Amazing gold mine of antique house supplies/decor! I never thought I would be able to find a door/matching hardware to fit in my house and match the rest. The staff was amazing and so so helpful at finding what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I had found and that it would all work together. I will definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoy going here to look for things to put back into my house. Previous homeowners stripped away all of the old character…Preservation Station is slowly but surely allowing me to reclaim my home to its unique 1950s original state. I find something different every time I visit this place. Their prices aren’t extravagant either. I don’t have a huge budget and we are doing a lot of the work ourselves. I appreciate salvage shops like this!

I mean, they have a really cool selection of things. However, their prices are a joke. They have some really nice wall sconces, but they are ranging from $400-$1,500 for a pair. We left another antique shop right down the road and that exact same wall sconce we saw at PS for $675 was $49 at the other shop..

This place has a lot of beautiful architectural salvage, and hardware, and it’s pretty well organized. However, everything is insanely overpriced. Like 3 to 10 times higher than other shops that have the same stuff. Being a part time interior designer, I’ve shopped at these type of businesses for the last 8 years, and this is the only place that I’ve ever shopped that will not negotiate on price at all. So when you see a price of 1450 each on beautiful pair of patina’d sidelites, then you will pay $2900 plus tn tax for them. I have several other antique and salvage places in this area I use where i can get the same pieces at a much better price.

I could finally find a door and hardware I needed to restore the small linen closet in my 80 year-old house. They look like theyve been there since the house was built in 1940!

Best antique salvage in town!! Have tons of stuff to look at. I could literally spend all day checking everything out! Staff and owner are very accommodating and nice. Stuff is not cheap but seems fair for the quality items. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for salvage items.

We found a great light fixture here that’s goes perfectly in our 1930 Sears and Roebuck house in Kentucky. We were missing the original light fixture in the living room. When we bought our house, only the bad of the original fixture was on the ceiling. The Preservation Station had the right size from the same time period and it had the same exact base. They even rewired the light fixture so it was safe to use. So that step was off my plate. They even have a collection of wall sconces that matched our fixture and many others. They have a lot of doors, windows, and unusual architectural pieces. It’s a fun place to look around. The inventory is constantly being added to so you’ll see “new” items every visit. You can also call them and ask them if they have something if you are searching for a specific item.

Ive only been there once and I was looking for a specific set of knobs. Although they didnt have what I was looking for, what they did have there was very stunning; from stained glass 2 antique paintings 2 very beautiful and old-fashioned Furniture. Im obsessed with Antiques, and I will 100% be visiting preservation station again.Oh, and the two females that were working there were very helpful and sweet.

Helpful staff and a lot of great items. If you have a historic home and are looking to restore/impart some of its original style, this is the place to go. Particularly excellent selection of doors, door sets and antique lighting. Unique finds for homes that arent vintage, as well. Price point is more reasonable than many repro brands online.

Presevation Station did a fantastic job of packing up our lights and sending them to Australia. They arrived completely safe and sound and Preservation Station kept in touch with me from the moment I queried the lights to be sent to Australia, updating me about the postage costs, the packing process and all the details once they left the Nashville.I would recommend Preseration Station to anyone looking for beautiful antiques.
