Quick and mostly easy process. I don’t exactly want to be sold things but I feel like nothing was explained to me at all so I just bought some oil. At least made it easy for me to get an oil change. Great work no complaints

I got my oil changed here today and they got me in and out I didn’t have to wait a long time or anything. Timothy is the name of the guy who help me and he did amazing he did some extra things for my car to make sure everything was good. Definitely will be coming back

My truck was a problem child that could not be fixed completely at another EOC location. In spite of multiple fixes, the brake light and ABS lights remained on. Boy did they send me to the right guy. I believe his name was Rigo. He was one of the sharpest automotive techs Ive ever met. He isolated the problem, took me for a test drive showing me on diagnostics where it was going haywire, then recalibrated the software side of things. Drove 30 miles home, no warning lights. Rigo and the crew here are AWESOME!!

Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and with genuine care. It’s nice to have a pace like this where I know I can come and get my car serviced with out all the extra push of unnecessary services.

In a long overdue complaint, Buyer beware. Do not use them to perform car repairs. They perform unnecessary repairs, the repairs are not done properly, the support is abusive and the professionalism and respect is a joke. I am sending a letter to the CEO and I am consulting with an attorney. I have an unsafe car because of their incompetence and unprofessionalism.My transmission was making noises and the transmission service light was on. I asked them to look at it. They said it was the serpentine belt. The next day on a business trip to Memphis, TN the transmission goes out. I take it back to them and oh we can fix your transmission. Months later, my serpentine belt has had to be repaired and adjusted multiple times. The belt even broke in their parking lot on a transmission follow up complaint visit. Currently, The transmission sounds like a jet engine and the serpentine belt is making noises again on startup.One of the service technicians even had the nerve to tell me turn up the radio to drown out the transmission noise. The service manager even said I should understand that this is a rebuilt transmission. Really, since when is a transmission supposed to sound like a jet engine and not shift gears properly. The serpentine belt should have never been changed.I will be suing them. None of the employees at this company would accept car repairs like this but they think it is okay to perform incompetent car repairs .I have wasted money on rental cars and uber on the multiple attempts I left the car with them to repair my car properly. Also, we havent even discussed the brake issue either.

Seems like a solid maintenance place! I worked with Danny, he was very prompt and professional; only issue was he put washer fluid into my car even when I told him there was a leak and it wouldnt hold. Service was a bit more expensive than Id experienced at Jiffy Lube/Valvoline stations back in NC, but maybe its low for TN. Just over $40 quoted. Overall a good place!

I appreciate the brake service Robbie, the Service Manager at this location, performed recently on all four of the brakes of our Lexus RX350. I believe that Robbie had my best interests at heart with this brake work we needed done on the car. They did the work in a timely fashion allowing me to leave my car with them and pick it up at the end of their workday.This particular location has provided service the past several years on our last 3-4 cars and I have always found them to be reliable, knowledgeable and considerate of me and our cars. Fixed my car right, took a bit to get all the bugs out, but my Solara runs great now.

Took my truck in for new brakes and rotors. After leaving, my wheel kept shaking. The balance was off so I called and spoke to Daniel, the SM, who quickly handled the situation. Due to other obligations, I had to wait a few weeks to return but Daniel still took care of me and my truck. Definitely recommend! So I dropped my car off and before I could finish getting some food they were already done.. my total was cheaper than my original quote and I asked for more service . Quick and easy process

This place is great. John and Dalton helped me out and I’ve never felt so cared for or respected at any auto business. I asked them to check my belt on my engine since I had passed 100k miles, I asked them to scope out the air filter, and take a good look at my tires. I got honest feedback and no attempts at up-selling . They even asked how long of a travel I had ahead to make sure I’d be cared for on the journey. When my belt needs changing I’ll be back to let them do the job. They even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. True gentlemen, true professionals. They treated this ole girl like a boss. I’ll be back. Every time.

The customer service provided today was amazing! Not only did I get an oil change, but they changed my engine air filter, oiled my door hinges (including the hatch back) and checked all of my cars vitals! They didnt even try to sell me anything that I didnt need (unlike those con artists at at Midas). I will DEFINITELY be back and tell everyone that this is the place to go for fast, efficient and upstanding work! Great job guys!!

These guys always take the best care of me. Whether it’s just an oil change or having to have my entire power steering system replaced. I recommend them to anyone. I drive an hour in from Hickman county to have these guys work on my car. Rodrick is always making sure everything is done right and always professional and nice.

I have been coming to this place for 3 yrs for oil changes, etc... Everyone has been super except I went in a few weeks ago to get a balance and rotate and the guy, I think he was a manager, told me that I needed an alignment, that it would take care of the shaking. Well it only made it worse.and then he kept telling me that I needed to get new tires, which I don’t! Very disappointed.

This is my son’s Google account but I felt I had to share that my experience with Express Oil was honestly surprising. I drive an older, lifted, Ford F-250 with 35” tires and around 250,000 hard driven miles. I’m a woman and a gardener and use my truck for work so when my master cylinder went and I blew all of my rusted out brake lines...if it was too expensive it literally could’ve put me out of business. I didn’t know where to go or who to trust as I’m fairly new to Nashville, but the truck had no brakes and that place was closest, so I parked it there and prayed for the best. The next day I found out that I was definitely at the RIGHT place and dealing with an amazing employee who actually cared. Daniel is THE BEST!! He was so nice when he called me, told me exactly what my truck needed, and was able to find a way to get it fixed quickly at a price I could afford. I highly recommend this place for ANY repair. They’re not just for oil changes...they’re highly qualified mechanics and incredibly nice guys who don’t make you feel intimidated or talk down to you. Take your vehicle there.
