We drove from KY to Tennessee to purchase a new Pathfinder. Our salesman, Jody, greeted us and gave us water while he got the key to the vehicle I was considering. He was never pushy, but quite funny. When we were negotiating our deal, we were given a very generous offer on our trade in and a super low interest rate. This made our decision very easy. When we met with our finance officer, Krishan, he explained GAP, extended warranty packages, etc. but was never overbearing about purchasing. I love my new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Its exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend driving the extra mile to have a purchasing experience that is not stressful. Thank you Action Nissan!!!

The “salesman” by the name of Taiwan Hamilton had a post on Facebook marketplace advertising a 2016 Ford Mustang GT in a maroon color. In his post he mentions 20% Down Payment and he had the car listed for 27146. I ask him how much Down Payment and he replies “4K” now 20% of $27146 is 5400. So I had to ask him for the total price on the car. And he replied “are you blind bro”. No “bro” I’m not blind. Your math just doesn’t add up. If this is how rude and bad their customer service is then I wonder what other things they let slide and how shady they can be. I’m worried for this dealership for allowing this guy to even have a job in the sales department. If a salesperson can’t even do simple math or have simple customer service then don’t waste your time or money here. Stay away from this place.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Action Nissan. It started with me just looking at pictures of the new 2021 Rogue Platinum online. Mary helped get me scheduled to come in. I was greeted by the store manager who was friendly and very accommodating. He set me up with Mr. Winer, who processed my paperwork. He was friendly and very helpful. They got everything rolling for me. I was approved for my car! They sent me to speak with Mr. Vasquez, the finance man. He was super friendly and helped me close everything up. Before the end of the day I drove off with my brand new 2021 Rogue platinum. Such an amazing team of people working hard to get their customers exactly what they want. Thanks again!

Terrible experience all around. From Purchase to Maintenance all they seem to do is price gouge. Incredibly unprofessional and take advantage of people to pay higher rates. $155 for a software update thats free on literally every other device? Id give zero stars if it was an option. My advice? Go literally anywhere else. Ran my girlfriends credit six times after telling her they wouldnt, ramping it up.

I alway enjoy working with young women in non traditional roles.However, I will never recommend Action Nissan because of the way they handled the pandemic. One employee made fun of me for wearing a mask. I have to return there for my service because of the lease.

Will never buy here again. If you do, review every detail!!!! I made the mistake of trusting my dealer, Heather Fowler, who blatantly lied to me. 3 years into my financing my car and I’ve had continuous issues. Lies about the term length and financing, no coverage from the dealership in terms of warranty or covering a first oil change or anything (bought my car brand new), and she never offered me gap insurance. I was a first time buyer and she took advantage of that.

She would call me to give me updates, she also explained all that I needed to do. Kind person and great customer service! Johnathan was a great customer service guy. Helpful and nice.I brought my car in because it was making a funny noise. Turns it it had a few loose bolts on a heat shield that needed to be fixed.However, before I was contacted about the real issue with my car, I first got an email with a list of additional services the mechanic suggested I get done. To someone who didnt know much about cars/mechanics, it would be very easy to end up paying $900+ more for additional services NOT needed.I suggest contacting customers about the issue they brought it in for before sending this email or including the diagnostic results for the issue they brought it in for in the email preferably at the top. The way it was all handled seemed like the company was trying to swindle customers out of more money.In the end, the issue was fixed. I just want to caution other customers to be aware of the diagnostic email you will get and ask a second opinion before approving the additional services.

Text message notified me that service was available earlier than scheduled so I was able to get in early. Intake service person recognized the issue immediately so I knew what was needed immediately. Waiting area was fine, although wait was longer than expected. Needed service was warrantied so no charge to me, and my vehicle was returned to me with a complimentary wash, which was a nice feeling.

Accommodated repairing the vehicle and taking a look at it last minute while the Nissan of cool springs was ignoring me hoping that I would just go away. I believe between leaving a bad review for them, taking back my Good review from when they sold me the car, calling Connor Lewis twice and threatening a lawsuit, and actually receiving help from action Nissan and leaving them a good review that I got someones attention because I finally received a callback after a full day and almost a second full day apologizing and offering to follow through on their promise to service the car. I dont know if Ill ever purchase another vehicle from a Nissan dealership again after this experience but if I do Ill go to action first and give them the benefit of the doubt since the service was so good.

Not very often do I rate a 5 star, I pick at things and look at things that could have made by experience better. At my work we live and die by surveys so I know how a survey should work. We live 2 hrs away from the dealership, we first talked to Nick the finance Manager at 12 pm he answered our questions got our trade accessed and ran a deal for us. We left the house at 2pm fastest purchase ever. Nick and the whole staff were nice, courteous, and valued our time and our business. We checked out the car, signed paperwork and done. Our fast world has gotten to where speed takes the place of real customer service, Nick and the whole staff proved that was not the case at Action Nissan. Thank you all and I will be back!

This has been one of the worse car buying experiences ever. My husband Timothy bought a Nissan Kicks about a month ago and have had issues ever since with getting the vehicle registered. He calls and leaves messages that doesnt get returned and he doesnt even know what is going on with his registration.We went back there last week to sign new financial documents and Have not heard a word from the finance manager at all. I would not recommend this dealership.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They were supposed to do a recall, told me it was done and my car got towed to Rivergate Nissan and they informed me that it was never done. Mind you my 2020 Nissan Truck would not start the day I picked it up . Action Nissan claims they did an inspection which includes checking the battery and Rivergate Nissan informed me that a cell was bad and change the battery free of cost. Truck was not washed and the spare I had in the back of the truck still was there when I picked the truck up. The individual responsible for my service told me the spare was returned to the bottom of the vehicle. The tire they replaced was mounted backwards and it had 50lbs of pressure compared to 42lbs in all the other tires. I will.never take my vehicle there again and would advise anyone to do the same.

Best experience ever buying a new vehicle. I have bought a few and even an RV and it was never easier any place than Action Nissan. That is why they have easy buttons all around the place and I hit those buttons a few times. That was easy !! No painful negotiating they brought the A game after I told them what I wanted, what I expected for trade in and what I wanted to spend. Experience was great dealing with the service dept. Made appointment online. Vehicle was ready when they told me it would. My car ran like when I purchased it after being serviced. Only one issue or minor concern was when reviewing the paperwork given to me there were 2 sheets. One containing what the service dept repaired then the other indicated a 27 point inspection done and a complimentary car detail(outside only paper states). My vehicle did not get the car wash. It was just as I brought it in. Which was no problem because I was not expecting it but it lead me to question if the 27 point inspection was done. Thats more of my minor concern. Other than that we thank everyone in the service dept who got our vehicle back to how what made us purchase here from. Action Nissan.
