Good price for a 26 box truck. Newer vehicle, clean. Only issue was one of the wheels or tires seemed out of balance as there was this shake/vibration when traveling about 30mph or more.

The Greatest. Ive been here several times in the past year. They are always nice and accommodating and seriously appear to try to help you and not be there to squeeze the last cent.

The 6X12 trailer was great. Only draw back is fuel economy because of the blunt nose of the trailer. Needs a wind deflector! But a great price on athe rental of a solid built covered trailer. Highly recomend!

Very competitive on moving boxes and packing supplies. They will buy back unused boxes if you buy too many. Moving tip: If using wardrobe boxes, put all shirts and lightweight clothes on wire hangers to get more on the 24 bar.

Excellent customer service. I enjoyed renting a van from the U-Haul of Nashua. It was stress free and the manager was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend U-Haul of Nashua for any of your moving.

Stay away. This company lets you reserve any truck on the website even if it is not available. They claim to have a $50 guarantee if you need to go elsewhere to get the truck you ALREADY ordered. We ordered through Leominster but then days later got told the closest truck would be in Nashua, NH. After being hesitant to continue using UHaul at this point, we stuck with it because the $50 would pay for the milage of us having to go FAR out of the way due to UHauls horrible online ordering system. When we arrived in Nashua the Manager had no idea what we were talking about...no notes on the system from Leominster. We were told Leominster would have to refund us, not Nashua. The manager in Nashua was very unprofessional, offering NO help on getting the $50 guarantee that the website CLEARLY states. He said he cant do anything for us so we ended up paying full price and having to pay the extra miles ourselves. We called Leominster and explained the situation. They refused to help us even though they were the ones who told us to go to Nashua and get the guarantee.When we finally got the truck in Nashua. It was clearly not sanitized or even cleaned out. We found blunt wraps and a lighter in the glove box along with some trash behind the seat. The manager forgot to give us the furniture dolly so we left without it and never got refunded for it.I have no idea how they think its fair to let people book trucks that are not even available at the location. This traps people in to thinking they have a plan and than screwing them by having them drive extra milage to get a vehicle due to there error. I will be filing a complaint through BBB after dealing with this. I have yet to get my $50 credit or refunded for the furniture dolly the manager forgot to give us.Stay far away from this company. They clearly have a good luck, not my problem attitude.

Our rental was rented out when we went to pick up the vehicle. Then we were told this was our problem to fix. We were told to go to Manchester and get a rental. Even though they could not call Manchester to see they had a vehicle. The rep said we have to call 1-800 goUHaul to get reimbursement for the miles difference between Nashua and Merrimack. luckily we persisted and had them call the Nashua location off Amherst Street. Were able to rent a vehicle. Horrible customer service telling the customer they need to fix the problem

I dont have a ton of experience with towing/hauling things, and the woman working (her name was Deborah) was incredibly helpful, polite, and understanding of my needs/questions, even though she clearly was having a bit of a rough day. I would highly recommend this U- Haul branch to anyone who is moving/towing/hauling. Thanks Deborah!

This is my second time going here. We needed to move a couch set locally. We got a 9’ van. Since it was during the day, we did everything in person. The U-Haul representative we dealt with, Giuseppe Solari, was very helpful, professional, and answered all our questions.

I spoke to a woman here today to rent a drive-on car trailer.... This was my 3rd attempt after two other locations had told me my car could be towed but they had no trailers available. This woman gave me attitude after I tried to explain that other locations had given the green light. She snarkily replied, Sorry, thats just what it says! Absolutely no need to speak to a customer like that, especially when they remained friendly. I will never do business here.

The gentleman I dealt with was professional, quick, and had me on the road in no time

We rented a trailer from the location in Lowell, upon arriving in Lowell the did not have the trailer we rented and we had to travel up to Nashua. This particular location seems to be the place to get trailers because there were a lot. We have no complaints about this location, our complaints are with Uhaul. This isnt the first time weve reserved a trailer or truck only to show up and its not at the location that we reserved it, very frustrating.

I have rented moving trucks from this location several times over the years, including three times in the last few months. Service is prompt, and the trucks are clean and function well. The last time we rented, we unexpectedly had to keep the truck for an extra day. They accommodated us, even though it was the end of the month, without a problem.

I was switched to the Nashua branch due to mechanical issues with truck that was reserved for me. I confirmed the change of reservation with Corporate Customer Service and the Nashua branch itself and asked for a change to the pick up and drop off time to match my original reservation and so I could pick it up with the app. I was told the changes were made but both failed to make the necessary changes. So when I arrived I had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service to correct everything.The next morning I received a call from the General Manager telling me that I needed to return the truck at 4PM 7 hours before my contracted end time of 11PM. When I told her that was impossible she very rudely told me my contract would not be extended and therefore past 4 oclock Id basically be driving a stolen vehicle that was no longer covered under the purchased Safe Move Insurance Plan. Shortly thereafter I received an email that Id also be charged $50 for keeping the truck and bumping a reservation behind me.After 3 and half hours on the phone with U-Haul Customer Service I finally got the name and number of a marketing representative who was able to help me. He confirmed that these problems are common place and the unhelpful attitude and disregard for the customer is basically the way they do business.I wish zero stars was an option. As a business owner who has repeated need for box trucks I will NEVER use U-Haul again especially EVER at this Nashua Branch.

Do not do business with uhaul. You will be sorry. Hire a moving company. This place has the worst customer service. Deborah Skerry the general manager will not return your phone calls with complaints. She is the most incompetent and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Uhaul knows how to make moves easy. Customer service was outstanding at this site. They were very quick and efficient and accomodating. We rented trucks and purchased moving supplies. We also found outstanding moving help from uhauls website. We used Duey Movem How and their crew was stellar.
