I scraped my bumper and took a lot of paint off of it when turning and Greg handled it and got me in there very quickly AND it only took a week to get it fixed. Once i got my car back, inside and out was spotless since they had detailed it for me. This place is the best and every employee there feels like you’ve known them for years when you talk to them!

Let me start by saying this isnt a review of the quality of work by AW Collison of Nashville, this is only my experience and I wish I could say it was a better one. I was referred to AW Collision by BMW of Nashville for repairs from an accident involving a Mini Cooper. I had every confidence in using this facility based on the glowing reviews I saw online. I will say that it was over three hours away so we left our vehicle on a Sunday and never saw anyone in person. All our contact was either via text, email, or phone. I would also like to say that one of the people I dealt with (I believe her name was Megan) was actually helpful and friendly. However, after dealing with Meagan I dealt with Joseph, the same can not be said of him. I received a variety of messages from Joseph over the 10 days that my vehicle was being repaired . Each one assuring me that things were going well and that while things were still in the early phase that he would keep me updated. However, after the vehicle had been at the facility for 11 days, the insurance company made the decision to declare the vehicle a total loss. It was at this time that we were told that nothing, not a single thing had been done to our vehicle. I guess if I had received a message stating Hey, your car is sitting here racking up $100/day storage fees while we do nothing to it I wouldnt have been so taken aback but that wasnt the case. I feel like my decision to use AW Collision was ultimately why the insurance company chose to declare my vehicle a total loss.

I have Worked with Greg in the past and was very happy with the work done and service provided. He introduced me to Tyler this time around and the service was still fantastic. I was kept informed on all progress and given help in dealing with the insurance company. I can not recommend this body shop enough. These guys definitely go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of.

AW Collision made it so easy to have my car repaired. From dealing with insurance to the actual repairs, everyone was so helpful. Megan at the front desk was so helpful with the insurance claim and made sure all the paperwork was taken care of. Kyle was my advisor over my car, he was professional and communication was great. I will definitely use AW again if I have any future car issues.

Great experience. Chelsea was very friendly, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire process. If i need a body shop in the future, I will definitely use their services again. Also, AW Collision is the only Honda certified body shop in the region now that Honda decided to close all of theirs within the last couple of years.

Lets face it - no one likes having a car accident or dealing with repairs and insurance. However, accidents happen. For me, the accident occurred 4 hours from home while I was on vacation. Chris Shaw at AW Collision made the estimate process as smooth as possible. In fact, after disassembling my vehicle, he found additional structural damage. He immediately communicated the additional damage and sent photos and a revised estimate. When my insurance company disputed the additional damage, I had the information Chris provided to go back to them and dispute their settlement. It took 5 weeks of back and forth with insurance to finally total my car. During those 5 weeks, Chris consistently communicated with me and was a true professional, even after realizing my vehicle was a total loss and he wouldnt make a penny from me. He is the epitome of customer service!

Someone hit the back of my car and his insurance did not want to cover to be fixed back to the way it was . Chelsea went to bat for me and it was amazing what she can accomplish is Amazing. And the work was perfect highly professional .I cannot express how truly wonderful it was to work with people that actually do what they say they’re going to do and at the time frame they say they’re going to do it. I was in an accident and was pretty shaken up. Ive never been in an accident before so it was a very new experience for me. Searching for a place to get an estimate was hard, places either had a long wait, or terrible reviews. The wrecker yard and every place I called were either rude or un-empathetic. As soon as I spoke with Chelsea, I was reassured. She, and everyone who works there, are jovial and made me feel comfortable, nothing like anyone I had talked to before. She worked hard to get my car towed in ASAP, and even helped me face the rude people at the wrecker yard. I had her support helping me through a landscape I know nothing about, and she was legitimately concerned for my well-being. Every step has been timely and well executed without me having to fight for it.This place has reduced my anxiety greatly about the whole situation, a key aspect to easing my mind during a traumatic time.

As a courtesy to my service advisor at Porsche Nashville while I picked up my car from a scheduled service, Greg McNeil graciously offered to take a look at unsatisfactory collision repairs done in 2019 to our vehicle by a competitor of AW Collision. If only I had known then what I know now, I would have used AW Collision!!Greg personally inspected my car on the spot while I was at the dealership, disassembled and reassembled (properly) assemblies beneath the lift gate trim, cleaned-up shop dust left by the “other guys” beneath the trunk liner,, and adjusted the rear hatch of the car to realign it. He did all of this from the dealership’s parking lot in the late afternoon! He would only accept thanks and nothing more for spending more than an hour addressing the trouble with the slightly askew rear hatch. I will be making an appointment with AW to right the wrongs the original sub-standard work and highly recommend them without hesitation. These guys are the experts!! Thank you, Greg!!

Though the work they did was great. It took them 40 days to fix my car which is unreasonably long to fix a 10 inch dent

No major complaints here, the repair work was pretty decent. The paint looks really good so I’m am pleased with that. However, the front bumper was replaced as well as some other parts. Now I’m pickier than most, but the gaps around these other pieces are not quite right. It doesn’t really look that bad, but I would just think it all should be more even since it was oem parts. Maybe I’m wrong. Not sure if it’s worth complaining about.

I made the best decision to use A&W for my collision repair. My insurance wanted me to use one of their shops, but I wanted the best for my BMW.Tyler was so kind, patient and professional!!!!Even when insurance co was slow, he assured me that my repair would be done right.My car looks like new and also cleaned and polished.I hope I don’t need body repair anymore, but if I do, I’ll give Tyler at A&W a call!

The guys and girls at AW Collision genuinely care about you and the service they provide. My car had three scuffs on the rear bumper and quarter panel. Instead of recommending they take it in to be repainted they buffed out the scuffs for FREE! And recommend a cheap product that I could use to touch up the minor spots missing paint.The fact that they recommended what was best for the customer and not best for them was awesome. I will be back.

I have not used this facility for automotive repairs. I had gotten a quote from Greg McNeil and i have to say he was the most thoughtful and thorough advisor i have had the opportunity to work with. I live out of state and have an older vehicle, but the way i was walked through possible repair options, i will really consider the drive just because of how well i was treated, and if i have anyone that needs repairs in the greater metro area, i will highly recommend Greg McNeil to any and all. Greg was such a bright spot in todays trying times i really appreciated his hospitality and honesty.
