Our first day, the people were kind and courteous. The next day, we were told we were hiding things on the bottom; mind you, the wheel barrow was full, so SOMETHING had to be on the bottom, but no intentional effort was made to pull one over. Customer rewards are being phased out, and we spent 1200.00 in two days, so there is no incentive to spend money and no rewards or courtesy for spending lots. The fella we had on the second day was rude and assuming the worst. He dropped several of our parts and was not professional...at all. I know employees are tough to find, but this interaction will keep me from making a return trip. Nice selection, clean yard. You have to have a general idea what year and make you took parts off, so best to pay attention. We have been to many LKQs, and while many of them are not overachievers in service, one would think employees would not scare aware customers with rudeness and accusations. We almost walked away, but traveled quite a ways, so we sucked it up. Not impressed by LKQ.
My number one go to junkyard . If you have newer car Id recommend signing up with your email and put down your car make model and year so you get notified everytime they get one in . Ive had great luck with that and got all my parts for my car
Great prices, fair return policies and warranties, most staff have a good attitude, theres a decent restroom for customers. Theres still plenty of room for improvement for this business but Its one of the best parts resources anywhere.
I got charge for a warranty on a Fender. What do I need with a warranty on a fender. Make sure you let them know you dont want a warranty. Check out clerk didnt ask if I wanted a warranty he just added it on his own. Still a great place to go for auto parts. I bought the convertible top for my convertible from them.
My experience was very good easy to understand and g÷t around.
Can someone teach me how to-do list than one stars because thats what they deserve Hey rip me off face-to-face on the front counter when I was trying to pay for my part. He charged me extra parts . Not exist. Whats the money wasting time bed very badd management. For sure Im gonna come back to that location anymore
Lkq is not a good place for parts. Most cars get destroyed before they even make it to the lot, with little to no parts left to salvage. They are also charging new part prices for used parts. Dont recommend going there. Very rude management. Only good thing is yard workers and front counter people are friendly.
Nice place, well organized, nice people at counter, even they charged me for a ragged out floor mat I used to keep from cutting my knees up under hood.
Be careful and know what you have before you go to pay because they will try to charge you extra. Also watch for the warranty wasnt even asked if we wanted it they just put it on.
Always a good deal on used parts,,cant beat their prices
Great place to get parts and great prices
Best salvage yard I’ve ever been to hands down. The yard is clean, lots of good parts and great selection. The customer service is even better. Huge thank you to Lakisha for taking great care of us. Will definitely be coming back.
Very clean yard, and a bunch of newer model vehicles. Only down side is part pricing is crazy expensive now. 2 stock door speakers and a stock radio with no satnav cost me what new on eBay would. Better off buying parts online than here.
Great place to save money on parts,if you are a diy person.
Balding Man running the place needs some interpersonal skill development.
Got what I needed !! Will be back soon.. I lost my phone in the yard and they loaned me a phone to help find it witch I did .It was vary well appreciated thank you Earl Sirak
Expensive. Prices went up at the end of last month. Youre better off purchasing from eBay or finding a local yard on car-part.com. Some of the stuff is cheaper brand new from Rock Auto. I certainly dont go near as much as I used to, and rarely buy now.The only reason to go is to pay $2 to investigate the repair youre about to do on something and take their car apart so you dont mess anything up on yours. Just get on ebay or call a different yard. They dont have any exotic or vintage stuff, just a bunch of overpriced late model parts. Reconsider visiting this yard.
I like going to LQK Im just about everything I need and everybody I guess cool
I always find what I need also great location
Used to be a lot more organized and clean. They have recently been ruining a ton of parts trying to get catalytic converters off, so bummed about that.
EXPENSIVE FOR A U PICK IT YOURSELF JUNKYARD!!!!!!They have lots of good parts vehicles and it is a nice junkyard but make sure u check new prices bfore u go .bcause they add fees to your purchase and core charges and warranty fees we bought a turn signal switch for a 2006 dodge ram and it cost almost as much as we could have bought a new one for !!!!!! New they were $56.00 and they charged $ 55.00 after all there enviromental fees and other fees !!!!!!!
