Colin in the computer area worked with me for almost an hour (was my fault it took so long) to try and help buy a laptop. I didnt have my best buy card but he was able to call the bank. Two ladys were also rude to him why he was helping me and he handled it very professionally. This is an employee you should appreciate!

I suppose this Best Buy would be great for someone who doesn’t want to be helped. I went in to make a large purchase, walked around for 20 minutes, and could only find a few employees. None of them seemed to care enough about the store’s success to approach me. Could I have interrupted them from their gawking at attractive customers and demanded attention? Sure. But the only difference between buying online and in-person retail is the customer EXPERIENCE. My experience led me to give a large amount of my money to a competitor.

I was asking an employee for help finding a cable and he did not know but a passing employee heard me and directed me there and confirmed that the cord I was seeking was the correct cord for my system. I also went here for a chromebook and they had multiple choices for reasonable prices. It was not crowded either of the two times I attended. I was confused on where to check out as the sign that indicated check out was not by any registers or employees. I needed up checking out in customer services which seems like is now the normal procedure. Employees were numerous, nice, and helpful.

Best Buy, big store, good selection TVs. But getting hard to find stock on th 43 TVs, everyone carries the bigger screens $1K plus priced models. But we did find a good deal on an LG Smart TV. Easy check-out, easy parking. Over all pleased, but wanting better selection and stock.

We picked up our online order. There was a slight mixup, so waited a bit longer in lines than expected, but they found our box in a weird place. We were happy to leave with what we ordered. Didnt enjoy the crowded longish lines with few helpers.

As always this Best Buy rocks. Compared to other locations the management employees are very attentive and I never feel like I am a hassle. One negative and this is of all Best Buy locations. Why sell Apple watches, Banda, iPads if you never have any in stock? They have all the bands on display yet zero in inventory

Please try to find a worse Best Buy. I dare you. Stood in the checkout line for about 10 minutes but it doubles as the customer service line so I would have had to wait about two hours while I dealt with a line of peoples problems in order to buy one item. I’ve also sat in my car for 30 minutes waiting for a single pick up items at curbside. And then after waiting so long I just went inside. Absolute insanity.

My husband had an awful experience shopping at this location on 5/30/2021.I was out with my family yesterday and we stopped by Ross. On our way out of Ross I spotted a Best Buy and my wife saw a Marshall’s so I figured I would run in Best Buy then I could meet my wife at Marshall’s. I went into this store looking for Bluetooth headphones. When I find the headphones I’m looking for I look up and notice a cop standing at the end of the aisle. I thought it might just be coincidental but I thought to myself let’s put this to the test. I walked to the other side the of store just to see if he would show up again or if I’m just being paranoid, but sure enough who do I see at the end of the aisle checking his watch as if he’s not following me around this Best Buy. I’m having a good Sunday spending time with my wife and son I don’t want my day ruined with this, so I went to put my headphones that I intended to purchase right back on the shelf and got out of there. I get maybe five to ten feet out of the store to not only be stopped by the same officer who was just following me around the store asking what I had done with the items I had in my hand. I was so offended, upset and embarrassed that he would treat me that way. When confronted by myself and my wife he wouldn’t identify himself at all he would only say I’m an off duty sheriff and that he wasn’t following me around the store. The assistant store manager Ben Carder did nothing to help. Best Buy has lost my business indefinitely, and I will be filing a complaint against this disrespectful off duty sheriff who refused to identify himself.

I recently bought a printer and it said on the question and answers that I could set it up with my phone. Well I couldn’t get it to work so I called the geek service. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half talking to several different people each time Patton to be put on hold and wait for longer. I finally asked for request to call back and then when they called me back they disconnected from me. I called back and request another callback and once I got through to somebody or they called me back. The guy continue to say that I had to have a computer to get the service that I needed from them to get this set up and I told him before that my computer was 300 miles away so now I don’t have no printer.Because they’re geek squad doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing

They have no called no showed deliveries on me now 3 separate times. I call customer service and they tell me I was notified via email but the email never came. I get all their other emails but magically not that ones that my product wont arrive.They offer nothing in return, you have to beg for compensation and send full reports to customer service only after the product has been delivered.Now, I call again the day after my appliance should have arrived and while it will be available for delivery the 24th, I cant get back on the schedule for another 2 weeks.I hate the experience they provide their customers. I hate the lack of communication and the issues this causes. Not only will I never purchase another appliance from them, I am going to actively tell people to not use Best Buy. I mean I will work it into every conversation I can. I will just tell people at random, it wont even make sense but itll feel good to say how terrible Best Buy is. They have wasted so much of my time already I may waste more by just going into the store and telling people shopping how horrible Best Buy is.You left me without a stove for a week, without a fridge for longer, and now without a washer and dryer for two weeks. Fool me 3 times and I guess I have myself to blame.

Stay away!!!!! I ordered an install for my atmos speakers through GEEKSQUAD and guess what happened? They punctured my floor standing speakers with the fishhook device they use to guide wires into the wall. Talked to their manager and the manager ordered new speakers to replace the damaged floor standing pair and guess what!!! One of the floor standing speakers had a crease and a crumpled woofer. Called Best Buy, no response. Went up to the store and talked to the geek squad manager that submitted a claim. The regional manager called me and denied that the speaker was damaged and insinuated that it was my fault. Now I’m going to have to take them to court due to this. Stay away from these people coming into your home.

