Very good selection, friendly folks, beat other local stores on pricing as well. We installed a stair runner and other carpets 2 years back. They exchanged one carpet that came out slightly faulty, no questions asked.It will be the first store we visit next time!

Rug Depot is the only website I found which rates the wear factor of their rugs. A HUGE plus! I purchased a wool stair runner via the internet from Jeanie who listened intently and patiently, answering my voluminous questions:) She even found me a local installer! Jeanies suggestions, combined with Co.s easy-to-navigate website, simplified the process of determining the runner that best fit my specifications, decor and budget. Simply put, an easy, no-hassle buying experience and I highly recommend.

I have been buying area rugs fro Rug Depot for 20 years! They have a huge selection and are happy to pull back rugs from their inventory of rugs for as long as you want to look. After buying two hall runners from a different, well-known online warehouse, I was a little apprehensive about ordering a runner online again. After quite a bit of research, I settled on a runner at RugDepot, but I only ordered one to see if it was of a higher quality than what we bought before. I was pleasantly surprised when our runner arrived at our home. This runner is beautiful and of the highest quality. Everyone who walks down that portion of our hallway asks where we got our runner, and to top it off, they sent a card of appreciation for shopping from them. (Thanks, Mike). I will definitely be ordering from here again very soon, and Ill recommend Rug Depot to everyone I know.

Probably giving an overly generous rating here. I dropped off 2 oriental rugs for cleaning on Sept 22. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks. This time frame worked fine since I was receiving new living room furniture on October 31 and wanted the rugs back before the furniture delivery. After hearing nothing from them, I called the store on Monday Oct 23 and was told that they believed that the rugs had been cleaned, they just needed to go down to the cleaning company and pick the rugs up. I was told again they would call me when the rugs were ready to be picked up. Fast forward to Oct 31, my furniture delivery occurred in the morning and still no calls, no rugs! Called Rug Depot and was told that yes, in fact, the rugs were picked up the previous Friday Oct 27 but NO ONE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THIS. A woman called me back a little while later and told me she meant to call me on Friday, but the day got away from her. Picked up my rugs on October 31, about 6 weeks later. Horrible service experience, I will NOT BE RETURNING.

Really have to break this down, theres just too much good to say about this place.Selection: the selection here is amazing. You walk in and know right away that youre going to find something you love. They have all types of amazing rugs, and in all colors. And if you need somethjing custom made, you can pick from their selection of rugs that can be tailor made to your needs.Staff: Amazing! So kind and helpful from the very start, even when they are super busy. All of the staff are friendly and you can tell they want to be sure you are happy. No pressure AT ALL.Service: the service is stellar. From start to finish they are right there making sure you see everything that you want, no matter how much effort it takes to get to the very bottom of the rug stacks. They will get extra help if they need and are patient patient patient.Prices: the prices are absolutely reasonable, and much of their inventory is marked down to a price that people will be impressed with. Its great to see a place that has quality rugs at affordable prices.Overall: Rug Depot impressed me so much. I have nothing but great things to say. They have made a customer-for-life with me, and I will recommend them every chance I get. Many thanks to the great staff for their kindness and support!
