may not have been new. It took 3 months, but they eventually did replace it after I continued to complain. The installer also damaged my cabinet and didnt properly level the dishwasher. This was in 2015, so hopefully they have improved, but my experience was 3 improperly installed appliances out of 4.The photo is the microwave mount after it fell out of the cabinet undermount. Fortunately, there were no one was hurt.

The sales lady who helped me really didnt seem interested, and when she printed off spec sheets for me, she ran off a sheet for a toilet model that I had told her had bad ratings. So, she clearly wasnt listening to me. When I selected a toilet, I left a message on her phone saying that I wanted to purchase the toilet, and I never heard back. So, I went to another bath and lighting gallery in town and had a great experience.

After doing a whole house renovation with Ferguson’s for plumbing and appliances we continue to be disappointed. 2 of our faucets have had to be swapped due to defective parts and the worst part has been Tommy. Terrible communication on we are still waiting on an oven piece that wasn’t put on at install. A week after looping him in we still have not heard from the scheduled to install. You would think they would come out and install it that day when it’s something they just flat out missed.The picture is the missing piece and as you can see it’s not quite a “finished” product.Tread carefully with the appliance division!

I visited today and was refused service since I didnt have a mask on because of my health conditions. It wasnt a minute before that I observed a male employee walking around not wearing a mask and helping a ccustomer. What was his excuse. I went down the road about a mile to PDI and was treated with respect. They will get my business.

One of their truck drivers almost ran me down in the road. Had two open lanes, buzzed me, then slowed down to give me a dirty look for being alive. 🙄 Takes a tough man to run down a cyclist with a furniture truck

If you have a problem with an order, pray you can get someone on the phone who can help you. They dont track previous orders, so if you buy something, dont expect them to have it on your account. Theyre also horrible at communicating the status of your order...and forget trying to get someone to call you back. I had a simple order that hadnt shown up when expected. I had to call 5 times before I finally got to someone who told me it was on back order. Its a shame too because they have a good showroom and store.

Today my family was discriminated against by staff members based on age. After 15 minutes of being in the showroom, an employee approached us to say we had to leave because of our daughters age. Our daughter is 2 years old. The employee said corporate policy stated children were not allowed in the showroom. I have filed a complaint with the Better Businesse Bureau regarding this discriminatory policy.

My wife and I went to Fergusons during the recent remodel of our kitchen. We were ready to buy all new high-end appliances, but could not get assistance in the showroom. After over 40 minutes of waiting, approaching salespeople who were assisting others, asking the receptionist for help, we went elsewhere (A1 - where we were helped immediately and had our order completed in an hour). Two stars for a friendly receptionist and a nice showroom.

Since my experience with the Hendersonville location was atrocious, I decided to give this one a shot. Spoke with David and sent him pics of the part I need. He said he couldnt find the exact part in stock, only one that looked somewhat similar. I explained that Rhen at the Hendersonville location was able to find the exact part I need in the catalog and was going to order the part, and to that David said there were just too many parts in the catalog that he didnt have in stock, that it would be nearly impossible to find. I guess no one at this company wants to help me get what I need. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AVOID FERGUSON PLUMBING

Ooo this terrible 1 star rating is well deserved! I have had a horrible experience with this place. When you go to a specialty store looking for a specific product, you trust the sales team to A. Educate you and B. Help you purchase exactly what you want. While this place may have great products, the sales people I worked with did not give the experience I was expecting. I spent a significant amount of time explaining what I wanted and why I didn’t want the other product and was sold exactly what I did not want. Even after confirming it was the correct product before exiting the building! I was not only sold the wrong product but also when it was opened it was damaged (yes replaced) but they had nothing to say except argue with me about why it was incorrect. I am appalled that this company gets away with this! It is almost like they just want to sell the product and dont actually care about the consumer. I would NEVER recommend spending money here! The reviews on yelp should not be overlooked as I did in hopes to give them the benefit of the doubt! Bad choice on my part.

