Im more likely to visit NAPA for the majority of my automotive needs than the other choices locally. I prefer to use the expertise and knowledge of the staff, especially when dealing with parts that have several variations/variables for the vehicle Im working on. I almost never have to question, let alone, return with a part because of being sold a wrong part. They remain to be a source for the professionals.

Friendly staff, didnt try to sell me a battery that I didnt need. Ran a complete test on my existing battery and offered reasonable solution.

Great service. I had to take care my battery, but there was a tiny issue which was keeping me from using my warranty. I got a call from Tyrone Jefferson who took care of EVERYTHING and contacted the managers at this location. Everything went smoothly. All were respectful.

I came in this morning and tried to wait patiently but I was ignored. There was only 1 customer and myself there. Maybe it was because I was a female idk. Auto Zone will stay my to go place. I see why they dont get much business. Work on your customer service!!!
