I have used Snyder many times. They have always been great, very nice. I always take my vehicle to the service department. If you call them up, to try and get your vehicle in for service they are.very good at getting you in when you need it. Jeff Hoffer is the one that sold me my lastVehicle. I recently purchased my first vehicle through a dealership. I was nervous at first due to the lack of inexperience through the process. When I contacted Snyders online inquiring about a truck I saw on their website, Jeff reached out to me right away. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. I scheduled an appointment to meet with Jeff and look at the truck. Within hours of meeting with him, I was driving away with my dream truck and got a nice trade in on my old vehicle. Overall it was a very speedy and smooth operation!

Whenever i call for appointment they always get me in ASAP. Very good at explaining to you what was wrong and how they can fix it for you. Staff is very friendly and professional all the time. Very nice they bring your car back to the door and you know that all is done right and ready to go. I was looking for a certified 2017 Terrain and they had one available. I called about it and the saleslady that I spoke with was very friendly and had all the answers to my questions. As I was driving over an hour to look at this car, she held it for me.When I entered the dealership, I was greeted immediately and was shown my way to her desk. As they were looking at my car (for a trade-in), she suggested I take her car for a ride. Upon returning, she had a very fair price for my trade-in and we made the deal happen.The total experience that I had at this dealership was above my expectations. Went to shop for a brake job estimate...either they didnt want my business or they are just way too over priced. It took my brother in law 30 min and 250.00 in OEM parts to repair my brakes.This place was no help at all. Quoted me a min. Of $450.00 to do the job and said it could go as high as $1000.00

Had a guy back into my car,brought my car in to snyder to have the work done. Just a small dent and some paint but they did a great job.i did have 1 issue with them doing damage to the door panel where the window switch is tho when they took it off to fix the dent.however I did go back to the body shop and they ordered a new one free of charge and swapped it out. Very easy to do business with,the guys in the body shop were calm and cool about it all. Awesome job fellas! 👏👏👏

Aligned my truck, charged 380 bucks to replace a pin and knockouts on upper control arms. Now it pulls to the right, called them and told me they would look at it but we’re going to charge for another alignment, really? Said it was because of the lift. The Thing is, it’s never pulled to the right until they messed with it

I hit a raccoon on my way to work and brought my Chrysler 200 to George cooper at the body shop. I was given a loaner vehicle without even having to ask. George made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. Once I got my car back it looked brand new!! They did an amazing job on my car if I ever need work done again I will definitely bring it back to Snyder!!! I highly recommend them!!

We were traveling from New Mexico back to our home in Texas. We were half way home in our 700 mile trip when our Yukon started telling us our tire was going down rapidly. We pulled in to the Snyder Chevy place. The guys there were super nice and helpful! They changed our tire put on our spare and would not even except any pay! What a great service department! Can not recommend them enough!

Kylie did a great job of helping me to expedite the process. After spending time at another dealership that ended less than optimal, she knew that I was knowledgable and looking to wrap up a deal quickly. She gave me important information that was needed, but did not waste my time dealing with things I didnt need or want. I walked out of the dealership with my new car in less than 2 hours! Made an appointment for maintenance AND needed repairs online, but found out that the online appointment system is worthless when I went to take vehicle in, as scheduled. They already had 28 appointments scheduled at the time. DO NOT waste your time using online system to make appt. and if even though they advertise they can work on ALL makes and models, they cant do it efficiently.

The most dishonest dealership I have ever encountered. We bought our 2017 Chevrolet Suburban Premier from Snyder in July 2018. The vehicle was suppose to be certified. The sales person named Adam did not inform us that there was only one FOB key when my wife picked up the vehicle. I called him a short time later and his response was I thought you knew there was only one key. Yes Adam, I always request one key when I purchase a vehicle.I went to my local dealership for an oil change and tire rotation 4 months after I purchased the vehicle and they told me the vehicle was out of alignment and that I needed new tires due extreme wear on the inside shoulder. It was dangerous to drive at this point.I called Adam at Snyder Chevrolet and he told me I had to bring it 60 miles back to Snyder to have it checked. The service manager at Snyder told me the tires were fine, although I had another dealership and Discount Tire shop tell me the exact opposite. Yes the tread was fine but the inside shoulder was NOT.They completed the alignment (that they originally passed certified) like they were doing me a favor by not charging, but refused to accept responsibility for the tires they certified. BEWARE of SNYDER CHEVROLET!!! I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and State of Ohio as well.

We have always had Chevy products. We feel that Snyders is a great place to purchase a car with knowledgeable sales reps, and the service department is always ready to help and we trust them with our cars. Very personable people work here. They are part of our community.

Several years ago (2002)after I lost my husband and had to take care of all things myself, I found this dealership (out of 3) was the only one that treated me like a person with a brain. They listened (Terry Walters) to me and helped me find a vehicle for my needs. I have dealt with Terry ever since and this will be my 4th, I think, vehicle. I am now leasing and my equinox is the least of my worries.

Took the same car in THREE times for a headlight replacement. The bulb burnt out twice. Didnt charge for the new bulb(a whopping $26), but charged for the labor($104) twice. Shouldnt their techs have figured out the source of the problem the first time? I wont be going back to these clowns for anything, not service, not auto purchase, nada.

The service at Snyders is excellent. They always accommodate my travel schedule when I get my regular service and this week they gave me a loaner car while they checked for a gas leak on my car. There was not even a charge for that visit.Snyders has been a valuable member of our community for decades. I appreciate them.

My Dads first cousin owned the dealership. My father was 93 on May 31st, past. So, I imagine that the cousin has past the dealership on down to children and/or grandchildren. They were willing to do some kind of deal on a Chevy Impala. They treated me well enough. And I ran into, literally, my first cousin Lonnie Snyder. He lives out that way. I was not sure what I really wanted in a newer vehicle.

Snyders body shop did an excellent job repairing the dent in my back liftgate. Then they went over and above the call of duty by sweeping the interior, and washing the exterior.I highly recommend Snyders body shop in Napoleon, Ohio!!

My husband and I went to Snyder to trade in our Buick Regal for 2 vehicles. We have never had such a hassle sales experience. Weve always went to the same dealer here in Defiance, but chose Snyder since they had exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a GMC Terrain and Sierra. We had to make an appt to pick up both vehicles, which is fine. Upon arrival, we were told that the Sierra wasnt even ready. We could only take the Terrain. Our sales team never even told us in advance. I had to ask for a loan vehicle for my husband, since we were told hed have to come back and pick it up the next day. It wasnt even offered to us.The next day, at the end of the day, we were told the Sierra was still not ready. Itd be the next day. Still wasnt ready. We didnt get the Sierra until 3 days after.Both vehicles were given to us with only a quarter of a tank of gas.We had to ask to have the Terrain detailed twice.We had left a necklace in the review mirror of our Buick. We called right away when we realized we left it. Our sales team went to look into it. Called us back and said Technician said he hasnt seen it.That was the last straw. I sent a complaint email with no response.Worst sales experience ever. We will not purchase a vehicle from here ever again. We will stick with Defiance.
