Terrible service made me wait for like 30 minutes and when they finally got to my call they hung up !! This is just terrible, their prices are great ! But not worth of the customer service we have gotten lately . It was not like that about a month ago. Honestly thinking about taking my business somewhere else, I hope someone can see this and try to make this place better!
Customer service is awful. You’ll wait atleast 15 minutes plus and get hung up on 9/10 of the time. Have been having awful service with them this past month.
I had the same exact experience as the gentleman below me, Mark Sha, the employee at the Nashville location was extremely rude. I dont remember Body Panels being this terrible but to hang up on a customer is actively showing the company does not care. I will be more than happy to order from another vendor, its a shame I cant do business with them but a little customer service would have gone a long way.

Is it so difficult to find Employees that cares about their job and have knowledge of what they’re selling.This place expect you to know your account number when calling in an order..They’re so Lazy they can’t look it up with your phone number.I was supposed to get a grille today and driver didn’t even show up.Who’s is in charge of this place???
It seems Im not the only one that has issues with these people when it comes to inventory management. I called them to check on hinges for a Toyota Rav4 and they said they have to order them. That was totally fine. But the called me the next day and told me the hinges were ready to pick up and they would hold them for me for three days, but when I went to get the hinges one day later they didnt have them. Apparently they never had them. This created a huge mess because of communication issues and timing with the body shop that is helping us repair our car. They apologized at some level, but it didnt seem sincere. It seems a bit stupid to order something specific and then call the customer to let them know they have the product without actually making sure they have it. I didnt ask for a discount or anything, but they were fully aware that I was angry on levels that is worth more than what I spent. Plus I gave the body shop a piece of my mind for using them as a parts supplier. I could have purchased the hinges elsewhere for almost the same price even as an individual. The trouble they caused and time lost certainly wasnt worth the few dollars we saved. Zero stars for not being aware enough that $30 isnt worth destroying a business relationship.

As a shop owner I appreciate this company. They always have what we need at a good price. These other posts seem to have a bias. Who cares if a warehouse has clean walls or not?If you want clean walls spend 65% more and go to a retail auto parts store.

This place caters to wholesale sales from body shops, and the like, hence the dirty office. They are generally unprofessional and disorganized. BUT they always have what I need at a fair price, Which is good enough.
I love Body panels there are some awsome people who work there.
Prices are crazy high in this place!!You better go online and find better deals.