LQK is the premiere site for quality parts at very fair pricing...well laid out, maintained and organized...excellent staff with excellent customer service...very pleasant experience.
Very friendly and informative easy directions
All the BMW cars are damaged from them RIPPING the powertrain up to remove the cats. Most front end parts damaged and useless from this act. On a positive note, well organized lot.
You pull your part yourself they cant go in the yard to see if they got the part you do it yourself they are very well priced theyre helpful its $2 each person to enter yard. They provide wheelbarrows if ones available. First come first serve nothing held. They cars are lined in a row. Theyll check and see if they have vehicle and you get a ticket printed out of the letter and row and then the car number in the row. Example ours was R4 8 (8th car in the row). Love the place they have alot in stop. They had 4 cars of what we were looking for. Had to walk a bit but it was worth it. Very well organized. Good people.
Was good so far. They are very helpful. They have everything I need and will go back soon
Don’t know where all these good reviews are from but they’re horrible. Offered me $35 for an 09 Infiniti. Every other place I’ve called else offered $500+. What a joke
Exceptionally friendly, helpful people!!
Price dont match up with the call center prices. hummm!
My favorite pull it yourself junkyard in Nashville! Its clean, they have a lot of inventory, and a good website with pictures of the vehicle so you know if it was totaled or not.
Employees are extremely nice & helpful.Clean yard with a great inventory.
Great customer service! Found exactly what I needed!
As far as looking for parts I always come to this location second Pull-A-Part is my number 1 location. But when it comes to selling the car I always come here first Ive sold two vehicles to this location. The only thing I hate about this location is they dont have enough gravel down in there junkyard like Pull-A-Part does so you get very muddy especially if its been raining.
Great service, truck parking right next door to Loves truck stop
This was my first visit here for a part and I was very pleased. I had to look in a few vehicles before I found what I needed, but I found exactly what I was looking for and at a far better price than buying new. When you are replacing parts on 2006 vehicle, this makes the most sense. Highly recommended.
Always updates inventory and always has more than 1 pictures of vehicles
Love the staff but someone is destroying cars on this lot and not showing what the cars really look like when they put them out. This can be very disappointing.
Like any junk yard, you have to be there at the right place and right time. I searched there inventory online and found a perfect match on a rear end for my Z71 4x4. The price was $300.00 cheaper than everyone else. I recommend not giving up on these guys! Friendly staff, and willing to help! Two thumbs up! Ill definalty be back when looking for a great deal.
Staff is very rude and confrontational and acts like they going to hit you
Decent PYP yard. Staff is mostly friendly. Be prepared to explain weird parts, especially aftermarket parts. The regulars get here early, so if there is a car you want parts from, get here early. Nice big parking lot. People tend to race thru it for some reason.
Can go to website to veiw inventory. Good customer service, clean laboratory,. Personally I think prices could be better, & a program that offers rewards, discounts, & customer appreciation. All & all if your needing parts its a good yard to pull from.
Unfortunately they didn’t have the part I needed, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. By far the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at a salvage yard.
Website accurate... easy access and customer service friendly. I like in clarksville TN about a 1/2 mile from pick a part and they scam you like crazy and they will tell you they have something and they dont. They are very shady. Seems like everytime I have gone we have called ahead to confirm vehicle only to pay non refundable admission for the vehicle to not even be on the lot. Again this is the Clarksville location. I literally drive 48 minutes to LKQ to get the parts I need.
Good service as usual. This time I didnt find the parts that I was looking for. The vehicles had already been picked over. I usually find the parts that I need and the savings is worth the effort to pull the parts yourself.
Pretty cleaned up, loader driver is still smashing vehicles when moving them.
Beware they charge double what the people on the phone tell you
Its the most expensive junkyard ever dont go there.
You will get hurt TRYING to walk through this dump. Bring your own cart if you have a lot of tools to carry
Anything newer than a 09 is scraped the day it arrives. Unless your looking for really obscure parts or have an older vehicle, save your time. Been here multiple times trusting the website was close to accurate. This will be my last.