Guys who came to deliver our new oven asked if they could keep the old one in the driveway and pick it up later because they didnt have room for it. I agreed with the promise theyd return. I left town for the night and came back to find it still in my driveway the next day, and my upscale-hood neighbors are NOT happy with me. Expected more from you, Best Buy. Your Geek Squad who installed our audio-visual equipment was first-rate, but Jeremy and his delivery partner did not hold up the Best Buy standard of excellence. Very disappointed in you. Update: via an online chat, Best Buy set up appointment to pick up the stove at a later date.

This was the worst visit to a Best Buy I have ever had. I was looking for a remote starter for my vehicle. When entered the greeter said “hello” and I said “hello” back to them and then they turned and continued what they were doing. I walked through the store looking for the correct area and I passed three employees who did not say anything or ask if I needed assistance. If anything, I felt as if they were trying to avoid making eye contact with me. I found the area I needed in the back left corner of the store. No employee around to assist me so I used their store computer to look up the information and make my decision. I will purchase the remote starter and have it installed at different location since it appeared that the staff here is too busy to bother with me.

Took my 29inch wide screen computer monitor to Greek Squad (Nashville West)to see why the display was not working. The guy working tried to connect to 2 other laptops to see what I was saying, then told me I needed to bring my own laptop in so that can see why monitor was not working. I said bring it in,,,,huh.. he went on to insult me asking me are you sure its not in your car.. huh, no please give me my monitor. The manager was at the door greeting customers. I asked him what happened to all the old knowledgeable Greek Squad, they were to diagnosis anything electronic. He was really nonchalant, so I left with monitor not working and I purchased it from Best Buy, Will not shop there again. Dont use Greek Squad at this location, incompetent.

I come here like once every couple of months to buy a new charger. No, the usb chargers I buy there are not defective or have shortages BUT I constantly unplug and move and take my chargers with me everywhere so they get thrown around and stepped on often so they break but I dont mind spending under $20 every couple months for a new usb charger, they have the best selection of chargers. I also buy my phones from this particular store and they always have better deals than my phone service provider 😁 the employees are very helpful and fast too 👍

Curbside pickup (in store pickup for the items was not an option on the website) is HORRIBLE and Ill NEVER use it again at this store (Nashville West). Sat there almost an hour for a hard drive and pressure cooker while other people were coming and going in around 10 minutes. Other people were parked and waiting even longer than me.Was told that the pullers werent going in order and just grabbing orders from wherever they wanted in the list.I like Best Buy, but they need to fix their customer service. Its not like they havent been doing curbside pickup for months.

Great Products at Decent Prices. Would have been five stars however when using site to store pick up they tend to present Damaged Boxes. Which I typically ask to have swapped with one that doesnt look like FedEx, UPS, and USPS had a kickball match with it. Staff is typically Knowledgeable & Family Friendly. Awful customer service. Ive lived close to this store for almost 15 years. Every few years I decide ok... Ill give them another try and just come out thinking Im never going back in there. No one helps you. When you do find someone to talk to they dont know what theyre talking about. Ill ask for a basic part, e.g. some converter and they have no idea what Im talking about. Today I called to ask a question to to their car audio department and the woman said that there was no way to transfer me to them, no direct phone number and that Id have to go into the store. Then you go into the store and they said that Id have to come back another day. That store is totally out of touch. Ill probably make the same mistake 4 years from now but maybe this review will remind me not to bother.

After being told by Verizon that I could get a great deal on a phone, I was upset when the store they aasured me was open was not open, I looked across the street and saw this Best Buy. I wandered over and ended up getting a much less better deal then Verizon offered. The attending clerk was knowledgeable and patient in rolling everything over from the old phone to the new one. Very good.

Double check all warranties prior to leaving the store. I purchased a wireless router through them because I wanted to use their experitse on finding a high quality router. Long story short: Im stuck with $175 paperweight instead of router. Just go through Amazon.I called to transferred to the store only for the phone to constantly ring. Good luck with trying to receive post sales service with anything.

WHY does Best Buy have a phone... it rings constantly and then hold music is put on. Then after the hold music comes off it’s ringing again. I came in for a phone fix and they could not fix the problem. My phone was then sent off two weeks ago as of today. I paid for a new phone and I am phone less. I have to use my husbands phone. That makes no sense .

Stephen from the Geek Squad went above and beyond to help me today. He was so friendly and helpful. To be honest I haven’t always had the best experience at Best Buy but he really changed my view. He made sure I was taken care of and hunted the store for me. There was one headset left of the model I wanted and he stopped what he was doing to help me find it. I was wanting a mircoSD card and when I got to the register with what I thought was 27.99 I was told it was 74.00. I said that there must be a mistake. Tim my customer service person asked me to take a picture of the ticket and he would see if BB has it. I tried to explain to him that there was nothing back there that said 70.00 dollars. He said that that was all he could do. So I went back and took several pictures of the area with the price points. When I showed him 4 pictueres he said well which one do you want. I said the one I first brought you which by the way was underneath a sign that said 9.99. I knew that wasn’t the price but neither is 74.00 He went back and got me one that was 28.99 not sure if it is correct but then again there was no one on the floor to help sooo... I have been in retail management for over thirty years and I can tell you that if any of my employees told a customer to go take a picture of a ticket, they would have a little time off to rethink their customer service.
