I hired 180 Degree floors to swap out carpet for engineered hardwoods in a house I recently purchased. I am extremely busy at the moment running a small business, openings a second, and just purchased my first home. I worked directly with the owner of 180 Degree Floors and he was responsive, professional, and understood the need to execute the job quickly given my busy schedule. On day of install, I had neglected to purchase something necessary to complete the job (as I originally agreed upon with the team), and the team waisted no time running to Lowes and getting the necessary items to proceed with install. They were quick and finished my three rooms in just a few hours! The floors look GREAT and the Price for the job was extremely reasonable. I had gotten multiple quotes for this job and 180 Degrees not only provided the lowest quote, but I felt I got the best service. I am very happy with their execution and would recommend them to anyone.

After visiting a number of flooring showrooms, I had all but given up on finding what I was looking for to replace my dated ceramic tile, when I saw 180 Degree Floors recommended in a Facebook forum. When I went to the shop, Ronell Moore listened as I described what I was looking for, and when I didnt find it in the showroom, he searched out some tile in the warehouse that he thought I would like, which turned out to be just the right thing. Ronell went out of his way to help me, was patient with my questions, and even made a special trip into the shop on a holiday to meet with me. He was refreshingly candid, fair, and responsive in our dealings. I would recommend Ronell and 180 Degree Floors without reservation and I will use them for any future flooring needs.

180 Degree Floors replaced our entire downstairs carpet and sheet vinyl with luxury vinyl planks. Price was competitive and Ronell was very helpful in quoting our space. We had planned on a darker wood look, but he pointed out that a lighter shade would make our space look bigger and make pet pair less noticeable. Sure enough, many samples later we ended up going with the one he had first recommended. It turned out great and his team was able to knock out our 900+ square foot project in a single day. Ill definitely be calling Ronell again if I ever need flooring done in the future.

There could not be a better name for this company! They are ALL AROUND exceptional. After buying my home, I knew the first change that must be made was flooring! With the goal of having flooring completed before move in date, I found myself extremely frustrated with a lot of flooring techs in the area. No one was able to quote a time in which the project would be finished nor the final price that they would charge. Then comes 180 DEGREES to the rescue!!! With less than a days notice, 180 DEGREES arrived at my home, ready to work! It literally took less than 2 1/2 hours to convert my bedrooms from dusty brown carpeted floor hell to seamless vinyl plank floor heaven. Everything is immaculate! We are just now finding out at 7pm or were being told that carpet we ordered 2 weeks ago was sent to another city. Were supposed to have floors done tomorrow morning. Had a floor install in April and it was great. In October I contacted them to inform that my floor need a quick repair. I was bounced between the company’s contact number and a worker for a few days and now no one has contacted me or responded.

180 Degree Floors installed LVP in two rooms and refinished hardwoods throughout the house. The sales person quickly got me a quote, sent samples, and scheduled to perform the work within days. The crew was professional and they completed the work quickly. Quality of the work and customer service were excellent. I will use them again.

I love my flooring. They installed 900 sq ft of flooring. The floor is flawless. It took a full day and an extra 4hrs on the second day to complete. I had carpet and flooring they had to pull up. This company is amazing to work with. Definitely recommend them.

Just finished laying down 500 square foot of some flooring. The installation started off rough but ended up going smooth once I got in the groove of it. The buying process was simple. They explained everything I needed to know about the floor I bought from cleaning to installing. Then we loaded it up and I left. Im buying another few hundred square foot again next week!

This is the second time Ive used this company and the floors look great, but this is one unprofessional company! Make sure you get it in writing what youre paying for or youll end up being surprised by the price at the end. He uses barely English speaking workers and if they make a mistake, youll be expected to pay for it. Not to mention, youll be expected to follow them around to ensure they dont make a mistake. They were supposed to arrive at one time to finish, but instead another job got pushed in front of ours and we sat at home half the day waiting. Also while waiting for the crew to arrive to finish our job, another van was sent to drop off material for another job. This was one messed up experience!!! Shop around. Theres a lot of options on FB marketplace. Wish I had went elsewhere!!!

Ronell, Brian, Carlos and Edgar all made the process of replacing my floor in my home as easy as possible after a water heater rupture. Being the first time that I have ever done a major renovation to my home, I did not know what to expect.I found Ronell to be very responsive to my questions and concerns during the installation process. He is easy to work with, and he was flexible enough to allow me to live in my home throughout the entire installation. He also coordinated the moving of my furniture out of my home, selected and hired the moving company, and leased the temporary storage location.Carlos and Edgar were the main installers for the installation of about 1,300 square feet of porcelain tile. They worked hard on the removal of the the old flooring and the installation of the new. They always had a good attitude! Even when then sometimes had to work after 6pm. They even helped move my furniture out of my home!I am very happy with the porcelain tile that I selected from Shaw Flooring, and the use of the Schluter flooring system. I chose premium flooring, and I believe that I got a premium result in my new floor. I have already received compliments on the new floor in my home.If I could do things over again, I would still select Ronell and his team for my flooring installation, but I would be a more insistent on what I wanted during the installation. There were some mistakes made during the installation process that were quickly rectified once I pointed them out. However, part of me wonders why there should have been mistakes made in the first place, but I think that is mostly due to miscommunication.Overall, I am happy with my new flooring, and I would recommend to others that they use 180 Floors for their flooring needs as well.

Ronell made a stressful situation very easy. He never pushed me to purchase anything and answered any questions I had. He is friendly and professional and I feel confident in the product I decided on.

Had LVT plank floors installed April of 2020. Within a year, I have planks curling up on the edges, planks that have air gaps underneath where they are being pushed up, and several broken planks. I have been trying to get a hold of him for a few months. I have gotten no where. I am at the point that I have had to hire another company to come redo my entire kitchen.

When we went in to pick out our floor color, we knew that we wanted dark flooring. We had our mind made up but as we were gathering samples to take home Ronell gave us a light colored flooring. We both were like, “Naw we are good.” Little did we know we would end up with that flooring. Ronell took the time to explain the different types of flooring that would best fit our home since we have dogs. This company is honest and worth the money invested in our home. We will definitely be back for our future flooring needs!