Great place to go get parts at
Great friendly service. Also quick
I came and got exactly what I was looking for. With great help from the staff. Lakisha was awesome. I really appreciate her smile and willingness to help. I look forward to coming back. Thanks lkq.
Love this place. Its a little dirty but jas a great selection of vehicles
Good i find what i need
Very good prices. Better selection
I recently went to this location to get a truck bed. The online picture looked great, exactly what I needed. When I got there the truck looked like it had been rammed with a forklift repeatedly and the bed was un-useable. I took a day off work, drive about 100 miles, borrowed a trailer and wasted a friend’s whole day to get this done. Lkq does not update pictures. This is a common thing also because several vehicles were damaged in a similar fashion. We later learned from the manager that lkq corporate decided that all catalytic converters must be removed at all costs, including flipping vehicles with lifts. This company cares zero about customer satisfaction and selling a quality product.
I got two new tires for my Honda Pilot for $61 instead of $200 at a tire shop!
Horrible, didnt have anything I needed. And what i was getting the price was way higher than the web said
Great place to find parts.
Went to get interior from vehicle just put on lot the very morning. It was stripped clean.Odd because they had just opened. Dont trust their pictures
Very fairly priced and they had some hard to find parts!
RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED.I went io the lot with an extensive list of parts for three different autos. In each case I checked the internet against their part. SURPRISE. Good thing I did, I found every part online new with shipping included for less than Pick-A-Part.Also the parts cars printout was wrong. I had to return to the counter and get a correct auto list. I had a difficult time getting a straight, or correct answer from them..
I was given a list of vehicles and their locations however the layout in the yard makes no sense unless it is explained which it wasnt. A couple signs could save a lot of people a lot of unnecessary walking.
Very expensive. I pulled 2 front spindles and they picked every piece of them apart instead of selling them complete like pull a part. Price was over $200 for 2 old spindles. At pull a part the exact same parts were $74 plus tax. I do not recommend getting ripped off. Also called a local salvage yard and they were $75 each for them to pull the parts.
Pay no attention to their online price guide. The newer folks at the front desk appear to charge whatever they want and are extremely rude, dare I say she was mouthy. Worst part is you spend your time in the yard pulling a part just to find out its double the listing price online Used to be my go to yard. Not anymore.
Mixed feelings
Website out of date.
Expensive parts but good inventory of cars, rude front desk employees.
Probably the best LKQ I’ve been to it’s organized and the staff makes you Feel like family will be back
Yard is unsafe and used tire guys have mixed up wheels all over yard, so you cannot find matches. Yard needs to be cleaned up! Most engines and transmissions have been removed before vehicle comes on the yard. Good Luck!
Clean, staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Part needs are always met and a great price.
I dont know about Nashville. In Memphis LKQ hire the most racially motivated manager they could find. A very rude person runs the location in Memphis. He loves to give people half of the quote that LKQ gives on the phone.
Nice people. Everything was organized and easy to find.
Good set up, unfortunately I was looking common parts that were already taken
Large selection of car makes and brands. Good prices on car parts. Only thing missing is a gravel landscaping, bring boots when it has rained. On a last note be careful where you step when you walk between the isles with many parts scattered around. On a positive note it will have you take a second to look around on what all they have for parts scattered around in or around the car.
I always visit this yard as I run a car dealer, the place Is a great go-to for my auto parts, they always have the car I need. The yard is more organized and clean. The office workers are friendly, only issue I seem to run into every time is the brunette that is probably the most ignorant sounding ghetto employee there... that place is managed by great individuals, but every time I go there she is always talking and is very obnoxious... I’d definetly try and keep her behind the closed doors and not in the customer service side. It makes the business look just like a trinity lane section 8 ran facility....
Very good place to get parts. No pull a part type of place is going to know which parts are left on a vehicle or what shape they are in after others have pulled the part they need. I do like that they can email you when a certain vehicle comes in. This is a good place to go to.