I needed to make a large order for multiple washer and dryers from LG.I called so many times, trying to get answers and was finally directed to the company Ferguson. They have multiple locations and the intial one they sent me too ( closest to the customers area) really dropped the ball for me. As of today, 4 days later, I am still waiting on a call from the Atlanta Offices Manager.I finally gave up and searched for MY closest location, which was Nashville Ferguson on Powell.Tommy W., fully changed my mind on this company.He had my entire quote to me, correct, and checked stock, and alternative options, Within 24 hours.That is the kind of service i expected and needed, for the huge project we were doing.Thank you so much to Tommy and Nashville Ferguson for getting this done for me!

I have been shopping for my new house and the sale person Ms. Madalyn has been the most educated sales person and very on top of her work. I have been so happy with everything she has done. i have custom order some items, have not come in yet. I have aways had a good experience with all of the sales person at ferguson.

I had a very positive experience with Ferguson. I took in drawings of the porch and outside spaces where we needed lighting and sought their help. Within 30 min, Eden listened to my description of what I was seeking and identified fixtures that were within my budget. The items arrived within 1-2 weeks. While I did not do direct comparisons with prices on the web, the items I purchased were better priced than similar items I had found online. Plus, I could see representative examples in the showroom before purchasing.

I have been waiting for over 1 week (for a return call and/or response from a showroom rep to an email/call I placed regarding my interest in purchasing a range). I was interested in making an appointment to get into this place. I was informed not to even bother taking a ride because it wouldnt guarantee me entry to the showroom to see the range products. I have been in contact with both the Knoxville (which is a little closer to where I live in Byrdstown) and the Nashville Showroom. I currently am using a glass top range which is very inefficient when one is used to higher echelon products like what I had in my previous home (Viking). SMH! Decided to shop on line instead........

Dont bother...Spent about 10 minutes browsing their showroom. As the previous reviewer noted, not one person bothered to acknowledge I was there or ask if I needed any assistance... was ready to spend a good deal of money remodeling two bathrooms... they apparently dont need new customers... Sad..

Great experiences, I made appointments for each area of my house because its a new build and I was in town for a limited time since I currently live out of state. I met with a rep for lighting, bath, kitchen, and laundry room over 3 trips there and got great service, zero snobbiness. Each rep knew a lot about their products and 95% of the time the price was cheaper then online or elsewhere. The 5% that wasnt they price matched. All in all a great experience and laughs with the sales team. I would highly recommend if your doing a new house or remodel because they have a large selection of everything needed.

Could not get anyone to help us in showroom on a Saturday. Staff didn’t care or seem bothered that I was standing there waiting. They just told me it was busy. I was ready to purchase new door hardware, but no one was knowledgeable to help. Guess I’ll buy online.

Fergusons has a great selection of bathroom/kitchen remodel fixtures and other items. Just walking around their showroom will give you many ideas. Their prices are high, but their inventory is quality. Id recommend them out if youre doing any sort of remodel or renovation.

We have been working with Tommy Williams. His specialty is appliances. He is very knowledgeable, points out the strengths and weakness of each appliance, the liklihood of breakdowns for particular units as well as any upcoming sales. Everything we expect, and perhaps havent seen at other vendors.....

Sales people are snobby. They probably are not even educated but act like they are high class socialites. If you order a product and decide you dont like it or it doesnt work in your home they charge you a restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and shop online get better prices and save yourself from being treated poorly.

As much as I loved the showroom when walking in the store and had a friendly greeting it went down hill from there. Waited 15 min for a salesperson for kitchen sinks after numerous pages and the receptionist having to physically find someone. We were given wrong information and when I questioned item number it was blown off. We asked for top mount sink and spec sheet given was for under mount type.. noticed when arrived home. I had brought in printout from Blanco website with what I wanted after doing extensive research. Hence the difference in item numbers. Then after going to another retailer asking about strainer basket and disposal flange, find out that the only Blanco parts these will work with are Insinkerator. We have Kenmore and would have bought them and wouldnt have worked. If I had to trust Kimberly as a salesperson everything would have came in wrong. Needless to say I wont be purchasing from Ferguson and instead Winnelson in Hendersonville where I received knowledgeable friendly service and wasnt treated as a burden.