Good place great selection of vehicles. The inside office workers not so great. They’re always cutting up and trash cans are filled up & the vending machines are always low or sold out. This day I happened to head over here the short chubby man or possibly a woman in a blue lkq t shirt talking to a co worker about how nobody does anything. But i was in line for 10 minutes and observed him on his phone the whole time... very ghetto and very hard to understand what he says..Clean up your office and the place would be really appealing.
Good place to find the parts I needed might take you a visit or two nice friendly staff make a account first for a free trip in the yard
Staff was friendly and helpful. Moderate sized lot with a decent selection. The layout and organization leaves a little to be desired as it makes it difficult to find the vehicles youre looking for sometimes.
The staff is good and friendly. The manger is a bit odd and gets emotional very easy.
Great salvage yard! Very well organized! Hours could be a little more convenient if they were open past 5. At least in the summer months.
LKQ PICK YOUR PART self service auto parts with a two - dollar- entrance - fee to the salvage yard. Nice and friendly service. Cars are good organized.
Found what I needed
The best one in Nashville Tn
Everything you need is there
I have shopped at all the picking yards in and around Nashville. This is a good one. I liked the way they had the popular cars in one place. I needed some Civic parts, all the Hondas were right there together, 14 rows of them. Cant say much about other models, but I assume they try to keep them close together too. I see some of that in other yards, but these guys went to the trouble of making signs. I found what I needed and the prices were fair. I will return. I wish people would take better care and remove the part they need and not destroy something they dont. Not LKQs fault. Just rude customers. Lets all work together. Thanks
Easy to navigate and use, good prices.
Nice and clean. They do have a motor puller you can use. The cars are lifted really good
Good place too parts for cars
Service wasnt fantastic but the prices and availability were. literally saved my self $415 buying an entire f150 door there instead of paying to have a regulator fixed. always have what I need. always satisfied with the things Im able to bring home to my garage.
I absolutely love going here parts are reasonable and the staff is polite and helpful. Everytime I need parts I shop here first. However now the bad and its not so bad but the arrangement of the cars. Lawd child they everywhere. Now I get it sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do but dang it was so better organized before and they have added rows. My suggestion would be put the cars back together as manufacturers and get some of the picked clean cars out the way for new inventories. But over all I enjoy going here.
Well organized & great staff. One caveat: If you have a rare car to find in junkyards like a Subaru, European import, etc, STRIP ANY CAR YOU FIND BARE the first day you see it. A few weeks later and itll be gone.
Nice, clean facility. I bought a wheel for my wifes car for a great price. I will say, if you go and see cars you need, you may not see them the next time you go but thats the business. Check in with them and sign up to receive text or email when they get the car you need.
I would not give one star if it was an option. They have told us two times they would be here to get a car. My husband took time off work to be here and they never showed, never called. If you dont want to do the job, dont say you will!
Horrible people, they act like they own the place, you got to be careful with the old brunette woman, she’ll try to ring up the most expensive part on their inventory and claim that is what you’re buying. Check with pull-a-part first, then call hill top and check online, seriously use this place as extremely last resource, one headlight for a beat up truck I have from the 90’s (of course it was yellower than that woman’s teeth) was $41.95 I could had got the same thing at Autozone brand new for $29.00 there was a grille that I tough I could re-use despite being broke in two different areas, she wouldn’t discount it she said “the way the company looks at it is that what you’re buying is better than what you have so no I cannot discount the price” that’s very unprofessional for a company to look at it’s items for sale from that point of view.I have no doubt she is really looking after the best interest for the company but just as she is, I will look after the best interest for buyers and warn you that this place is too overpriced, most items are aquireable from eBay as their inventory stops at 2007 - maybe 2010.... I have not seen anything newer than that. They try to despise a grille mount (piece of plastic) as a “Large core support” of course there was a price difference of almost $50.00 yeah... got to be careful.
Nice
Called for price, parts and was very satisfied with the service. Got there and it was a breeze to get out there to find what i needed. Was gone from thete to do the job in no time.
